This was my first photoperiod grow. It was a great experience. I kept the veg cycle short to keep it more manageable and so it wouldn't be as terrible if I screwed something up toward the end and needed to trash it. I'll grow MANY more photo plants in the future. Some of the autos have small yields. I doubt that's an issue with these babies! 💪 This girl got so big that even with added supplements to help keep her stem strong, almost all her branches bent. They were HUGE. The color got very light toward the end and the leaves got a little stress because I didn't manage the humidity well. *I think* It got down in the 20s a lot. It had a fairly strong aroma toward the end of the grow but nothing compared to it's tent partner. She looks like she started fox tailing a little toward the end. Also, most likely due to temp and humidity. Closets are hard to control. All in all, this was an enjoyable grow and I look forward to trying it again and hopefully growing an even better one!! 😁

Its finally harvest day.

Changed lighting to 12/12 to initiate flowering. Did a heavy defoilating, it literally took me about 1.5-2 hours.. I added a pic and scissors for scale. Started to add a little bloom nutrients in the mix . I removed the drip system, it was not reading correctly and always saying I needed to add water when there was. I am just going to hand water, it doesn't bug me. Using General Hydroponics Cal - 2.5/gallon Micro - 2.5/gallon Gro - 2.5/gallon Bloom - 2.5/gallon Floralicious Plus 1ml/gallon

August 23: Just finishing up about 36 hours of darkness, then I'm going to wash the buds, then hang them. Harvesting a bit early due to time constraints but it looks good. The smell is very dank, not a tropical skittles smell, much more like wood glue as I've seen mentioned in other reviews, although I'm starting to occasionally catch a sweeter tropical scent as well. I wanted to leave it a little longer. There were still a lot of white hairs when I started the dark period, but a lot of them seem to have developed into swollen calyxes so I'm pretty happy. I was a little worried they were making seed pods after last time, but I broke one open and all that was inside was red hairs. I'm going to keep an eye on the RH while they're drying and get them into jars and try to wait as long as possible before I start sampling. I can tell this is one of those batches that's going to get better and better if left alone for a couple months. Just did the wash, did 1.25 cups of 34% food grade H202 and a squeezed lemon in a 5 gal bucket. Another bucket of just water to rinse. Then I had a fan on it while hanging in the sunlight from a skylight in the bathroom for 30 min, then put the fan further back and on oscillate, then turned it down an hour later. Left it in there for a few hours, then hung it in the grow tent with everything removed except an oscillating fan, pointed away from the buds. I have the whole plant hanging in the middle of the tent and the tent is holding at 60% rh. Next run I'm going to do 2 buckets and only top once. I might leave them a bit longer in veg too to maximize the height in my grow space, and I'll get a proper 500w bulb instead of continuing to run 1000w bulbs at 50% to lower the heat a bit. The weather will be cooler and I'll only run one air stone in each bucket which should help with res temp. I'll probably foil-wrap the buckets again as well. I should be able to get another run done by the end of the year. I have a White Widow fem seed I've been waiting to use but I'm not sure what else I want to grow yet. Maybe Granddaddy Purp. I'll take some micro pics of the trichomes this week and start curing, and I'll post a proper review in a couple weeks. Happy growing everyone! August 24: I took it out of the tent to inspect. No mold or mildew. The middle of some buds are still pretty wet. I'll keep an eye on it. Wet weight on the stem is 158 grams/ 5.5oz. I harvested a couple branches last week and hung them up. I just ground up one of the buds, left it overnight and vaped some today. There was a bit of Chemdawg Tangerine in the grinder already but overall I got a lot of thick vapour, instant effects, and a really great tropical taste. I busted out the microscope camera and I realized I had a couple buds that fell off before I washed the plant in the H202, and a couple buds that came off in the washing process. It doesn't look like washing the buds took off any of the trichomes. I do seem to find less debris in the buds, not that there was much there before. The trichs look great. Just a light toasting of amber. The washed bud actually seems more dry than the unwashed bud. August 25: there's a real chlorophyll smell coming from the drying room today, it was much terpier yesterday. Leaves are getting crunchy, stems are still fully bendy. I ended up taking it down in the evening. The drying room rh dropped from 60% to 55% and the buds were starting to look too dry based on my last grow. I put it all in a paper bag for the night and I'll put it in jars tomorrow morning. Broken down most of the way it came out to 48-49 grams. From the bud structure, I definitely feel like it would have benefitted from more grow time if I didn't have to travel. More to come. August 26 - the edges of the buds are getting really crispy and the buds are getting tighter. I checked the paper bag earlier and it was 65-70%. I got the impression it was time to put it into jars. I'll keep the lids off for a bit.

