Auto Ultimate by dutch passion. for this strain i think 13weeks will be enough to finish buds, lets wait and see whats gonna happen^_^

With this thick headbud, there is a risk of getting wet and bad weather and we dont want any budrod so we cut the headbud after 66 days from seed to harvest we took away some fan leafs and hung it up to dry. the lower buds may need a few more days. Its really unbelieveble how much resin she produces. smoking report is following

I had fun with this barneys gorilla zkittlez, although it seems like it was ready around 7 weeks, its as if the plant has been in the early stages of self seeding when I've harvested on day 54~ of flower.. Can't think any other reason why this would've happened Anyway overall the bud is 95% amazing, just a slight sadness at the miniscule seeds forming close to the stems in the centre of some buds that takes away from the taste a little

Took her down on day 69 of flower. Her fan leaves were faded purple and she shows a lot of purple in the calyxs on the stalks and in the nugs. Just a beautiful strain. And the small is amazing. The best smelling harvest I've had. And the stickiest. If you want to grow automatic cannabis. You should try Mephisto Genetics.00

Hola a todos! Espero que anden bien!!.. Les comento que hice esta semana, la he regado con agua un riego y el último hoy, con nutrientes en sus dosis indicadas más arriba. La planta ha crecido mucho esta semana 37cm en 7 días, ha pegado el estirón, y también han mostrado sus preflores. Esta semana he tenido una humedad alta 70% y no la he podido bajar,pero con humedad y una temperatura que ha rozado los 28 grados por momentos, he notado que las plantas les gusta ese ambiente, por eso el crecimiento que ha pegado. Hoy (17/09 ) ,dia 35, de la Auto Divine Rapier he quitado las hojas más grandes que tapaban las ramas bajas, espero que en este momento no estrese la planta. Bueno, no los aburro más, nos vemos la próxima semana!. Buenos humos!! Las imágenes corresponden al periodo del 10/09 hasta el 17/09 (dia 35) inclusive.

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. Remember, For every molecule of glucose produced during photosynthesis, a plant needs to split six molecules of water. This process provides the hydrogen needed for synthesizing glucose and other organic compounds, while oxygen is released as a byproduct. Homework. If Rubisco activity is impaired and it cannot properly function or regenerate its substrate, the plant's leaves are likely to turn a pale green or lime green, a condition known as chlorosis. Essentially, Rubisco activity is highly regulated and susceptible to various environmental and metabolic factors that can cause it to become inhibited, leading to an apparent failure in RuBP regeneration due to a lack of consumption. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration. Maintaining the optimal, slightly alkaline pH is crucial for the proper function and regeneration of Rubisco. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. For those high-intensity workouts when 1 meal a day is just not enough! Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The plant was getting a little limey yellow in the centre. Die dümmsten Bauern haben die dicksten Kartoffeln. Die dicksten Buds hab ich nicht, aber dafür viele 😄 129gr Buds und 22gr Popcorn. Bin auf das curing gespannt, der Geruch ist jetzt schon verlockend. Die Wirkung brauch nen Moment, ist dann erst kopflastig und kommt so nach 30 Minuten entspannt body-lastig.

-Sensi Seeds Research: The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #13, week 5 of Flowering. Well well well... everything is going well 😄 Or should I say, swell swell swell... everything is going to swell 😉 As I said in previous week, they started to drink like maniacs ( 2 liters more in the week ), meaning swell is starting now (👈 the tip is free bro, just hit the like and subscribe if you want some more 😎), flowers opening is over. Dehumidifiers are set on 55% and will decrease 5% by 5% each weeks now. I will keep an eye on the buds, particularly the new genetics, as I never grow them before I don’t know their resistance to mold, but I believe these strains should be tough enough as everyone is in perfect condition and all healthy. I have finally found a better lightening solution for the middle of the room. You can really see the difference between Pictures A and B. The Mars Hydro SP 250 is definitely the best LED solution for its price, you can get a serious LED light which is bright enough to be able to grow some serious buds like a pro, and I can tell just by seeing the quality and the intensity of the spectrum from my experience. This LED light will make you say WOW when you plug it in and each time you will see it turning on, for sure 👍 Before receiving this baby, I’ve read the driver becomes hot, but in my definition something hot, is something that you can’t handle more than a few seconds... to be honest, for me this driver becomes a bit warm and you can handle it with no problem. And one last thing about this driver, it is removable, in case if you personally think it’s too hot for your growing area. I tried defoliating two days ago but just the leaves that are underneath and started to bend toward the soil, 1-2 leaves per plant not that serious defoliating because its an autoflower and I won’t stress it to much. I did another defoliating an hour ago, 1 leaf per plant again just those trap inside the bottom part. Low stress training still on going but no new tie, i’ll try to leave it like that until the end i’ll just tuck the leaves blocking the developing pistils. I noticed that out of 3 plants, 1 is taller and bushier than the rest. Looks like the other two stunned their growth or just slow in growth. Seriously I don’t have an idea same nutrient and care are given to all plants. I feed them twice a week every 3-4 days, no negative reactions or whatnot. Nutrients adjusted in this week. Same temperature and humidity level as last week, keeping an eye daily to adjust if its not in desire level.
