I think I've missed a week off the diary, im in week 3 of flower, does it look ok? Im happy so far for a first timer, ive had her under a bulb but the suns nice here today so got her out, its not the 1st time so I trust it'll be OK and not a shock, I seem to have been lucky in this so far so hopefully it'll turn out OK in another 2 weeks or so? Any info or ideas are appreciated, cheers

She's got good smell so far. Just did some defoliating almost some lollipoping. Give some nutes but it's been raining so haven't needed to feed as often lol Happy growing 🌴

Commencing Day 36/Week 6 on November 28th D36 Still slow and steady growing. Some much more slow and steady than others. I am hoping by the end of this week or by sometime next week I can flip to 12/12 and get cuttings. My goal is medium/small size plants with medium sized yields and to hopefully 🤞 find at least one keeper of the bunch. Reason being I have a lot going on and want to see whats the best I can get with light work load. Bigger plants=bigger work loads. I also noticed the Boss Hogg1 must be Canadian 😄 one of the leafs is a maple leaf shape with no finger separation (aka duck foot mutation 🦆; see photo). This is the same plant I called a Purple Tarantula in one of the earlier weeks. Definitely a freak. Day37 Filled all buckets till water line was bubbling into net pot. Filled with oxygenated &(dechlorinated) house water. Added 10ml Clonex per bucket. Some needed pH but not much on .2 off from 5.8. ppm is around 800-900. Leaving lights on again overnight. (Cold front coming). Day 38 Added 5ml Cal Mag to each bucket. Added more fresh water to bring PPM back down to 800. pH sitting around 5.9 Noticed 818 Headband was hiding a tiny clover friend. I'll keep it there for now. Maybe find a four leafed clover for good luck 🤞 Also noticed that the sativas phenos are being picky eaters compared to the rest. Also noticed the 818 is catching up a little more. Definitely a nice healthy steady growth. Just quite a bit slower then the Gorilla Zkittles. Lastly tonight the plants will go into 14 on 10 off. This is to induce stretching (they are sooooooooo short; due to 8 on 4 off light schedule) and maybe preflowering also. Won't be long!😄👍 Day 42 Few days in the new light shedule is working great. Plants seem to be getting ready for me 👍 I've also switched the plants around to accommodate the grow a little better (ie in order of size) The 818's and Raspberry is catching up slowly to the GZ giants. (& looking great 😄) but man these GZs are thirsty girls, they drink the ppm and water levels in one day what the others take in 3 or 4. Needless to say I've been pHing everyday basically and adding water and light nutes to keep around 800ppm and 5.8pH. maybe only mentionable is that the GZs needed more nutes (ppms dropped about 200ppm to 600 in two days) and pH balancing (pH shot up to 6.2 in two days) than the others. I'm getting anxious to flip and cut. The GZs are right where I want them. The others, not yet. I'll have to find a happy medium where the runts are at least so big with out letting the GZs get too big. Thank you for reading and watching

The gorilla zkittles took a plunge with yellowing of leaves immediately and dying off after a molasses feeding so I stopped that right away. Introducing fish shit today and hoping everything is still good.

Orion F1 organic, dry amendments. The plant is really developing the flowers while they look really dense, and like they will be some very top shelf buds! The buds are beginning to stack on weight now, and hopefully, we'll just see the colas become larger and larger as we go on from here! I have gone through the tent this week, and I have removed a lot of the lower branches on the plants, as they're not going to grow into big colas or anything. So it's better not to waste the plant's energy, developing those to hopefully redirect it into the larger flowers. I'm really impressed with this plant so far, and the organic dry amendments are really working wonders, and that's been really eye-opening for me during this experiment! I'm very pleased that Royal Queen Seeds were kind. Enough to allow me to try this experiment with some of the F1 hybrid strains. It has been, and continues to be an extremely exciting experiment, and I am again learning more and more with each plant. I cannot wait for harvest and to see what these buds look like after I've dried and trimmed them! 3.8.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2 with; 💜 1ml Trace PH: 6.2 PPM: 371 I've just been keeping the medium, not bone dry, but there were some fungus gnats. So I have let it dry out more than I usually would probably, because I wanted to sprinkle some Diatomaceous Earth on the soil, and it only works when it's dry. 4.8.25: I watered with 3ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 with; 💜 3ml Ecothrive Trace 💜 1.25 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.6 PPM: 385 I am going to top dress next week as I checked and it has been exactly a month since I last did one. Stacking and packing on big time. Unfortunately, she's had a feed stress somewhere (I'm assuming) and started to nanner in a few spots. I've caught it pretty early on so I'll be gambling with the room now that I've removed the affected sites. I guess we'll see what happens. Wouldn't be devastated if this one passed it's love on 😂🤦‍♂️🙏 Mid week - Found one more bud with nanners so it was removed, likely missed it the first time. Other than that, looking good 💪👍

