Hey guys :-) . Today the plant was sprayed again with neem oil. There weren't any more trips to be seen after the second application, but to be on the safe side, you did it again today get a cure. That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). She has developed very well this week. I will give you 7-10 days before I switch to flowering. This week was very well, the girl showed her first pistils and she's stronger and healthier than ever, so: Day 30 sprayed with bioprotect Day 31 watered with 3l of water with 6 ml of bh, bg an a-v Day 33 The first pistils are appearing sign that blooming phase has begun. Day 34 water with the mix Day 35 I've turned on the dehumidifier trying to decrease the humidity and starting to defoliated some lower leaves, 3/4 leaves per day stress the plant to much. -This is my second time growing...in my closet lol. I think I’m doing well with only a 65w LED. -Started an experiment on the plant on the right, as I have topped it at the beginning of the week. (First timer) But it looks like it’s doin good & growing. -I still water and feed every 3 days, I have added a humidifier this week as well. This is slow process for my autoflowers and kinda challenging Happy New Year growers! 🙏🏼

I really like the colors coming out in these buds. They are getting more purple every day. Looks like they are going to stack up pretty fat too. I spread the plants out a little this week so they get better light and air flow. Other than that I haven't done anything besides keep the reservoir full. Still pumping nutrients 1 minute on 20 minutes off. They are getting .5 tsp maxibloom per gallon. Not going to run any boosters this round. They dont look like they want or need it.

This week I was wondering why the tops looked funny but it looks burned so I chopped the top cola off the afgan kush. It was too crispy and all the holes from the dead pistils made me think it Hermed and those were all seeds. Found some little white maybe beginning of seeds but not sure because it wasn’t many. I tried snipping a sugar leaf a few weeks back and accidentally snipped the bud a little so I might have caused that bud to stress. I’m almost done so I’m just hoping the others in the tent don’t get affected if it pollinated itself at all. I might chop the top of the zkittlez off too and let the bottoms finish off for a week or two longer when I drop the lights down some. For no I just tied the big cola to the side. I need to get a par reader and get on my Ppm meter too because so far I’ve grown 3 plants without those and just guessing based on the packaging lol. I feel like it’s been relatively smooth for the circumstances tho and happy that I could at least smoke all of them so far.

Day 44: Starting to see some preflower signs and man guys this girl is stunning.. Everything is growing perfect 👌 😌. Leaves and color are beautiful and she takes feedings like a beast. I'm really impressed so far 👏. It is almost 19 inches tall now and I'm thinking shes got another foot to go lol. End of week 4, great week. Nice healthy plants really filled the pots out. Have to stop LST due to no more space. Lights and genetics working great.

Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. The plants are looking healthy and full of energy 🌿 I’m still going very light on the nutrients – currently at about 50% of the Advanced Nutrients schedule. Still, they’re clearly starting to take in more – you can feel the momentum building 🚀 Regular LST has also paid off – the structure is opening up nicely, staying compact and well-exposed to light 🔧🌱 And here’s a major milestone to wrap up veg: I switched to 12/12 right at the beginning of Week 5 – flowering phase is officially on! 🌸

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. And hello to you who read my diary, I just want to say that I am pleased that you have chosen to check in with me and in my diary. I do this for myself and for a steady flow of my medicine. Everything you read and see in my diary is 100% honest and I will never distort or beautify anything here. I document my crops so that I can learn from my mistakes and also to look back at those different crops. I try to update with pictures every day and with text if something special has happened in the garden. This is my strainhunt for the best medicine and the beginning of my journey with cannabis and the cultivation of it. This is my second feminised cultivation ever. First, I'm just going to say something about my grow room. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps for bloom. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This new strain combines two well-received parents, Juanita la Lagrimosa (Spanish for "Juanita the Tearful") and Royal Highness, which are themselves genetic hybrids of other precursor strains: Juanita the Tearful from Queen Mother and a Mexican-Afghan blend; Royal Highness from Dance Hall and Respect 13. On and on the strains date back in agricultural time, each new variety with its own unique smell, taste, color, high and medical benefit. However, in the past decade, a goal of all this tinkering has been what some producers are starting to call “Royal Respect” with the soul of marijuana's benefits going toward both body and mind. Painkiller XL is notable for its near-equal representation of 6 percent tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and 7 percent cannabidiol (CBD), achieved by a seed that's 70 percent sativa and 30 percent indica.
