Lessons learned from week 1 of my first grow so far: the best watering solution I found so far is a mix of distilled water from the store and filtered tap water. with a final ph of 6 and ppm of 20-40. a little ph buffer goes a bloody long way. Use with caution. performing tasks like mixing solution and potting a germinated seed are best performed without a phone (camera) in one hand. the seed germinated within 24 hours using paper towels. I planted after 36 hours. After 24 hours of potting, the stem was already shooting up, and I turned on the lights, set to an 18 hour schedule. I wasn't quite ready for this, so it took me some time to research and get the desired humidity and temperature. At this point I added more nutrient in even quantities of FloraGro, FloraMicro, and FloraBloom, according to instructions. Perhaps a little early though, although after just one 18 hour light cycle this plant is shooting up like a rocket and showing leaves. I bought a fan for the inside of the tent and propped it up on a box, and a humidifier to bring the humidity from 40-50% to around 70%. Since it's a winter grow, I have to periodically increase the temperature to keep it at 25 °C. The intake fan, humidifier, and inside fan are significantly lowering the temperature. I'm also experimenting with finding the right humidifier settings since the humidity seems to increase a lot when the lights go out, and the machine is still new.

Hey guys, Another Explosive week has passed and the plant seems to not stop growing, I have some side branches reaching 80cm while the main branch stopped at 68cm. I really hope it can produce nice buds. At the moment it still a little bit 'empty' hoping week 7 will make the flower explode, I really hope so... 31.05 yesterday was the end of the fifth week for the plants, some were transplanted yesterday, some today, and some not yet, but most of them were transplanted and topped for the first time... I was late with the topping because I didn't want to top before transplanting.. I topped most of the plants between the sixth and seventh nodes instead of between the fifth and sixth, some I even topped between the seventh and the eighth, but what's up... the weather normalized for a day and immediately started with severe heat... in the sun now it will be 40+ degrees C, until the other day it was 15, this is definitely not normal...the pictures and video are from yesterday, in the next update I will post pictures from the site Stay high ‘n’ keep growing!!!

Saw some excellent lateral growth from their branches in the last week. Been removing fan leaves from main stem to allow meristems to grow more. I was using kelp in a foliar to induce apical dominance but have since removed it from the girl's regimin with the hopes of flowering beginning soon.

Day 15. Took humidity dome off. She is very thin ... Fan is late for a week, hopefully monday i get it finally... Day 19. Bought few bongs, one is specifically for this girl ;) Small watering - 40 ml in. 6.3 pH. Happy Growing !!!

I really failed at the beginning of this grow with not putting up any kind of netting or trellis. I’ve had to put bamboo in the pots and and wrap string around that way the branches can rest on it. I’ve noticed the buds are getting fatter.

Forming her big fat colas shooting pistols like it’s the Wild West “pew pew” I think she’ll for the full mile and have 3 more weeks left can’t wait to see the array of colours I’ve seen in my solo 😊 stay tuned and hit that like button it’s free!

She in middle of week one flowering recieved a heavy pruning , also adjusted her lst. She started to stretch now hopefully she stretches up a foot more :) all in the end even though one made it I'm still glad :) will order more down the line for sure. Sometimes people we hit or miss with seeds!

Die Pflanze hatte etwas Hitze Stress und Wassermangel aber wird sich denke ich gut erholen. Sonst die Buds sehen sehr gut aus und werden immer größer und kompakter bzw. schließen sich gut zusammen. Heute ca. beginnt die 6 Blüten Woche.

Week 2 begins 🤞🏻

Commencing Week 10 - 2nd week of flowering - Day 64 from germination - Day 14 of 12/12 on December 26th All is awesome! 😁 Although all plants have hairs right now, 818#1&2, BH2, & GZ2 (especially 818s) seem to start throwing hairs just a few days before the rest. RD is stretching out rather nicely and is working in sync to make a nice level and full canopy. Have noticed the pH of the nutrient solution now swings very low with every plant, especially the bigger ones, within 24 hrs going from 5.8 down to 3.8-4.3. I pH back up accordingly every day. Lastly I decided to go with "bonsai" training instead of topping. (This is in order to keep plants growing at a steady pace - non-stunting - while taking away the apical shape that is natural for some strains.). I "bonsai'd" The following: GZ1&2&3, AND 818#1. Simply put I coiled bonsai wire around the main cola and bent below the next lowest node /tier (see photos) The other s: RD, BH 1&2, and 818#2 have a natural level/close to level shape. D.65/15 Started tucking leaves and light stress training. So far I have taken only 3-4 leaves off per plant. And other than coiled the Apex cola they are been untouched. Also to balance out the pH drop, I have been pHing to the 6.0-6.2 range. Seems to steady the solution better so I will continue. Lastly I have put both the fans and the oxygen pumps on a 15m on 15 m off interval throughout the 24 hr day. I thought it might be risky however the plants seem not to mind, rather maybe even like this better. D.69/19 Yesterday I added a tiny bit of bloom food high in phosphate to help with the flowering since it's picking up now, as well as some extra Cal Mag and the plants seem happier because of it. And I have still been putting the pH a little higher, in the 6.1 range, rather than a 5.8 since it seems to be dipping low every time I check rather than going up. Also I put these pumps back on 24 hrs per day because after two days of being on for 12 hours her day they seemed not as happy as they were prior. Lesson learned with that one no harm done so that's a good thing. The raspberry diesel is really taking up the space wonderfully in between the four plants in the corners and is becoming almost + shaped really filling in the canopy just like the description online says don't vegfor long because the flower phase stretch is something to behold. 818 headband number one has a really beautiful medium sized stature not too short but not tall and lanky either and tons of Bud sites and is looking the most bud-filled already whether that means it will have the most yield or be done the fastest, or both we'll have to wait and see., All three of the Gorilla Zkittles seem to have slightly different phenotype variation one a little bit more sativa than the other two that are more hybrid looking. All 3 have very different root masses compared to the rest of the plants and are pretty big but one in particular is absolutely huge. (Comparisons will be posted in next week's update.) the Boss hogs also seem to have very different phenotype expressions as of now one is staying much more short and having a very level canopy naturally and no hairs, while the other is close to a level canopy but still has a little bit of that main cola dominant feature as well as a lot more hairs. Werd Anfang nächster Woche den Entfeuchter aufstellen. Ansonsten läuft alles ganz gut, war paar Tage weg und als ich wiederkam waren sie sehr sehr ausgetrocknet, nach 2 Liter Wasser und bisl warten war zum Glück alles wieder so wie es sein soll. An Blütetag 21 wurde gelollipoppt, diesmal nicht ganz so viel wie beim letzten Grow. Zusätzlich gab es am Blüte Tag 21 noch Bio Tabs Bio PK 5-8 8ml pro Pflanze verdünnt auf 1 Liter Wasser.
