This week marked the final chapter of this journey. After 17 days of sunny, dry conditions, the sudden return of damp, humid weather and low airflow triggered internal bud rot (Botrytis) deep inside the main cola. Despite regular inspections and careful care, it developed rapidly in the dense core. I removed the affected top to stop further spread, but it was clear — nature had made her decision. The plant gave her all and was already in the final ripening stage, so I’m grateful for what she produced. Lesson of the week: Even outdoor autoflowers can fall victim to mould late in flower, especially in humid coastal climates like Ramsgate. Next time, I’ll cover my plants during the final weeks to protect from dew, humidity, and stagnant moisture. Big thanks to FastBuds for a strong and impressive cultivar — this was a powerful pheno with excellent structure, trichome coverage, and strong medicinal aroma. Pleasure to grow. Low maintenance in super soil setup in 5 gal cloth pot. Stayed small and compact but frosted up early and heavily. No deficiencies, steady growth, no training needed. Even minimal LST (which I did not do), would surely increase yield but I was more focused on quality and letting it do its thing. Genetically, it was determined to grow a perfect little canopy while not taking up much space, about as low maintenance as you can get on a plant imo. Running autos is still a limited thing for me, I like the idea of having keeper clones of photos as this is all for personal medical use, but this plant was fun to grow, true to form and stable as heck. I have a few seeds left and I’ll definitely save them for an outdoor run down the line

Lollipopped the monster crop clones in the tent; defoliated everything a bit. Everyone seems to be moving alone nicely. Everything is showing pistils except the two bagseeds in the middle of the tent. Smells great in the closet. Between the two tents I have a 2x7’ area with three Sunraise lights running. I’m hoping to have a better harvest than last time. Last grow I only used the 2x4 tent with three plants and two lights yielded about 2 ounces per plant. I nute burned the hell out of them last time and I’ve been feeding about 1/4 the amount I was last grow. These plants seem much healthier and are much larger than my last grow. I have also become more comfortable with defoliation than I was previously. This time I am focusing on larger, denser buds. The plant in the solo cup is a Pineapple Express clone. It has not rooted but the stalk has turned white and it hasn’t been needing much humidity anymore. It is almost rooted; I have been spraying it with colloidal silver to try and Hermie it. If I can get it to Hermie I can separate it before the pollen sacs burst and selectively breed branches on my other plants to make feminized seeds. **growdairies is messing up; I cannot change the temperatures on substrate, night air or day air. Average temp for all is about 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
