Wedding Gelato by RQS

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO I love how my wedding gelato started! 1st day of germ was in water! By day 2 they had little taproots so I transferred to cotton pads with little root juice pre soaked in! And 3rd day planted them and the same day they poked there heads out! I fully recommend voodoo juice as you can see the start is amazing! I also have her under a 20w led it has adjustable settings so has been a dream! After this week passes I’ll be moving them into a tent with a 200w cfl for 2-3 weeks then onto the led for bloom! So I’m planning a 6x8 2 week flush 16 weeks altogether! Wish me luck!

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO Not much to say this week as they are young! All I’ve done is clean up my other 2 tents and re use them as my cfl was creating too much heat in a 50x50x100 so now it’s in my main tent and holding a comfortable temperature and humidity! I had some type of burn (not sure how to identify) but seems like I’ve placed fans correctly now and light too as I was using my 20w led now I’m onto my 200w cfl which is faulty and only half of it is working so 100w until my replacement comes as it was a brand new light! I’m happy to feel I’m off to a great start!

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO This week they shot right out and sprouted her side branches! I decided to top the plants too! I concentrate on giving them good foliage as humidity isn’t too high! I give them a good low stress train, bending down the stems gently and after a gentle foliage spray! I do this 3 times a day! They are also drinking quite quickly and I can see the roots have reached the bottoms of the pots so I’m guesstimating I’ll transfer them in 2 weeks or less into there final 20L airpots! And as you see from my diaries they are not accurate to the week as I added the germing period! So I’ve added dates on my photos when they signify a week gone! (7,14,21,28 and so on)

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO This week during lst I damaged a stem of a leaf and it started dying so I mirrored the opposing side (took off the other leaf) and noticed that topping made this plant (only) make the side stems mains?! And the top was a side but I chopped that top off and seems to have done the trick and is growing at a fast rate (details in pictures) I have also transferred into 20L airpots too and made and edit to the intake as I believe that’s why my previous plant was stunted one one side because it would have dried the soil exposed to constant air forces against it so I have taken a precaution this time! I am soon to add the scrog when she gets a little taller for now I am manually giving lst and I will tie her as soon as I feel I’m able and have the room! Nearly forgot to mention I didn’t give the normal feed after transfer I had brewed my own compost tea 24hrs before!

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO This week I have made a video to show The progress over 4 weeks trying to be a bit different on GD! Hope you like! Was a little worried when this one didn’t pick up her pace but I gathered I had over watered and put a heat mat under her for a couple of days! And that sorted her right out! I have trained with pipe cleaners to hold those stems down as they allow the lower coverage to rise! Everything going smoothly! I hope you like buddies!

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO This week I have took off the ties and made the transition to 12-12 since Friday! They have stretched fairly but not too much yet! I gave them a pre flower Defoliation too which exposed the base making it easier to water and if I’m right they’ll shoot right up and put all their energy into making flowers in about 5 days or so from now! So wish me luck as I’m on my way now!

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO This babies in flower officially 🌸 I can’t wait to give them there next feed too as I have it planned to add bud factor x and sensizym... that’s to start I have a little newbie nute I’m going to get to try too so can’t wait to see how that works out 😉 humidity is between 43-48% but usually regulates around 40-38 so I don’t need to even use my dehumidifier yet! I’ve done well with the scrog! And at first I thought they wasn’t going to stretch enough to reach the first angle but they did now I’m happy that they can’t over stretch in there next week or so and take over the tent.... hope you like buddies and feel free anytime to check out my other diaries and oh yeah of course 😉 drop a like 😉

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO Crazy pace these girls are running at! They’ve slowed down the stretch now but hasn’t stopped me making some scrog edits and especially after defol I’m expecting great things! I’ve added my nutes now adding rhino skin and bud factor x also sensizym and big bud! So can’t wait to see what these do as I’ve never really used other nutes or tested them during flower so this is awesome for me to see how the flowers are generating so much quicker and the smell when you defol was lush! STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO Most change I’ve done is up the nutrients and aid the scrog to get more opportunities for more light to get to more flowers! This one is 4 days behind the critical bit 4 days ahead of the sherbet queen (down to my defol mistake) took me back a few days on each plant! STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO Flowers are coming 😍... I chose to feed less nutes as my ppm was at 1580 and wasn’t prepared to use that so I are another mix with different nutes at 1380 if my water wasn’t at 236 It would be lower! But either way no complaints can’t wait for the coming weeks!