Days 78-84 - Been lax in updates, but I still log every week to completion. Back injury in addition to The Nineteen, Rona Style, has been a bit of a pain in the posterior. (That means ass) Plants are gigantic and sassy. Had Dangergirl come out and defoliate/lollipop the bottoms out of the girls, saving me painful labor and increasing my yields, so yay for her! Plants are happy, pompoms are getting thick, and everything looks good. Switched FF01 to flower on day 84.

She has become out of control, buds are way too heavy, a stem fell during the night and the upper cola on that stem has developed mold very quickly. But this isolated incident didn't stop her from producing loads of trichomes everywhere, that are almost 100% milky. A few more days to wait and I'll proceed to harvest 😎

Welcome to week 4 For Enigma in this Seedsman Tiny & Rare pot contest. After a bad start to week 3 she recovered well. Today I have added an air hose into her pot. It's run by a 5v 1w usb pump, connected to a 5v 2w solar usb panel. Using this I have been able to test the effectiveness of the light at different angles and ranges. The pump runs at full power within 30cm of the light. From there it slows rapidly down to 70 where it stops completely. I need a better light. Day 23: I have reconfigured the tent. I replaced the solar panel with a plug as I need the air to run when light is off too. My idea here is that if you can DWC with airstones, maybe if I blow air to her roots she can handle being in a saturated medium, thus allowing me to ensure she always has nutrition available. If it works as I hope, I may be able to have her exceed the size she might otherwise achieve in this pot. I have refilled the pot with fertigate every time the bubbles stop. There is no way its evaporating this fast. She has now been totally saturated for at least the last 6 hours and no drooping. Day 24: Been a bit lazy topping up her liquid but I'm confident the air pump is working as intended. Day 25: Enigma is on day 2 of a little dry-out experiment. Day 25.5 Enigma was wilting, so I fertigated her until the pot was full and then topped her up again twice. Day 26: Drowned her. Whoops. Day 27: Let her get too dry. Whoops. This is not easy. Day 28: End of week 4. Enigma suffering. It's difficult to get a balance between sufficient nutes and moisture levels.

So week 4 of veg all going well had to trim a lot of fan leaves off. But have done them the world of good. I have tried my hand at supercroping 1 of them. Learning curve. Taking cuttings tomoz the 1 more week 18.6.then think about flowering..even got myself some tea bags for the little devil's lol

10 Weeks into Flowering This plant looks absolutely gorgeous.🌱? Its buds are developing beautifully and slowly filling up the space. Its appetite for nutrients is enormous, and it needs 5 liters of water a day🥦🚿. In a few days, I’m going on vacation for five days. I hope my substitute can handle it. I gave her the last dose of fertilizer today.🍅🐔 Now she’ll get plain water for another 2 weeks, and then hopefully she’ll be ready for harvest.🌸🔪

The 2 ladies are doing so fucking awesome, the smell it's super sweet and cheesy, it's a beautiful strain to work with, both phenos have the exact same smell which I love and si think they'll be ready in couple of week by day 63 of flower I'll start to think about chopping this ladies down, can't wait!!!

