I feel like they could be more light green in color but they are growing really well. Alaskan purple seems to be growing a little lower than the blueberry but I'll bet it's just the genetics. Overall haven't been feeding them water til the soil is dry on top with the ffof, and they seem to respond well to it with no discoloration or burns. Haven't used any nutes and don't plan to til the week of flowering or a week after depending on how the transplant goes. Will add more pics throughout the week, if anyone notices anything I'm missing feel free to spill the beans.

This #40 and #42 plants from Ganja Farmer Seeds where the best out of them all, this is a bias review though as they where not all grown in the same bucket system as these two and thus could not grow to their true potential. The bugs where solid rock hard and crystaly They are true keepers if your wanted a good performing auto for shits and giggle outdoors. The major downside is how easily they got pests and how the pests preferred them over the other weed plants. this is a bit concerning to me and makes me wonder why. My final week is here. She’s fading out, id like to have seen her hold her colour a little longer although the leaves around the bud sites are still a nice green colour. buds are tight and dense. More to follow as the week goes on. Update…. I’m 7 days into drying, she’s starting to dry at the heads and gets more sticky the further down the branch. Next grow I’ll definitely lollipop to the top 2 nodes as I’ve found she’s a little “airy down below”. I’ll strip the branches in another 5-7 days.

Added a little molasses to water. Some heat issues but nothing crazy.

Nothing new. The feeding schedule stayed the same just riding through the weeks now. Started to defoliate gently.

Germinated for 24 hours in a glass of water, 48 hours in a paper towel and then I planted them into biodegradable seedling pots. Northern Lights looking a bit ahead of the Dosidos seeds but that was expected I’ve grown Northern Lights before and they sprout real quick. One of the Dosidos’ first true leaves is looking a bit wonky but we’ll see how it goes I suppose.

I took the tiny plant out of the tent due to state laws. She is happily sitting in a window... we'll see what happens with her! Massive growth for both plants this week! They both doubled in size! I don't know whether to call my plants vegging, pre-flowering or flowering. I figured this was the last week of veg and next week is full on flowering!! They both stink! Gassy for sure! I'll need to turn start using my carbon filter soon... I caught a few cool time lapse videos this week. Especially after feeding them last night!! I fed them twice this week. The first time was at a third recommended dose and I jumped it to half yesterday. The leaves are clawing at the top of the plants... I think it is a lack of phosphorus due to me only watering them the last 2 weeks. Any thoughts out there? I'd love advice about defoliating... I have a couple massive fan leaves I could remove to open the canopy for flowers... I just don't want to stunt the plant or rob the main cola of a major energy source... Thoughts are definitely welcome! I tried my hand at LST... I think a few are working and a few aren't doing the job... Definitely need to figure this out! Again advice is welcome! One starting week 3 the other starting week 1 I’m so impressed!! So excited!!

3 months update she is now starting to taste really good and smell so nice!!! Super happy on the 3 months cure. I have updated my review and this strain is great very happy with the outcome! Well guys had to close the chapter on this one it’s been a busy few months for me. Can’t wait till my next journey will be back!

This was a fun project that was a few years in the making and a year later to see if they would last a season for this upload to happen. Before any of this I would bike aorund town grabbing up all the old Ikea solid pine bed slats that I could find and storing them in the basement. I have a lot of wood down there, any size worked as long as I have enough of them. The hot days to find them were the first and last of the months because that's when people where moving in/out. I also kept an eye on the free section on local online classifieds as well. The entire purpose of this was to recycle as much off the streets as I could before buying anything to finalize the project. In the end I only bought sealer, screws and some takeaway/beers. All the wood was 100% free and salvaged off the streets of Toronto saving it from the dumpster bin. After collecting all the slats for about 2 years I was playing aorund with them on how I wanted to make this work. I had previously done a little project like this before but I messed it up and the boxes where crap. did not last longer then 2 seasons, they where thin and shallow as well could not grow much of anything in them. I Was talking to my friend who is renovating their house and we brainstormed some ideas on the boxes, I found some designs I liked online and said lets make something like this out of what I have here. We tossed out a few of the design features when looking at them as it would have been wasted wood and extra work not needed. If I had more wood them maybe it could have been an option but simple was the name of the game. They taught me what I needed to know like how the miter saw and sander worked, plus all the other tools I was using. They did help out with a table saw and creating the triangle support joints in the corners, They used some pine left overs they had while making a staircase indoors. I did not feel up to the task of using a table saw given all the relatives I know who have lost a finger to them. In the end we decided the design would be three boards high and take an alternating pattern on corners. layer one short, layer 2 long, layer 3 short. Went with a galvanized and painted deck screw so it can take the weathering. Ran into some problems like making everything level as some of the boards were warped and other ones had undesired aspects like knots and tacky sticker goo I could not remove. So I used them for the base that will not been seen so much. Clamped everything down and called it a day. Once it was all done and over with, I then brought them back home from my buddies work garage and started to seal them. I went with a boiled linseed oil as its a food safe option should the wood degrade into the soil I will plant in them. I will need to reapply it to the boxes year after year but the main coat is the most important one and I put it on 3 layers with a good dry in between coats. the inside of the boxes that where coated did not degrade at all as the sun did not hit them so it will not need a new coat just the outside. Overall the end result was very impressive for myself, I've never taken a woodworking class ever and It was a near perfect outcome for me. Heavy Duty Planter Boxes for all my gardening needs. I made a last min decision to add in a plastic liner to preserve the wood even longer and stapled that into the frame. it has held up quite well and may need replacing end of 2nd or 3rd year out in the sun. Used a thick moisture wrap plastic with UV protectors in its formula. Lets see what I can grow in them this year! m0use's haus of projects - garden box edition

It’s bern roughly two months these guys have been growing! Lst’d Both but untied the gg because I wasn’t sure she was benefiting from it so I’m going to do it over. Day 72, 21st of November 2020: Hi! Wao this is what I can say and luckily stoppe streching.... All LST has been removed as the plants remain the same so no need to keep them in "chains". Those Original Sensible girls 3 of them (Gelato, Runtz Gum, Do-Si-Dos OG)went crazy, except Black Ghost OG she did not strech much typical little indica lady. And the THC crystals alrady on the leaves on the Runtz Gum and Do-Si-Dos OG just simply beautiful. Buds are coming getting thick they are gorgeous only I can see some some sort of deficiency on Do-Si-Dos OG a bit on some leaves. The fertilization schedula isnthe same every 2nd day and happens with the mix and ratio above. Wedding Gelato is beautiful also I hope the nice purple colour will come out as well in late flowering stage. :) The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.