The Terp tent in full flush mode.... started flawless finish on day 75/81 and flushed all 4 plants throughly let dry out on day76 at night b4 loghts out i then fed 1 liter each plant of plain ph reg water 6.0 ... day77 marked plain water 5.95ph. With slight run off about 3 liters. Day 78 /84 is today which upon checking my trics id say they will be ready for 48 hrs of straight darkness on day 83/89..... from there they will be sawzawed unless yall got a pair of scissors that can cut through 3 inch stems hahaha damn rhino skin .....(buyit) All 3 cookies gelato are turning purple 😋 💜 😍 ya babe shine for me Cg1 is a yeilder that smells like straight up Blueberry pancakes with some side muffins Cg2 is short but she got cake bro ..... sticky n will be a trimmer Cg3 no joke smells like candy gas and so frosty I think we might class this one as the best I might ever grow lol no shares on this lady fingerprint scanner on the jar opener ....... Green gelato is one hella weird growing plant to me idk why maybe I did something wrong or right but these buds r still skinny but fattened up alot tha ks to over drive .... they are about 20 inch buds and 6 main colas that long smells like lemon candy and gas earthy mix deff gonna be a trimmer but a decent yeild I bet for how small the bud sticks are lol 😆 they like foot long hotdogs but like 2 of em in 1 lol 😆 😂 👌 Anyways so far so good kept it clean tidy and fulfilled my passion for thc ... What more could always bored needed something to do carpenter with zero side time ask for honestly tho for my 1st ever grow eith 100%brand new equipment not knowing what I'm doing , I think I did well I pat myself on. The back ... I hope to make my name in the I dusty somehow someway down the line ... possibly breed my own strains and brand it the terp tent thanks for those who veiw my.grow and stay green fams. 9.2.25: The plants had a good watering, they're all still drinking a lot. Which is great, as that means growth, which, at this stage, we desperately need! I went ahead and gave all the plants a thorough watering each with: 2ltrs of dechlorinated water, PH'd to 6.5 with:- ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid I don't know how this scrog net is going to work out. I think the squares are too big. It's elasticated, which I like. However, I'm extremely cautious with watering and moving the net. It's only a matter of time before I break more branches. It's such a hassle with it in there, honestly. I can't get in the tent properly to even check the weight of pots, as it's all weaved through, and again, I will snap branches. I did have a free net with the tent, which I think was smaller squares. I think I will use some other training next run. It's really not my kind of setup. I'm too interested in moving things and inspecting the plants constantly. The net is driving me up the wall. 😣 I'm considering removing it and trying something else, but it's also a bit too late for oldest plants.9.2.25: Gave the plants another good soak. I used 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. The plants are undergoing explosive growth at this stage, which I'm thrilled by! Purple Lemonade is turning purplish hues. Pink Mist has so many bud sites and is looking very healthy. Do-sì-dos is growing vigorously and looking promising, especially considering all my unfortunate mishaps! 😅 Watermelon also has considerable growth. However, my training has made a mess out of the structure. Which I consider another valuable take away. Bubble

Esta semana el cambio en los cogollos es mas que visible. Se han bañado en resina y estan cogiendo colores morados tanto en las hojas como en el propio fruto la mayoria. Al subirles el co2 a 1100 ppm estan consumindo mas agua y generando mas humedad e tenido que enchufar el deshumidificafor al maximo para mantener la humedad entre el 40 y el 50 por ciento. El olor es impresionante para faltarle 1 mes por delante mas o menos... los tonos a naranja acida son claros... como si fueran orange sherbert 🤷‍♂️ pero desde luego no me quejo porque es muy pero que muy notorio. La temperatura la mantendre entre 26 y 27 gradosasta las dos ultimas semana de lavado de raices que la bajare a 24 grados para que compacten los cogollos. Y la EC la mantendre a 1.8 una semana mas y las fos ultimas semanas de aporte seran a 1.9 y 2.0 respectivamente.

Its finally harvest day, i would give her 1 more week but the leaves are to dead and I'm afraid of the problems that can follow from this, like mold.

