📅 Week 13 | Days 92–98 📅 🌼🌸🌺 Flowering Phase 🌼🌸🌺 Day 98 🌞 – Oreoz 🔸 Oreoz is looking like an absolute showstopper this week. The buds are incredibly dense and completely frosted with thick, glistening trichomes – it almost looks like they’ve been dusted with snow. Resin production is off the charts, especially on the top colas. Trichomes: Mostly milky with some still clear – no ambers yet. She's not quite ready, but getting close. 🔸 Climate control has improved. Humidity started the week at 63%, but with the dehumidifier now running and all clip fans at full power, it's being maintained steadily between 50–60%. That little climate shift is definitely helping – the buds are chunking up without any signs of stress. The slight 2–3°C increase in tent temperature is worth it. 🔸 Nutrients: 1 week of Overdrive (Advanced Nutrients) before the flush phase. Diese Woche brachte sehr viel Regen, stehende Luft und hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Um die Schimmelgefahr zu minmieren habe ich einen Ventilator in das Folienzelt gehängt. Hoffentlich wirkt er. Wäre schade wenn die Bubatz vom Schimmel betroffen würde. Ansonsten verdicken und verfestigen sich ihre Buds, der Leittrieb wird immer dicker. Der Test der selbstangesetzten Jauchen geht in eine weitere Woche, Demnächst kommt noch Beinwelljauche hinzu. Ein paar Blätter wurden entfernt. To minimize the risk of mold, I hung a fan in the foil tent. Hopefully it will work. It would be a shame if the Bubatz were affected by mold. Otherwise, their buds are thickening and hardening, and the main shoot is getting thicker and thicker. The test of the homemade manure will continue for another week, and comfrey manure will be added soon. A few leaves were removed. This week I took out the UC Roots and added Roots Execrator from H&G. -Day 50- I selective defoliate the center of the plant so the light can penetrate better. Left few big fan leaves on the side of the plant that don’t shadow any nodes. -Day 53 - I performed another session of defoliation where I took off most of the fan leaves.

*If anyone read through my GDP diary, this is going to be mostly the same stuff. So, sad day friends. I got spider mites and had to throw all my plants out. This is what I think happened: About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed some freckling on the lower leaves. I looked at it and thought it might be a cal/mag issue so I added cal/mag that week and went about my business. I saw it about a week later and it wasn't getting any better so I added more cal/mag. This continued for about 2-3 weeks until I finally took off a leaf and examined it under my microscope. I saw little bugs crawling everywhere and my stomach just dropped. My fiance did some quick research while I was panic ripping leaves off (see pictures) and she correctly diagnosed it as spider mites. I debated with myself and my close friend and ultimately I decided to throw all the plants in my tent away. I know that there are a lot of people who will say that there are things I could have done to make it to harvest but what it came down to is the people I take care of and personal pride. I consider myself a caregiver and I give away product for free that I am not going to use to my family and close friends. I thought to myself "Would you smoke this?" and when my answer was "ehhh, I don't know", I thought about how it would feel giving it away and immediately made the decision to destroy them. I take an immense amount of pride in my product and this hobby and if I am not going to stand behind it I would rather just start over. I grow from my heart (shout out to the Grow From Your Heart Podcast!) to help people and make sure my family is not getting unsafe product from sketchy people. To spray pesticides in flower that may hurt people and have little bug carcasses in there just goes against that in every way and is just wrong in my opinion if you are giving it away to others. If you are the only one smoking it then it is one thing to take that risk but not with your patients. I want my medicine to help people, not create or exacerbate health issues. It is also important to note that the mites had moved from my flower tent into my veg space and took over my auto berry as well. Damn things are crafty and fast. So that is why I made the decision to destroy them all after 3+ months of res changes, pruning, and manifolding on a slow vegging strain. Feel free to chime in with your opinion but I do not regret my decision. I threw out my new clones, mother plant, and auto berry I had on my veg side as well. Shout out to all the other growers out there that do the right thing by their patients. Caregivers > Cash croppers. For anyone curious, I removed everything from my tent and scrubbed it all with a 20% bleach/water solution. All equipment has been wiped down and stored in the garage away from any organic materials. I will give them until tomorrow (2 days) to air out and dry and then I will wipe it down again with bleach and wait another 2 days. Hopefully that will make sure everything is dead and will not come back next grow. That next grow should start in about a week. It sucks but sometimes it happens and you gotta be ready for it. Lesson learned. Never bring outdoor plants into your indoor garden even if it is after just a day or two. A bunch of people on here and Reddit warned me and I did not listen. Now I have learned the hard way and it feels like when your parents "told you so" haha. Thanks to everyone who stopped by along the way. Stay tuned for a new grow coming soon. Day 50 - Starting week 8 and gave her a feeding of nutes today. I did remove a couple more fan leaves but she is really think and don’t think I’ll be able to get her thinned out enough and not stress her out. So for now I’m just tucking the leaves as best I can. Day 51 - Did a decent defoliating today but still not enough and don’t want to do too much to stress her out so tucked as much as I could as well. Not really seeing a lot of frost yet but the buds are building up beautifully. Day 52 - Not a whole lot going on right now but again, I removed a few more leaves and tucked the rest again. Plan on giving her some water tomorrow or Thursday. Day 54 - Gave the girl a gallon of water with 7ML of cal-mag today. Didn’t do any defoliating today, just watered her and tucked some more leaves. I’m gonna be out if town for a week so won’t have any updates until next Sunday so hopefully the wife doesn’t kill her while I’m gone.

Gorilla Jealousy F1 has fill in well over the last week. She got her roots pruned today. Along with some lst, and defoliation. She has been growing really well. I will likely move her into my small tent once the photoperiod in there now is done flowering in 3 weeks roughly. My plants have flowered really well in that tent, and environment. Nothing more to report at the moment. Week 2 and the training has already started. I was inspired by Canamatoes, this is his LST method. Day 17 - when LST turned into HST aka FIS technique (fuck I snapped). So it started as a really harmless routine, I wanted to tie down the plant when at the weak point where the previous tie down was (1st nod) the main stem just snapped 😬 First I tried to use some duct tape and it did not holding the plant together. I grabbed the super glue and it seems like it does the job. ⚕️ When I got home in the evening two fan leaves were wilted. Will she survive? Let's say she will survive, I am sure due to stress the harvest day will be delayed and it won't be a massive yield. Day 19 - I decided to go ahead with a VEEERY GENTLE LST. We don't have the luxury to wait for the full recovery.

Week three of flower is here and the pistils are popping out all over the place now. The final tuck was done on day 14, two days ago. From here I am just letting them grow out, the second net is just to support the colas as they develop and pack on weight. Day 16 of flower: Photographed and took a video. El cultivo lo empiezo en interior y para fin de septiembre lo trasplanto afuera directamente en la tierra. A ambas plantas le puse un nombre particular, #1 Gina Herer, #2 Juana Herer.

Vamos familia, estamos en la séptima semana de floración con estas Purple Og Kush de DutchFem. Las vemos con un buen color, bien sanas y van engordando y progresando correctamente. A subido un poco la altura pero no afecto tanto, ya imagino que seguiré dándole de comer porque pedir piden, una semana más por lo menos.
