flowers really packing on weight this week. I've had to tie up supports and stripped off quite a few of the older fan leaves. I've started the flush this week to go with the strain timings. any flush advice would be appreciated.

Bonjour à tous les padawans et maîtres jedis Pour la germination j'utilise la technique du sopalin Pour faire germer vos graines dans du sopalin, vous aurez besoin : Un Tupperware avec couvercle Du Sopalin, ou autre quel papier de cuisine qui soit épais et qui retienne l’eau Un verre d’eau Si c’est l’hiver, vous placerez le Tupperware près d’une Box ou d’un Modem pour donner un peu de chaleur Étapes de la germination: faire germer vos graines de cannabis dans du sopalin La première chose à faire est de tapisser le fond du Tupperware avec du sopalin, 2-3 feuilles suffiront. Si vous ne mettez qu’une feuille, elle captera peu d’eau et pourra sécher, vous mettrez donc plus de feuilles que pas assez. Une fois les feuilles placées, versez l’eau du verre dessus, mais pas trop, juste de quoi imbiber toute la surface couverte par les feuilles. Vous aurez ainsi l’eau suffisante pour faire germer les graines sans avoir besoin d’essorer la feuille de papier. Une fois les feuilles humidifiées, mettez vos graines par-dessus, et recouvrez le tout avec une autre couche de quelques serviettes. Une fois en place, humidifiez cette nouvelle couche. faire germer vos graines de cannabis dans du sopalin Lorsque vous graines seront placées entre les 2 couvertures de feuilles, fermez le Tupperware hermétiquement pour que l’eau reste bien dedans et que l’ensemble ne sèche pas malgré la chaleur. Si vous êtes en hiver lorsque vous mettrez vos graines à germer, ou que les températures sont inférieures à 20°C, vous placerez le Tupperware sur votre Box ou modem jusqu’à germination, mais toujours en évitant le contact avec la lumière. Si vous êtes dans une zone au climat tempéré ou chaud, vous n’aurez qu’à placer le récipient avec les graines à l’ombre dans une armoire ou une caisse de rangement. Toutes les 24h, vous devrez vérifier l’état d’avancement de la germination. Si quelques-unes sont sorties mais pas d’autres, prenez celles qui ont germé pour les planter, laissez les autres dans le Tupperware et vérifier de nouveau le lendemain.

Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Week 6 flower. Not much to report with this one. Growing very slow, little buds, smell musky and not very nice but improving, very frosty and getting frostier. Watered in Gaia Green Soluble Seaweed Extract 0-0-17. Day 36 flower I turned off Blumat drip and will water with the watering wand from here on out. Just another potential runaway dripper so I eliminated the risk. I will just build another reliable system with a timer and use the Blumat outside. Thanks for the view! Have a great week!

Added Buddy halfway through this week. Really impressed with these nutrients so far, there's been no problems or defeciences the entire grow. All plants look happy, healthy and green. This plant is on the left of the timelapses.

When i harvest it it looked very good in quality but it took some time to get dry so it maybe had a bad drying so thats why.

Very happy with how this lady has performed, amazing quality buds, very sticky and dense flower with a concrete smell that I love so much, which is that kind of fruity sweet flavor that this lady is able to produce, it's been a beautiful journey, I'm gonna enjoy a lot this flowers. Very recomended guys!

I feel sorry about myself for not being able to give her the shape I wanted in the time I had settle of vegetative stage, the smell is absolutely gorgeous for a sativa plant, if you smell her you could think she's a pure blueberry strain, very very sweet and floral aroma, hope to keep working with her in many more runs, indoors and outdoors as well!! 💯 Let's see how this beautiful haze keeps developing those flowers! 💛❤️💚👨‍🌾

it grows so fast. The lower leaves are shaded and away from the light. So I cut them as the plant gets taller I really don't have a good setup to be able to clean my roots. I tried this week anyway. I watered each pot with 2L (not enough I think :/) of water at 450PPM PH: 7 then after I gave 1L of water at 900PM PH: 5.5. There was a big puddle in the room afterwards. But it wasn't that hard to clean up after all. 12/16/18 Start of week 8 of flower. At least one of the plants is more then 1 week out. The sativa leaner still has many white pistils. The frost queen is right on schedule. The runt will be processed into bubble hash. Secret Sara buds are getting huge and are quite mature as well. Hoping to see some yellowing off in next few day. 12/21/18 All 4 plants scoped out well. I saw very little clear trichomes. Also 1 of the plants has some amber trichomes as well. Also almost all pistils have changed color and curled in. I decided to start 36hrs of light deprivation, they are no longer getting water, and the temps are kept as low as possible.

Did my last lite defoliation and cut off low dead/dying branches! 4 or 5 more weeks until harvest!

Cherry A causing me all sorts of issues. She's falling on top of Cherry B. And in turn, Cherry B is hitting into my other plants (Grandpa Stash). Also noticed what looks like pollen sacs on day 78.

Alright, now all the girls are in flowering stage and they are doing quite well. Would like to mention again very strong genetics of gorilla,cookies and zkittlez. Wow, they are really showing incredible growth and all the plants are healthy and even has any yellow leaves. They are very resistant to warm temperature ( 28-29 ). I started using the connoiseur bloom AB and bud candy, and planning to add some of Tarantula/Piranha/Voodo Juice on the 5-6 week and also the Bud Ignitor ( all - Advanced Nutrients). Will see how it works, maybe i will use different combo's for different flowers to analyze which nutrient is better to combine. Two of 6 Dark Devil's branches and leaves started to get covered by purple color,looking quite unusual. The Northern Lights are still a mystery for me. Different height, different growth pace, different amount of branches with buds. I don't have that kind of issues with other 4 strains, all of them ( gorilla,cookies,dark devil,zkittlez) are exactly THE SAME height, showing the same growth pace and all of them are strong and healthy. Also among 15 seeds of NL i got only 11 germinated properly :( bad statistics. Hope Gorilla and Cookies will work for.

Already in 6th week of flowering and this girl is showing beautiful buds forming full of resin and start to produce some nice smell. Density of buds look amazing and really compact compared to my previous non mainlining grows so I guess its worth the long veg time. Hopefully it will yield a good quantity of dry end product as well making this a happy grow.
