Flowering day 76 since time switch to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested and hung upside down in the dry tent 😍. Before that, she stood in the drying tent in complete darkness for 2 days and the large leaves were removed. The small leaves stay attached during the drying process so that they protect the buds and allow them to dry more slowly and evenly :-) . In the dry tent, the temperature is 18-19.5 degrees and the humidity is 54-58% 👍. In this environment they are now allowed to hang for 10-14 days before they are fine-tuned and trimmed clean by hand. then after trimming they come to ferment for 6-12 weeks in dark jars with bobeda packs 62% to keep the perfect humidity. After a few weeks, the Boveda packs 58% are used so that they can slowly dry out :-) . Of course there is one last update after trimming. Until then, I wish you a lot of fun with the update. My first experience growing indoors and I don’t think it could have turned out any better. I appreciate all the comment, advice, and support from the community ! This Grizzly Purple Auto from Blimburn Seeds has been a pleasure to grow, it was really pretty much stress free after the first couple weeks and I believe that’s because I started it under a very small T5 (2ft), then switched to my Green Sunshine ES300 ! It took off after this and took all the nutes I could give it based on recommendations from Advanced Nutrients! I used the organic growing method in soil and their iguana grow and bloom products as well as the rest of the OIM product line from Advanced! Thanks Blimburn Seeds! And Advanced Nutrients!

Day 107 (f45) update: She is coming along well! Was much in need of the day 42 defoliation as her fat fan leaves were blocking nearly all the light... Now the mid section is clearly under developed and more light green colored however since the defoliation the overall bud production is picking up in the mid section. In hindsight with this strain I should have removed more growth shoots at the start of flower (and more leaves at the week 3 defoliation) because currently most of the volume of the plant's flowers is in her mid/lower section... 😅 Her smells are doing well!! They didn't change much in the past week however the smell became stronger and when I rub the buds and then rub my fingers together I get some nice kushy fuely dank smells very much looking forward to smelling her after a good 2 month cure! 😛😛😎 She was showing slight nutrient burn and deficiencies so did a res change and lowered the nutrient dosage. Trying Botanicare TEA and SWEET RAW supplements to gain in terpenes... Hopefully it will be noticeable in the end result 😜 By the looks of it, at least 3 weeks left till harvest! Looking forward to it!!! 😀😀😀

Overall the plant grew just great topped one time let it grow totally natural with the boost tablets smelly great n very frosty happy growing all and thanks to who tuned in on my diary’s

This update was made Day 58 from seed. I just now realized I've had my day count offset by about 2-3 days. No biggie, at least it's been rectified. Anyways, onto the update. Beautiful deep purple tones have begun peeking throughout the plant. Similar to my lemon berry but with more of a magenta hue. Feedings have been rather frequent. 2-3 nute feedings last week. With XSD. For the rest of the grow, XSD will be omitted. Just molasses and Liquid Seaweed from here on out. Absolutely love the development of this photo period variety. I'll probably give this strain a rest for the next journal, however. Still need to spread my wings with Ethos' catalogue.

We're almost done with the untouched plant! I'm watching daily for the Terps to turn to my taste. So I love sativa's & hybrid's so now I'm wanting almost all of the Terps to turn red but about 15-20% so there's not too much of a heavy couch lock on it. So basically any day now! Baby #2, with the right bottom side missing is still in full flower, working on getting those buds growing. They've gotten so big where I rotate them daily to make sure we have equivalent lighting on every side of the plant. After almost losing 2 of my plants to my toddler, I got very serious. I ordered a hygrometer, so I can watch temps & humidity. A water ph tester. & a tiny humidifier, within like a 7 day period. I got everything to make sure everything was on point. Turns out this FOOP canna food is way more than what I ever imagined. I don't hardly ever have to adjust my ph turns out the FOOP comes very balanced. I now check my ph everytime I feed and water but when I used my food & mix it with water i then check my ph & every single time its spot on! I've kept my routine this whole time. Even the few days I nursed my dying babes back to health. Feeding every tuesday & friday & watering on sundays. I don't know if any of you would wonder if it seems like I'm maybe not watering enough. But autos grow at an insane rate, so giving their roots an airy dryer soil gives them maximum amount of room to grow as quickly as they want. They don't have heavy wet soil slowing them down which gives them more opportunity for growth. SO. I've got 1 plant almost finished. 1 very large plant even with a side missing is still huge, and working hard on growing some little chubby buds. Lol. And then my mini auto growing some chunky buds but not very many. Lol. Pics to come very very soon! I appreciate anyone who reads all of this! I've poured my heart into all of these plants & I hope to only keep learning & loving it!!

