Hi all buddies! First crop from hydro nft growth. Growth went well, I had some management problems in changing nutrients from veg to bloom which delayed the harvest for a week or two. Sensi Seeds' Skunk # 1F is incredibly resistant to mold and insect attacks, very close internodes ensure low height and compact buds. Unfortunately I chose the mother phenotype wrong, I found the lowest as I wanted but I lost the fatness of the buds present in other phenotypes, but the game was worth the same and I am very proud of it! I collected after 94 days of flowering, the last 72h 20kg ice cubes in the tank and total darkness which the last 24h without irrigation. After cutting I hung the whole plants in the tent for 24 / 48h 19 ° C 55% HR. Two days of wet trim to 8 girls and I hung their colas in the tent to continue drying. With a girl i tried dry trim but i will avoid next time. After a week in the tent I cleaned the colas and removed all the sticks, I placed everything in airtight bags in the refrigerator for 5 days 12 ° C 65% HR (daily check). Now dark storage room at a temperature of 18 ° C 65% HR. At the last weighing a few days ago it was more than 500g, from now it does not lose any more weight. 2nd week has been great , the lady is growing strong 💪🏼 , feeding her with the canna suite and keeping the oh at 5.8 , watering every 3/4 days . Nothing major to report , next week I will start the LST

Been pretty busy lately but these girls just keep at it. I did go several days with out topping them off this last week, probably only had a gallon left of water in thier buckets when I switched to transition. Only problems is a little bit of light burn and maybe a little bit of pest damage on one of them.

Day 58 Update: Watered both plants with 3/4gal until runoff. Water was dosed with Terpinator at 15ml/gal. I will start the flush on Plant #1 next watering. Added a stake and a plant yoyo to Plant #2 to support the heavier branches. Day 62 Update: Starting flush on Plant #1. Watered both plants with almost a gallon until runoff. Plant #2's water was dosed with 3/4tsp of Big Bloom, 1/4tsp of Grow Big, and 1/4tsp of Tiger Bloom. Plant #1's water is just plain pH balanced water. I will start watering every 3 days now. I will start the flush on Plant #2 after one more nutrient watering.

We have 2 weeks under our belt and now we're charging into week. So far each day I can see more new growth which is encouraging. With a few more nodes in the next day or so I'll look at topping. Cheers til next time -Dj Sunstone

First, so sorry again for the lame and horrible pictures. I lost the every single picture I took, the whole process :( and had to take a few just before harvest with a lame phone. This wasn't hard to train at all. Took all the heavy defolation I did like a champ. I just messed up with the nute intake. I can't ask more of this light so I'm quite happy with the results. I've learned so much since my first grow that I'm honestly happy with what I'm getting. I used topping in the fifth node, lst and net for scrog I later had to remove. Next time I'll repeat the same thing but I'll leave less branches and focus on getting them as fat as they can. Too many popcorn bud with so many branches, light can't go trough like with less branches. I could write so much about the smell of this one. At some point IT WAS vanilla, during the cutting process I moved it quite a bit and strangely, it was pure mint. Growing it, it was extremely sweet and a bit earthy, never leaving the vanilla touches. I'll stick with Barney's for a few more plants. It was a resistant and lovely plant to grow.

05/27/2024 : ambered trichromes in sight (on leaves, not so much on flowers yet) DLI tops between 40 and 50. Lot of colors from leaves and pistils and powerfull smell! Now in late flowering, plant is maturing nicely.

Day 44, growing well.. One pheno has strange branch development. First time seeing this, she topped herself :) you can see on video.

10/06/2021 Harvesting #2 and #1 to prevent more loss to mould. #3 will tackle in morning. #2 hardest hit. #1 not much #3 less. Mould Weight will be added later as I have lost my scale in moving. On to curing for 3-4 weeks and I will update the smoke report

Final week shes almost there

Day 64 - The start of week 10 and decided against defoliating and just tucked all the leaves in the middle instead. I’ll still pluck some here and there when needed. Buds are getting nice and fat and still has some decent time to fatten up even more. Day 65 - Ended up having to give her 2 gallons of water today, she’s starting to drink a lot. Buds are still fattening up nicely and smell is strong as hell. Day 67 - Not much happening, just watering/feeding when she needs it and doing a little light defoliating every couple of days. She should be ready for water tomorrow. Day 68 - All still good and she was ready for water and nutes so she got 2 full gallons today. This might be her last actual feeding of nutes before starting to flush but I’ll see how she is over the next week or so. Day 69 - Just some updated pics for the day, nothing new happening. Waiting for the pistils to start dying off but no real sign of that yet. Day 70 - Ending week 10 today and she’s got some fat and stinky buds. Haven’t really started looking at trichs since all her pistils are still bright white and healthy. Hopefully she’ll start winding down here in the next couple of weeks.

Plant growing well, not really fast but still great

Day 9: installed this Pro Co2 bucket in my grow tent 2 days ago. Really looking forward to see what this addition brings and if Co2 can really improve a run. Only time will tell Day 12: Everything is going good.. Added Foxfarm Acid Lovers dry fertilizer, scratched it into the top inch of soil about a tbsp and a half and watered good. I checked ph the other day and somehow soil ph was all the way up to 7.0 hopefully this FFAL will drop that a little. Also got some trifold poster boards and stapled sheets of mylar to them to reflect more light. 12/2 Ending week 2 gotta say everything is going as good as I could hope this lady is in full affect first time ever growing this strain and I can tell its a good one. Great genetics can't wait to see end result

After 21 days in turbo cloner I transplanted 4 Sweet seeds Green Poison into 1 gallon plastic pots filled with Cana coco. Few days later I transplanted another 4 clones into DWC! Stay tuned! Coco feed at 700ppm Dwc feed at 480ppm
