A week full of adversities, lots of mold on the main buds. I increased ventilation and air exchange, but unfortunately it wasn't enough. I lost the biggest top of Baker's #1 due to mold, and to prevent the harvest and reduce plant transpiration (since I couldn't lower the humidity), I decided to remove some buds from most of the plants at the end of week 7. I left the most promising ones and those where I didn't see mold. I left the tent open every day and night to reduce humidity, but I still had problems with some moldy buds at the end of week 8. But it's all good, everything has been a learning experience so far. I've made good friends and continue to learn more each day. I have some clones that are revegetating and maybe I'll bring a new project. Thank you to everyone who dedicated some of their time to this diary. Weekly update, sorry for being a little late. I was out of town the passed week. Wow is it wild to come back and see them after being gone. The smell,look, amd beyond sticky is amazing. I chopped half as they're ready, the other half will come down in the next couple of days. All in all happy growing.

This is my third Bahama Bustdown I've grown. This one is nothing like them. Lol. But! These spears are super dense super frosty and super dank! But heavy on the Chem smell. Very different Bustdown

We kicked off Week 3 with our first set of transplants. The Gorilla Melon was transplanted at the end of the week, while the Papaya Zoap is still patiently waiting for its turn to shine. Each plant that’s been transplanted is now comfortably settled in 15-liter Autopots, filled with PRO-MIX HP BIOFUNGICIDE + MYCORRHIZAE, and wow, I’m loving this mix! 🌱 Why PRO-MIX HP is a Game-Changer For those of you unfamiliar with PRO-MIX HP, let’s take a closer look. This soil provides superior drainage and aeration, thanks to its high porosity. The addition of fibrous peat moss and coarse perlite creates an ideal environment for water flexibility. It’s been perfect for the girls as they transition into their final homes. Plus, the biofungicide and mycorrhizae are doing wonders for root development, giving them all the support they need for vigorous growth. The plants are showing off a beautiful, vibrant green, each with its own unique characteristics—no two plants are the same, and I love that! 🌡️ Environment Update: Temps, RH, and More Let’s talk about the conditions the girls are thriving in! We’re sitting at: • Temperature: 26.7°C • Relative Humidity: 62.9% • VPD: 1.30 (I know it’s a bit high, but they’re handling it like champs) • CO2: 800 ppm • pH: 6.18 • TDS: 215 ppm • Solution Temperature: 23.2°C To make things even more efficient, I’ve adjusted the light height, keeping the PPFD around 360 to 400 to save on energy. These beauties are still soaking in the light perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with how they’re responding. 💧 Watering and Feeding At this stage, the plants are thriving with just enough nutrients to keep them happy. I’ve kept things simple with a balanced solution, ensuring everything stays within the perfect range. The PRO-MIX HP, with its mycorrhizal fungi, is really helping with nutrient uptake and boosting overall health. Finally the harvest, I put them to dry on 70x70cm mesh; I gave them a first manicure, in about 10 days when they are dry I will give them a second manicure and proceed to cure them.👌

Week 3-4 Got plenty of rain over the weekend so I'm sure I won't have to water for a few days. The plants have a nice natural canopy of trees above the greenhouse and we decided to take the roof part of the greenhouse off so the plants can breathe and get adequate air flow. I have the fans blowing on them to keep air circulating to strengthen the stem and to keep pests from landing. The sun makes the plants look yellow in the video, they are not yellow anywhere just to be clear. They seem to be doing great but this is my first rodeo and my sister who has experience seems to think they are coming along nicely and should do just fine. Let's hope so 🤞

Purple matcha is growing like a beast and looks like it's going to hog a lot of room come flower.