Hello GD Crew!!! I’m glad to finally be back with a new diary. A LOT has happened since my last diary. The large room I was using back then got infested with spider mites. For a while I thought I had them beat, but they came back with a vengeance. So I thoroughly cleaned my 2x4 tent and set it up in the opposite side of the house. However, that part of the house is also now my new man cave and was under construction until a few months ago (its still not completely done yet, but close enough). I have also switched back to LED lighting. I’m using a pair of Spider Farmer SF1000’s (100w) LED’s. I was using a 315w CMH fixture but felt I was getting better results with my old blurple ViparSpectra’s (both of which have died). Also, it was getting too hot in the tent with the CMH. To be completely honest the best weed I’ve ever grown was using a 1000w HPS, but that could possible melt a 2x4 tent and I’d be tripping circuit breakers all the time again. After a lot of research it looked like the Spider Farmer SF1000’s were the best bang for the buck in the LED market these days. They have the right components (Samsung LM301B diodes and MeanWell drivers) and have great specs. I was able to purchase them on Amazon Prime Day for $129/each (USD). For soil I’m using Coast of Main Stonington Blend Grower’s Mix. I had been previously trying to amend and reuse old soil or mix old soil 50/50 with new soil and in retrospect that was a mistake. The PH was totally unpredictable as were what nutrients were available or deficient. I felt like I was always trying to fix soil problems and one thing would lead to another. So, from now on its fresh soil in every pot. I’m using 3 gallon pots with self watering reservoirs at the bottom. In addition to the Coast of Main Stonington Blend I’m also using Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. I filled the 3 gallon pots with the Coast of Main Stonington Blend first, then dig out a hole in the middle about the size of a grapefruit and filled that hole with the Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. Then I planted the seeds about knuckle deep in the middle of the Seedling Mix. This seemed to work great, both pots had small seedlings appear in 5 days. This diary will focus primarily on FastBuds BlackBerry, but I am also growing a DinaFem Critical+ Auto at the same time. I’ve grown both of these strains a few times in the past with mixed results. But, I’m hoping this grow will be far greater than those in the past. My plan is to allow the Coast of Main Stonington Blend act as the ‘super soil’ it is supposed to be and not add any additional nutrients. I will however be adding RealGrowers Recharge on a regular basis (I love that stuff, it really makes a difference) and will probably also add some CalMag once in a while. But that’s all. Additionally, I do not plan on doing much training with these girls. I will LST bend them over at a 45 degree angle around the time they hit their flowering stretch, but that’s all. Bending at a 45 degree angle gives better exposure to lower branches and allows those lower branches to produce larger tops. Hoping for the best!!! Please feel free to comment and follow. Day 71 🌤️☀️🌤️🌥️ 13-23 degrees, humidity 53-78%. I start into the 11th week with an intense check of the trichomes. Tropicana started to produce amber and blue trichomes, next to purple and pink. The purple get’s darker and the appearance of the flowers change to a beautiful bouquet of fragrant colours. Day 72 ☁️🌧️☁️⛈️ 15-24 degrees, humidity 69-84%. Today my plants needed to be canopied again because of strong rainfall. I‘m glad that I have this opportunity while they continue standing outside and ripening. I take some fotos of Tropicana and her trichomes, gave her one liter of pure rainwater and let her wait for the next sunny days. And wait, and wait probably several more days. Day 73 - End of spring, beginning of summer! 🤓 🌧️☁️🌧️☁️17-25 degrees, humidity is 70-90%. Got to have an eye on the flowers, they are dry but the humidity is too high for doing nothing. Today in the evening I took a few leafs of my plants for a relax tee. A nightingale is singing next to our balcony. Love it! Day 74 🌧️🌧️☁️🌧️ 19-24 degrees, humidity is 75-90%. Tropicana is smelling wonderfully. It‘s like a bouquet of all her colors. My nose is in love! Day 75 ⛅️🌧️☁️⛈️ 13-19 degrees, humidity is 80-94 %. Waiting for sunshine. I decided after reading about, to flush the potting soil twice. Once I did today with 10 liter water and a lot of drainage wich was quit clear at he end. A second time I will do it in about a week then maybe stop watering her. Day 76 🌤️⛅️☁️🌥️ 12-24 degrees, humidity is between 60 and 80. Today Tropicana enjoys her life on our balcony. She looks fine after flushing yesterday early morning. I‘m looking once per day on three flowers at the same point if there‘s fresh growth, and there is. Found a Terpmonster this morning. Wake and bake. Psychedelic Sunday! Night 77 🌤️☀️🌤️☀️ 15-26 degrees and the humidity is 55-73%. I brought Tropicana inside to take some pictures with a flashlight. It’s not so easy to catch the real tropical colors, nearly this fotos give an idea. She is smelling very intensive. Very fruity floral fragrance stayed for hours in the flat. I really need to think where do dry our weed. Because of different reasons I won‘t do it in the flat. So I think about the basement or maybe on the balcony depending on humidity and weather forecast.
