Defoliated both plants today for the second time and also cut off some lower branches in preparation for flipping to flower .The Northern lights have responded well to all training methods, topping LST, ScrOG, and defoliation.

Welcome to the end of Week 7, Day 49 of the Fast Buds replenishment grow. The Lemon Pie Auto strain is turning out to be a beauty as usual with the Fast Buds genetics. The tallest two plants have topped out at 28 inches or 71 cm tall. I believe this strain grows anywhere from 70-120 cms tall so I am on the low end of what these plants can do. But the bud sites are decent and the buds themselves are putting on steady weight weekly. I have increased the fertilizer again in Week 7 to five (5) mls per gallon and they are tolerating it incredibly well. I rarely use this much fertilizer when growing autoflowers but Fast Buds strains are notoriously greedy and I love it! I can smell the plants starting to ripen and I can’t wait for this harvest- almost there…until next time. 🔜

Did nothing but feed and spray on and under the leafs. Before feeding I brew the solution for 24h. Taken from a larger vat that's aerated all the time. The water itself was filtered by reversed osmose a couple days before. The EC-value is 0.1 Ramping up Par-levels to 480-500 at the end of this week. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. Good week so far. Was away for a couple days and came home and they’re getting big :)) will be upping my nutrients slowly this week and possibly start some LST depending on how everything goes. If anyone has questions or advice please feel free :)

On this beautiful monday I reveal to you the evolution of these wonderful Black bud 😇. I am waiting with excitement to prepare them for harvest, they are so close. These are last week photo. I forgot to update her. She’s so healthy. Her buds look dense and bigger every day.😍

Al started flowering. Stunted plant was removed. Good health for the now 4 plants. Weather is good but very windy. All plants need support. This plant grows very well but the stem and canopy are not balanced.

I like the smell that comes out of the tent, now there are another fastbuds genetics (Blackberry & Cherry Cola) it grows really fast and only with LST and defoliating there get massiv Buds.