A pretty uneventful week. I barely even photographed her. She's really due for a nice natural lighting photo sesh, but I really need to be in the mood for it or else the magic just isn't there. She still drinks near a gallon a day. Her leaves are super sticky. She has a nice sweet fragrance which I'm excited about! Now let's get those buds to fatten up! 🍆 💪 🍆💪🍆💪🍆

10 week harvest in the end - diary skipped a good week. Lots of trimming, very sticky buds - finally broke my trusty trimming scissors, handle just fell apart. I'll miss them :(

Plant A (left side) started pushing through the medium first after 48 hours. Plant B germinated successfully at 96hrs but due to cold climate and moisture in the seed the seed got too cold and turned to mush. At 96hrs Plant A had reached 1.25" and had started to spread the first set of leaves. It is now approximately 2" tall and the first fan leaves are about 1/3" long. Growth is steady and effortless for this girl. So far the self watering set up, grow light, and medium have been treating plant A great. After 60hrs she became fully exposed. Plant B germinated as stated before and died, Plant C was planted 5 days into the germination week of Plant A. No pre-soak, just dry seeds dropped directly into the medium. Miracle Grow myth has so far been proven wrong (performance organics, not regular potting soil). In addition to the set up, I found a water bottle diffuser I have on a 6hr rotation (6 on and 6 off) that I found for $9USD at a grocery outlet. Humidity now steady at 31% on the gauge and about 65% Relative Humidity. Temps sit steady around 68-71°F. Shooting for 360g or 180g from each plant utilizing LST. We are seeing if organic miracle grow has enough nutes for an autoflower, with 3 months of nutrients as stated from the bag it should end up timing out perfectly for harvest time with no flushing needed as nutrients will already be used up.

Added Yara Kristalon Orange, Yara Calcinit and a little bit of Haifa GrowClean to the reservoir. Adjusted PH/ORP, PH- adds P and ORP adjustment adds K. Light intensity is measured at the hottest spot. The stem is swelling, the netcups are 24/7 soaked due to the pipe being full with roots and increased water levels, next grow I'll go for a bigger pipe. The stem is not getting soft it is actually harder at the splitting part. Flowers are beginning to form more and more, no deficiencies, stretch stopped, EC 1800-2000 seems to be a good range for this strain/pheno in my specific setup. Did some defoliation as needed. Can't increase the light distance anymore, kinda hot for the super stretched branches but great for the rest, the super stretched branches don't show any sign of stress so I take that :) Nothing else to report. Amazing strain even in hot temperatures it has nice frosty nuggets

Hey! This was the last week of flower, I harvested on day 70 of flower. Things could have gone better with this one, I've got a couple seeds left so next run they're going in and we're going to do things better.. What a journey this has been. This girl weighs(dry) 263grams plus 23 grams(untrimmed lower nugs) could have pulled out 350g if let her veg a bit longer. The taste is like sweet candy and soda a hint of citrus. The effects are as follows, creative, giggles and energetic but once its nearly gone out. You will feel really sleepy and when you wake up you will feel really hungry. Anyways, thank you guys who have been following my journey. Next grow will be seeds from Sunkentreasure seeds