What a great week it’s been!today is day 65 from seed!! One of the Forbiddin Runtz got it’s last feeding on Friday and will get flushed for 2 weeks and will be ready for dry and cure! The rest will still remain getting same dose of nutes the rest of this week and most likely into the next! This batch felt like it went so quick ! Hope you all enjoy an watch out for next week !

20/06/25: The plants seem to have taken the repotting and strong sunlight really good and are growing nicely ☀️ From now it's all outdoor so let's hope the weather gods are more generous than last year! Also I couldn't stop myself from applying some mild LST to get a bigger canopy! Plants are still pretty bushy and I am super excited to see how the stretch unfolds from now on! 😍 25/06/25: First week of flower is almost over and the vertical growth was unbelievable! It seems like Gorilla Z Auto #2 leans more to the sativa side and developes really large internodial spacing, while the other plant remains a bit more bushy! 🌿

23.2.25: I watered with approximately 1.5 ltrs per plant. I mix 6.5ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. This time, I only added Ecothrive Biosys to the water because I have just top dressed the soil. Adding anything extra right now would probably be overkill and result in toxicity from too many available nutrients. I defoliated minimally mostly Do-sì-dos, Watermelon, and Pink Mist. Due to the scrog net, it's about all I can reach 😅 I've moved the plants to increase space for Gorilla Cookies 🍪 and Bubble

Molasses is still the main ingredient of the fertilizers I feeding them. I just have only a small amount of the "ready" Advanced Nutrients Bloom fertilizer. I will still go on Mycoterra Kraken, Earthworm juice and Molasses. And of course my handmade fertilizer - it stinks like an 3-days-old cup of very strong green tea - this comes from the wakame seaweed ! Extra tip: The smell of wakame is much stronger than the cannabis smell! So you don't need any carbon filters etc. 😆😋 So the molasses does: I once done the water with molasses mix and leaved it for 2 days - it began to ferment! The smell of this remembers me of beer making process with a little bit of the very fresh smell of a essential oil from green carrot tops. Yes, I know - these descriptions are the bomb, haha! Reduced the temperature on my thermostat gear: from 32 to 26'C to see what happens - the reduction should help improve the flowering. As you can see some of the leaves are broken - caused accidentally by watering the plant! I am trying to do my best on this small area 😅

A sight and a tremendous mint smell when I went to remove a sprout that had appeared, what a lovely smell. Broad, healthy leaves At 25 days old, seven days after the apical pruning, I noticed that the leaves were already hindering the growth of the lower branches, so I opted for defoliation. I removed all the large leaves from the main stem, about six leaves per plant. I always take advantage of watering day to do any pruning. Plants, like humans, cope better with stress on a full stomach. Since the plants had already reached a good size, I was able to position them as they would remain until the last day. I'm not one to move them around much; I like them to maintain their position and grow naturally towards the light. Later on, I'll do LST (Low Stress Training). To avoid excessive stress on a cannabis plant when pruning, the general rule is to remove between 20% and 30% of the total foliage (leaves and branches) in a single session. Pruning more than 50% usually causes significant stress that can stunt growth or delay flowering. Later, the next day, I decided to put the benders on once I saw it was possible and get it over with. Un espectáculo y un tremendo olor a menta cuando fui para quitar un brote que habia salido , que olorcito más rico. Hojas anchas y bien saludables A los 25 , pasados 7 dias de la poda de apicales observé que las hojas estaban ya dificultando el crecimiento de las ramas inferiores y obté por la defoliación. Quité todas las hojas grandes del tallo principal, unas 6 hojas por planta. Aprovecho siempre el dia que me toca regar para hacer cualquier poda. Las plantas al igual que los humanos pasamos mejor el estrés con la barriga bien llena. Como que las plantas ya habian alcanzado un buen tamaño pude ponerlas en la posición tal como pasarán hasta el último dia. No soy persona de moverlas mucho, me gusta que mantengan la posición y que ellas mismas crezcan orientándose a la luz. Más adelante un LST . Para evitar el estrés excesivo en una planta de cannabis al podar, la regla general es retirar entre un 20% y un 30% de la masa foliar total (hojas y ramas) en una sola sesión. Superar el 50% de poda suele causar un estrés significativo que puede detener el crecimiento o retrasar la floración. Más adelante fue al dia siguiente. Una vez vi posible ponerle los dobladores obté por hacerlo y quitármelo ya de encima.

63 days!!!!! Today I gave my girl just clean 6.3ph water without any food, I think she has less than 2 weeks left until the finish, my tent smells amazing :) good luck to everyone :)
