Hi Growmies, I'm excited to share some big news today! Although there have been some unexpected twists, it's all part of the incredible journey of gardening. I've just completed the harvest, a tad earlier than initially planned, due to finding a bit of mold in one of the buds. Despite this minor hiccup, the trichomes were already at a decent 10% to 15% amber. So, all things considered, the timing ended up being pretty spot-on. The harvested weight was a solid 609 grams after trimming, which is quite a feat! A lesson learned for next time: perhaps I let her grow a few too many buds, leading to a denser canopy than ideal. But on the bright side, the aroma is absolutely divine. I sampled an airy bud that had dried a bit, and wow, it packs a stronger punch than its clone mother. And the flavor? Pure, unadulterated cheese – no hint of pineapple here! Now, the anticipation builds for the final dry weight, which I should know in about 3-4 days. I harvested this plant about a week ago. Gd was suffering some update issues still, but appears to be resolved. The plant grew great. I am impressed with the results myself. Nice big colas of frosty goodness. She bounced around a bit in growing under different lights. The results were great. I was even running the flowering light lower since she stretched a little too close to it. That was probably my biggest issue during the grow. I am anxious to try it once I get it processed. Sour Jealousy has had to fight for it's space as its getting crowded, buds look nice, smell is delicious.

Even though I made some big (rookie) mistakes, she's really forgiving and with the right care I'm sure she can grow out to be a proper monster. No bugs, mold, mildew or anything that was a reason for panic. I started flushing too soon and completely stopped her growth, a wise lesson. Because she was harvested a little too soon there is more of a head high instead of a body stone and depending on my mood I like it that way. She's supposed to be a heavy hitter but because of the early harvest she's a good companion during the day and will actually allow you to have a normal, fun conversation. So in conclusion, i'm pretty happy with 127 grams of harvest for a first proper grow using a self made 200W LED growlight and DWC setup. More plants will be grown, thats for sure. Day 70 Well I think I will give them another week and harvest.Showing lots of trichomes that are mostly cloudy so I’ll let them go a bit longer.The tallest girl is at 40 inches and suffered some fox tailing I’m gonna say from when I pounded them with light for a week or so 😆.Even though she fox tailed and will not have the most dense buds she smells super strong and loaded with trichomes.Of the 5 Runtz the shortest has the chunkiest most dense buds.The other 3 were very big producers and took the LST great branching out forming tons of colas.Ill try to let them dry out this week and place in the dark for a day or so before chopping.Unfortunately in my area we have heavy rains all week humidity may become a problem so I will add a dehumidifier soon.
