Fortunately, with the help of BioBizz Calmag, things are slowly improving. 🍃💪 Currently, I’ve set the humidity to 45%—according to my research, this is ideal for minimizing the risk of mold. 💧🚫 🌱 Day 42 - Last Day of the Second Flowering Week 🌱 Hello everyone! 🌿 Today marks the last day of the second week of flowering, and I’ve made some updates to my routine. I’ve increased the nutrients to BioBizz Grow (3ml), BioBizz Bloom (2ml), and BioBizz TopMax (1.5ml). The plants are growing well and have recovered from the calcium deficiency. 🍃💪 I’m continuing to add a bit of BioBizz CalMag to prevent any future deficiencies. 🌱✨ This week, I also added some soil to the pots, as the soil level had flattened out quite a bit. I topped up each pot with about 1.5 liters of soil.

Well unfortunately Misty was chopped ahead of schedule because on Monday morning I found the dread BUD ROT (Botrytis) infecting one of the side colas. I discarded that cola and am drying the rest.

I am feeding with tps one and CalMag oac one time, then it’s back to regular tap water (well water) that comes at 8.5 pH with 156ppm of tds. The feed was approx a pH of 6.5. More importantly is the consistent soil pH which appears fixed at 6.8 I know it’s lazy! However…. I have noticed doing this to reveal to me that the soil pH is very stubborn and not easily changed by the pH of the water alone. Stuff in the water can definitely have an impact. But still, most feed waters I use don’t change the soil ph. I do make sure the pH is within a healthy range for soil, something between 6 and 7 I figure is ideal. I’ve found if there is enough lime in the mix, and as long as I don’t over feed soluble nutes, then the soil pH appears stable and fixed. With enough lime in the mix, I can ultimately arrest the soil pH at 7. It’s really cool. I thought adding too much lime would give me something potentially alkaline, and maybe it will. But I’ve added lots of lime before and still haven’t gotten past 7 pH. Maybe I didn’t add enough to go further? Nevertheless I’m not interested in going past 7. I haven’t seen any issues with the speed of growth watering with 8.5 tap water, surprisingly. As I’ve said the soil pH would read 6.8 before and immediately after watering with the 8.5 tap. So….. I’m thinking the stability of the soil pH is a positive indication that the microbes are not being subjected to pH shifts, or at least nothing substantial. I mean, at the end of the day when things are looking good, I feel like I must have something right.

Haven't updated in a while, they have been growing slow an steady 1 gallon of water every 3 to 4 days ph between 6 and 6.5

This is my second run of Dutch Passion with my first being a monster Blueberry Auto. Massive plant, and her pungent odor overtook my entire home while trimming her today. While trimming her it smelled like I was in an earthy Pine Forest with a hint of berries, and it was one of the strongest smelling plants I've ever run. Very easy to grow, responded to all training methods with VIGOROUS growth. I topped her above the 7th node and removed the bottom one so I had 12 mains total. It took me almost 8 hours and I even had help for 4 hours.. Trimming is definitely my least favorite part of cultivating this species. I am super impressed with this strain and really everything Dutch Passion. They have not even sent me a single seed or even acknowledged me on here but this is my second run of their autos and I anticipate each will be a massive yielder. I will probably take a month off then start a run of a few photoperiod mainlines. 06/17/2020 I'am not sure how she will produce,but the smell is intoxicating! Wow that's all I can say. Better than any gg I've smelled thank you Fast Buds! In fact I love it so much I have decided to selectively pollinate some buds with Red Sky male , that should make for some freaky flavor combos! I think she is stretching and filling out she looks happy! I do have powdery mildew on the stem need to clean it up oh yeah did I tell you I love the smell! Lol