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO I was worried at first when the orange pistols cane and then buds formed but I’m still learning as I’ve studied the genetics (should of done this first🤷‍♂️🏽) and it’s a Sativa plant so buds grow different (me thinks) but anyway.... they are growing daily and I can’t wait to see when they fatten! 😉 thanks for all the helpful buddies on gd too! STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO Day 36 in flower (week 5) smells so much like cake and sweets and candy and 🤤🤤🤤🤪 I cant wait for the last weeks when I flush because then I’ll see how fat they’ll get, got 3 weeks left and these are by far the best I’ve done but not so far as my organic ones look like they’re going to do bigger flowers so makes more confident to switch to organic long term! Look at the frostiness too! Glistening

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO Welcome to my best looking girl! She’s so sexy under her light literally glistening in colours! I can’t wait to see how she looks away from the tent when I harvest! Smells like a dream I really wanna just dive in and start smoking but.... 🤷‍♂️🏽 Ya know lol 2 weeks before I flush so not long to go! I will be using my mag to check the trichromes and harvest at that ripe point as I know these are gunna taste delicious! My temps have been almost next to perfect when it comes to low and high and also my RH I’m smashing (summer was a beach) but I think I have a nack for it so I’m prepared for this summer to come’

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO Marry me gelato 🍧 is what I’d be saying if weed was a person lol na just to be real the flavors are going to be crazy on this one! It formed buds early and they have only got bigger and turned into Little Rock’s literally so hard and dense so when they swell during flush I got an idea of what I’m expecting! I have no complaints just have to wait a week before I start the flush and I’ll use flawless finish in the first feed and water after and through out until ready! I literally have zero complaints or deficiencies! Just a waiting game now! 😉 and oh yeah buddies if you Like please hit the like and if not leave some criticism at least so I can improve thank you! 😇

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO I am so impressed with this Amazonian beauty lol honestly I never thought it would be like this... buds like stones big and frosty shining like VS diamonds 😉 I am going to tie them and start flush on next feed! I’ll provide close ups using my mag on the calyxs! (If I spelt that right)I can see this is going to be my best harvest as to day! I’m proud of myself this time and as I said you can see the difference in my last ones (cherry bomb and honey cream) to how much I’ve learned from the buddies of GD! 1 day grow diaries will commend you and we can resolve anything using maybe tabs to certified growers who really have a passion to reach out and help others! Know that I appreciate you all!

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO I’ll be most definitely harvesting these next week! I will continue with water from now until they are ripe and ready! They are absolutely smelling like a cake and candy like a lime doughnuts with marshmallow toppings like a whole sweet shop! Like I dipped my head in a pic and mix bucket, like Im wreck it Ralph and I’ve crashed into candyland! Makes my mouth dribble! The buds are starting to swell too so thinking next 7 days I’ll be ready! Next upload will be harvest hope you like buddies! I’ll be hang drying this time! As I’ll have space and a tent to do it in as before I didn’t and used the brown bag method! But I can maintain between 14c - 18c with a humidity of 42 percent! So I’ll hang dry this time! Any suggestions?? Let me know! I’ll be putting 2 fans on them for air circulation and a air vent only sucking out as it will draw air in on its own and keep the humidity lower in the tent while drying!

STAYINGONMYMAINCBATORUNTWO Was a bit worried in the first weeks of flower as the buds formed early but... i was left with the most densest of buds literally hard like arnie in his terminator days lol! I didn’t quite get the amount I expected but defiantly enough! Will defo grow again! After time went on she developed so much frost literally like diamonds 💎 Resistance was very strong on this one too and drank so much more than the rest had to be smart with watering! I’m the end the result was as intended can’t wait for the next couple of weeks for the flavour to really come out but as of now really reminds me of skittles as you can taste the sweetness but also that cake 🍰 comes right through too and this is before a full cure. Happy growing buddies I say this one is a top one to grow! Added a few photos since cure! These buds are dense and colorful and fruity! Tastes like it smells until you get a lovely bit of cake come through! Heaven! High is full body literally one point I felt it in my feet rose to my chest!
