Week 7 (06/03 - 12/03) During this week I will continue to feed the plants mainly with Bio-bloom and Top-max every two watering day; I will consider to use Bio-grow too according to the status of the plants. At the moment, the Fat Banana #1 is shorter than others about 15cm but more bushy, it's funny because during the first two weeks of their life she was the taller one. During the past week, the Blue cheese has grown a lot reaching the taller Fat Banana #2. At the beginning of this week they both are 65cm tall. I bought a pH tester so, starting from this week, I will also adjust the pH level in order to maintain it between 6.0 and 6.5... better late than never. 06/03 D43: watering day. Added 2ml of Bio-bloom and 1ml of Top-max to 3l of tap water. I've adjusted the pH with 1ml of Terra Aquatica pH- to obtain a pH of 6.4 07/03 D44: - 08/03 D45: watering day. One liter of tap water each (pH 6.4). Note: I usually fill the watering can the day before and store it into the tent to avoid to use cold water. Yesterday I tested the water and I found a pH level of 7.4. This morning I re-tested the water into the watering can before watering and I found a pH level of 8.0!!! I guess that, every watering day during which I only used tap water, the pH level has always been far high. Could it be due to an accumulation of "salt" into the watering can?!? 09/03 D46: - 10/03 D47: watering day. Added 1ml Bio-grow, 2ml Bio-bloom, 1ml Top-max and 1.5ml Terra Aquatica pH- to 3 liters of tap water. 11/03 D48: One liter of tap water each @ pH 6.0. I'm trying to lower the pH because I noticed that the Fat Banana #2 has two/three fan leaves yellowing from the bottom. 12/03 D49: added 3ml of Bio-bloom and 2ml of Top-max to 3 liters of tap water.

11/17 started the flush until harvest, plain well water with ph between 7.3 to 7.6. Half gallon a day This plant is medium size for the 6 in the tent. Buds are large and dense, gorilla is a great genetic for yield, i expect a surprise on yield given what I can see.

They are in solo cups after the peroxide soak. I've got babies!!!

The little Potter AMS Gorilla Glue has had a ph issue this week. I got it mostly stable when I seen it. The nutrition was a little too strong causing it to spike down as it got less moisture in the substrate. She has still grown well under the Spider Farmer G3000 light with issue. I just switched her to flowering today. She should be good to go at this point. Nothing else to report. I want to thank my buddy @FatnastyzBudz for keeping me company on the phone during my 13 hours trimming, without him i would be lost as it started feel like a punishment task. I also want to thank you my followers for your kind words and encouragement to make her a monster. Who am i ? until last november i have always grown hydro for a little over 11 years. But growing started to look more and more like work because i was more busy with programming my controllers for the ph / humidity / lights / soil moisture / temperature. Also the realization that i have 2 children and my own house made me nervous for the authorities because where i live growing is not allowed. So i decided to grow smaller where i previously had 200x180x200 space i opted for 70x70x160 with the result that i can only grow 1 strain at a time. The intention is to remain self-sufficient in this way and still be able to exchange or give away something here and there at a party. Although I am sponsored I will not be able to grow every strain because not every strain can deliver the result I need to remain self-sufficient. If you know of an auto strain or photo strain that takes at least 11 to 15 weeks I would like to know so that I can grow it in the future and of course I will try to set a record for that grown strain. Because during the 4 grows that I can do per year I can only try to achieve a record since I cannot show you multiple strains at once. It's a nice change of pace to have these warmer temperatures, even if it's not quite spring yet. Low 40s during the day is a lot more comfortable than what we've been dealing with lately. Hopefully, this is a sign that spring's around Those Bubble OG's are looking fantastic! It's awesome how two of them are starting to get that purple color – they look so cool. The third one might look a little different, but that just adds to the fun of growing them.

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. June 28: Mimosa Shot is doing fine. will leave this as an 8 cola plant. July 1: growing fine and it’s liking the warmer weather. July 2: added another scrog net layer to keep the 8 colas spaced out for sunlight. She has gotten taller and has gained a bit on the Sunday Punch EV which is also in the hybrid wagon. I think this MS just prefers overnight temperatures to be a bit warmer.

Start of week 8, day 50. So it's the final week and it's just water for the girls.i don't think they need more than 8 weeks as they are showing amber trichomes on both plants. This strain has taken the summer heat here with no obvious signs of issues. I usually encounter heat stress that normally effects final yield, in my summer grows. But that doesn't seem to be the case here. Thanks LIT for this great grow.
