Through germination and was delighted to experience 100% success rate👍 Two girls this run and now have a GSC and a GSC2 this run. GSC was chosen for the first to break the surface and while the second GSC to come up is now GSC2, she was actually the third to break the surface. Excited to run this strain from Fast Buds.......there are newer strains but sometimes a classic is good😃 Greater focus on VPD this run. Already pushing the humidity higher than I ever have with having controller set at 72% with temperature at 79 degrees. I have been reviewing the numbers and I have normally been close but it looks like I have to raise everything by about 10% and for a few weeks long😬😬😬😬😬😬 Trust the science and lets learn some more from this grow!!! *****Daily Detail: Apr 11, Day 1: - VPD - 1.2 - 500ml first watering given with nutrients as listed. (minus Velokelp) - pH water to 5.6 - Girls up and looking like they are ready to go. Apr 12, Day 2: - VPD - 1.0 - 500ml feeding with VeloKelp @ 2ml/L, Piranha & Voodoo @ 2ml/L. pH to 5.6 - lowered light intensity a bit more. - Both girls are doing very well. Nice leaf colour and tips are turning up now!! Apr 13, Day 3 - VPD - 1.2 - 500ml water with 0.5ml/L each of Piranha & Voodoo, Dual Fuel. - 300ppm with 5.4pH. Apr 17, Day 7 - VPD 1.1 - Turned on flower light on UnitFarm this afternoon and they are happier. - Both ladies up and proud to be alive this afternoon. - Dry out day today and no added water/feed, just misting. - Let the medium dry out a bit and give a nice week 2 feed tomorrow.....they are ready for a little more nutrients now.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Whats going on ladies and gents we on the start of week 3 !! CH#2 did not make the cut so she has been removed from the tent and replaced with a mystery strain in the dome that will be revealed soon enough ! That being said CH#1 has been turned into a cloning project for future breeding projects that I have lined up . We are boosting up the nutrients from 0.5 ml/l to 1.0 ml/l CH#1 is responding well to the nutrient regime she is just really stretched out but I will be transplanting her soon enough and that problem will be fixed . Other then that no real complaints from this cat this week , just sailing it smooth . A big thank you to everyone who comes out and checks out the diary . Not that much happening, I had some night temperature issues but that is fixed now with a heater I still have her on a 12/12 because she is in a room with 3 photoperiods, but in a week or 3 they will be switched to a 18/6 light cycle 👌🏻 Good growing everyoneee!

Last week in Veg 😶 Defoliated them and took small vegetation off from the base. Flushed them today as well with above concentrations. After the switch, I will take Rhyzotonic out of the feed gradually in a week and add Canna Boost. I have set the time to 12 - 12 now 💤 And I have taken a clone off of Renaissane # 2nd pheno (1st in the row), hopefully it lives, I will keep posted.

Sono nate tutte e già sono pronte per crescere in maniera abbondante. Dopo una settimana già sono dieci centimetri alte e tranquillamente si stanno adattando al caldo estivo italiano. È stata una germinazione perfetta e sono felice di avere scelto queste magnifiche banche dei semi mondiali. I cloni invece hanno preso bene e sono già posizionati a terra all'aperto e posizionati in penombra. Alcuni cloni non c'è l'hanno fatta ma più di nove cloni sono in perfetta salute e hanno iniziato a radicare. La pianta madre dei cloni è una Orange Bud raccolta indoor in gennaio e poi trasferita in outdoor per farla rigenerare e ad inizio aprile ha iniziato una seconda fase vegetativa abbastanza mostruosa perché sta formando centinaia di diramazioni biforcute e sta prendendo la classifica forma di cespuglio grezzo. Ne vedremo delle belle con queste varietà coltivate biologicamente. Un abbraccio a tutti.

Die Dame hat ein super Wuchs hingelegt. Um den unteren Trieben für den Stretch nochmal die Chance zu geben, habe ich die großen Fächerblätter entfernt. Präventiv Neemöl gesprüht, weil ich ein paar Freunde gesehen habe. Spraymix alle 2 Tage. Heute wird auch die Lampe auf 12/12 umgestellt.
