Easy going week. nothing much to report. The EC pen I got is acting weird already. sometimes I'll put it in the feeding liquid and it will display 400ppm something. Then if I move it about or drip it in and out it will jump up to 700ppm something. I doing it over and over till I get a base line and go from that. this weeks EC was aorund 680ppm but the video does not show the other dips I did. PH still kicking aorund 5.9. I find it more annoying to adjust just the waters PH for these plants on the balcony where everything else is "as is" Will try this again indoors in a peat and perlite medium void of any other additives when It can have more of my undivided attention. maybe on the other seeds I got from FB via a friend in the mail. Side note uploading videos into the diaries is great and all, but takes to long to resize and process, can't hit save till its all done... no idea what its doing in the backend. stupid rule on contest must have videos every week,

Besonderheiten: Der Boden um den still herum wurde mit Holzasche behandelt gegen Meltau. -Tag 136 die Membrana sieht sehr gut aus nach der Entlaubung und wir denken dass der stretch auch vorbei ist, die oberen Colas sehe heute dicker aus 😜 -Tag 137 Heute haben wir sie gegossen mit ca. 30l Wasser und 3l Brenneseljauche 😎 -Tag 141 Unsere Monster sieht gut aus, hat aber ein paar Probleme. Einige Blüten sind von Pilzbefall betroffen, deshalb schneiden wir sie ab. Außerdem haben wir an den Spitzen rote Spinnmilben gefunden. Noch sind es nicht allzu viele, aber sicherheitshalber schlagen wir mit Phytoseilus Persimilis zurück. Die einzige, die das Recht hat, die Membran zu fressen, ist die Raupe, die sich bereits daran erfreut. Ansonsten haben wir sie heute wieder mit Jauche gegossen, diesmal auch mit Schachtelhalm 😌

Transplanted week 5 put it 3 gal cloth pots 1/3 strawberry fields soil, 2/3 Happy frog, 1/2 cup rice hulls total, mixed into both soils. watered with recharge mix 1/4 tsp to a gallon of water. Back in to the veg tent.

I know the harvest was too early but I was scared the painkiller could get some bud rot because the next week will be raining non stop. The Special Queen and honey cream are still growing I'll update them tomorrow.

Checked out the trichomes yesterday, just to be sure, I think they’re 2-4 weeks away from harvest. This week I also fed them and slightly defoliated some leaves that were blocking light on some buds.

Still trucking along. I had my lights turned up a bit high, I've turned them down a few days ago and all the plants seemed to enjoy it.

Flower day 28. Buds starting to stack well on the Neon Icon plants, could be a little better on the Caddie Runtz. Had some very warm weather over the last week and was struggling with keeping the humidity down, VPD was peaking at 2, way too high. Temps went down so looking good at the moment.

Altought the completely succesful germination (100% of the seeds) the first vegetation week wasn't completely satisfying. In fact one of the two Titan, after was buried in its pot, didn't pop up and I'm afraid it will never do. Instead the other three plants looks to be in good health

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 It's my first harvest on this community and I'm loving it. Everyone always ready to help each other and have great feedback. Tracking my grow on here has made it way easier. There were times that I misplaced notes or forgot what I did or when with a certain strain and all I had to do was come on here and check it. Also motivated me take more pictures and do more logs. All out great site. Don't know how I haven't found it earlier. HIGHLY recommend for all growers. The grow cycle went pretty smooth. She's easy to grow and flowers early so you can't do much training. That being said it's great for beginners. 👌 Had no problems with pests on these, while on the other plants (none cannabis) in the balcony I had issues with spider mites. They grew better than expected given the few hours of direct sunlight they received. Results were good, I was expecting 10-15 grams per plant and ended up with a tad bit more. Drying went a bit fast because there were few buds. I probably could have took it down a few degrees as well.. my fault on that part. They dried in 4 days, they've been curing for 10 days. I normally test them after 15 days but they smelled so good I had to try them. Smell: Lovely earthy, woody, slightly like diesel. Quite pungent for being autos. Taste: Just as it smells.. leaving a nice after taste of diesel. Touch: Very sticky, dense buds. They break down finely in the grinder. Cleaned the grinder before testing and after 4 joints ( 2 grams or so) I already have a good amount of kief collected in the bottom. (Check photo) Might grow this one again just to make some bubble hash. The high is awesome nice uplifting, long lasting energetic but without a heavy euphoric rush. Reminds me of a smooth haze high, although if you smoke a lot even being an experienced smoker, she'll get to you. Only down side is dry mouth, very dry mouth! Have some water on hand because your mouth will transform into a desert. 😂 Great strain to kick start the day. Beginner smokers take it easy with this one. She hits hard! 👊

In week 5 of flower and decided to start documenting my indoor 2x4 grow setup. We currently just finished day 3 of week 5. I have my lights running from 9:15PM - 8:45AM. I am not sure how I messed up on my timer but that's been my schedule since flipping to flower. I have an A/C in my bedroom that I duct into the tent. I have my A/C set at 62F and the tent gets to around 71-75F with the lights on. Lights off it ranges from 68-70F. I have a small dehumidifier in the tent that needs to be replaced because it is not efficient. I have an intake fan running at full blast at all times and my exhaust fan is automated to turn on based on temp and humidity. Week 5 has brought on a lot of strong dank smells and a whole lot of weight to the buds. They are really starting to thicken up! I have not had too many issues with this grow so far and luckily, the tent in clean and bug-free. Lots of resin and terpene production going on and you can smell and see it increase daily! I am following General Hydroponics Flora Series 6-Part grow chart. I am currently following the medium strength chart. I'll measure everything out exactly as the chart suggest then dilute my mix until I get to my desired PPM of 1000-1200. I PH around 6.2-5.8 and then add my microbes. I changed up my watering technique mid grow due to an issue I dealt with and now watering 2x a day. Lights on and right before lights off. If my lights didn't run overnight, I would like to add in a 3rd watering in the middle of my light cycle but 2 a day is working for now. I water until there is a good amount of runoff. I measure the PPM of my runoff compared to the PPM of my inflow mix and will keep watering until the runoff is 300PPM or less over my input. So if my mix is 1000 PPM and my runoff is 1600PPM, I will go back and water or as I like to think about it, rinse off the coco until my runoff PPM is at 1300-1000. It is a little tedious but it's a habit I formed and it does not take much longer to ensure your PPMs in the root zone is perfectly where I want it. I defoliated right before flipping to flower. Then defoliated 2 weeks later, and then a minor defoliation on week 4 of big fan leaves. I most likely won't be taking off any more leaves for the rest of the grow unless they are really blocking the light. I am planning on harvesting in week 8 or 9, depending on when the plant is showing it is ready. For General Hydroponics line, it has been the same nutrient strength/mix from week 3-5. Next week, Week 6, we start lowering the strength and adjust the amounts as we get into the later stages of flower and eventually will be flushing. For my flush, I will be using GH Florakleen, GH ripen, Mammoth P, and Bio-Fizz. Excited to see how these girls turn out! I'll be adding my outdoor grow as well as a new veg tent that I setup yesterday in my room. Stay tuned!

Frostbanger Plants 1-6 Week 9 May 18– 24 FLOWER 5 Nutrients : 3 gal GH Micro 20 ml GH Gro 10 ml GH Bloom 30ml CalMag 15 ml Recharge 10ml Green sensation 15ml Power buds 7.5 ml 5/18 PH 6.67, PPM 935, temp 68.5 1 ltr each 5/20 PH 6.67, PPM 1330, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/23 PH 6.6, PPM 1570, temp 68.5 2ltr each 5/24 pics & vid Since all 6 gals are getting frosty, I did some trichome pics. The statistics on Frostbanger indicate 50-day flower. Pics show mostly clear and milky. There are a few with amber trichs and many orange pistils indicating maturation. At least 3 more weeks for maturity on these gals. I continue manual control of the environment and using 3 circulating fans and the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. Before FastBuds announced the strain name and characteristics, I was disappointed that FBA2502 could be an indica sleepy strain but the universe provides what you need at the time. The new strain profile indicates a whopping 29%THC with mainly sativa uplifting, euphoric, social effects with sweet fruity flavors which I love and enjoy. Great news they all have names! Please welcome Samantha, Ana, Nerea, Lucia and Ella to the group! So it has been a week of playing around with free-standing water, heating, and airflow and now it seems we have finally found the sweet spot with a humidifier up high. It seems like I don't even need the extraction fan at the moment as there is a reasonable amount of pull coming out of the hole at the top, so much so that the door is actually being sucked in. Just trying to find the right height for the light. After a bit of research, I have decided on 80cm which I will lower bit by bit each day heading towards 50cm. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. 🙏💪 Also in my search, I found that according to Jorge Cervantes 24 hour light is a waste of electricity for the extra growth you get so I have reduced the schedule to 18-6.

Bueno, en el inicio de la fase de floración, hemos cambiado la solución nutritiva con ml x ltr , metí la red scrog y he notado que esta cepa se estresa con facilidad, tras el cambio de agua y nutrientes y la red quedaron full stress, poverine... Empiezan el fotoperiodo con mucho olor a vegetal y esto me hace temer que tendrán mucho olor los futuros cogollos... esperemos tener suerte también en este cultivo. Estoy muy contento, no pensé que gracias a ZOE SPACECAKE me iba a apasionar tanto cultivar el cannabis.
