Another good week! I fed them once on Monday. A final shot to boost them for finishing up. I am pretty certain they will finish within 2 weeks.I also watered them on Thursday and today (Sunday). I defoliated both plants earlier this week as well. For one, I needed to open the canopy up to help keep the humidity down but, there were a lot of leaves yellowing and turning brown. I was not feeding them correctly... in the sense that I wasn't watering enough in between feeds. There were excess nutrients built up in the soil and I believe that led to the nutrient burn. Also, this was my first and only feed without the Grow Big due to flushing for week 9. I followed the Fox Farm feed schedule... but, I think I needed to understand my plants better! I also believe I stunted these girls! One is about 24" tall and the other is 21" tall. Both on the very low end of the growth chart. Overall, I am very happy!! So much to experience and learn in such a short window of time! I've thoroughly enjoyed this grow! I look forward to the harvest and experiencing all that is to come! One last thing... Anyone use GrowBuddy and any word on what is going on with the current download? I've followed the drama around taking so long and all that (the new hardware soon to be for sale for 2.0)... but, the website now says the software is available for free and working on Macs and Windows.... So, I downloaded it last night and I cannot activate an account. Everything has a greyed over kind of look... So, I assume they took some part of their servers offline... Anyone know if this is accurate and has anyone else activated a new account recently? Thanks for any insight!! Peace!

The first in breaking the shield was the pheno number 2 on this pair of jack orange! Let's see how they keep developing!! Out of the 2 seeds that I started only one was good and I decided to discard the #1 because of a deformation or a genetic fail. So I just kept #2, hope you like this strain!

Mexican Joker Cannabiogen seeds Purple Mexican 21st August 2020 This is a seed that took ages to germinate , but looks quite healthy now 😎 I'll be growing it 12/12 from Seed and with my 100% Organic soil mix I'm not expecting to get lots of weed, for me it's pretty much just a quick run to sample the genetics before deciding what to grow this summer. Also I'll be extremely busy moving Houses halfway across the state and all of my grows may get neglected for a few days here and there whilst that happens. Basically If I really like the strain after Ive finished growing it and the smoke is great then I will Run it again in higher numbers to maybe find a keeper plant 👊 I named the Diary after the Hilarious South Park episode "Mexican Joker" And I absolutely mean no offence to anybody from or living in mexico I just couldnt resist after getting this strain and then I saw that episode 😆 Old Randy Marsh is the best Lol As for the Purple Mexican Variety it's from an awesome mob called Cannabiogen & Ive heard quite a few good reports regarding them and this variey in particular as it is created from a cross with an oaxaca Strain 👌 Anyway That's enough talk.. Week 5! Starting adding Bio-Bloom and Bio-Grow from now on, she is an Auto so she needs nutrients! Besides that I'm removing Root-Juice (I'm empty and haven't gotten any time to go buy more yet, and don't wanna use my credit card to order on the net, cash is king!).

Fed nutes at 6.3 pH. Runoff was close to 7 pH. Other than that they look like they're doing well. Very sticky and very fragrant. The leaves of the CBD Blue Shark are a nice dark shiny green. The Wedding Cake is lighter. The profiles of both are starting to come out in the flowers. The CBD Blue Shark has these long, dramatic white pistils. The Wedding Cake is starting to show its creamy colouration with red hairs mixing in with the white and looking very delicious. The smell is incredible in there now. Fruity and creamy and delicious.

11/17: I fed today but didn't have time for much of a photo session. Gave them One, Signal, Sweet & Sticky, Cha Ching, and started them on LiquidSoil. 11/19: Still fattening, and beginning to frost up as well.

Day 75 watering with just ph controlled (6,2) water to finish flushing her Day 77 looks incredible frosty now, I Tonino I’m really close to CUt her. This afternoon I will check with microscope and, I’d like 25%amber and 75% milky

Haven't done any feeding so far, I've been usong miracle grow so I think that's the only reason it's doing okay. I'm buying Remo kit nutrients this week and im excited to see what a difference it will make. But any advice on how much I should do for her first feeding or even what I should start with exactly would but greatly appreciated.

PLUS NEED TO KEEP THE SOIL MOIST IS DIFFICULT OUTDOOR B/C THE SUN TEND TO TRY UP THE TOP 1/2" OF SOIL. I DO HAVE 1 STRAGLER STRUGGLING TO GROW. HOPEFULLY, SHE WILL CATCH UP. NOT GONNA TRAIN THESE. I WANT TO SEE HOW TALL THEY WILL GROW W/O TRAINING. WILL IT REALLY REACH OVER 1M FOR ME?

Well I done switch these bad babies to flowering I am so happy I'm still stuck on why one is so big one is so burnt and the other one is so thick anyways I love them I still have to figure out this light I think it's too powerful I might be burning them but I would love the thing Mars Hydro and exotic seeds yeah baby

Ok guys so she was bushy again and so we did defoliation again. They are very thirsty girls, taking around 1.5-2lts per 48 hrs So almost like a 1 liter per 24 hrs Very good SoG to make them feel even more comfortable Going to change schedule from 24/0 to 19/5 and see if they evolve! Thinking about adding some humus to the soil as well, other than that they have been under good conditions Temp is steady at day time around 24C top and night time is 18-19C minimum RH around 45-60% Mostly 45% control environment with AC Cant wait to see big colas coming soon! End of Week 7 CO2 is definitely increasing growth rates but also changes the game with controlling your environment now that it has to be sealed in order to not waste CO2 unnecessarily. You change one thing and it adds many other variables to keep everything in check. I am learning everyday and that's why I grow. The trellis net is doing its job and the canopy is looking nice and even. I also added a soil top-up and top dress of some BioBloom and Mycorhizae so it can start breaking down before I flip to flower next week (Slow release dry organic amendments). And the ladies are using up nutrients in the soil much faster because of the added CO2 (another variable to take into consideration - faster growth = faster nutrient consumption) In detail: -Carefully removed trellis netting -Ammended each plant individually with my soil mixture and nutrients -Placed them back in the tent -Reinstalled trellis netting and trained the ladies to shape Pest Report: Thrips VS Ladybugs... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. I did not spray any insecticide this week and it really seems like the ladies are happy with my new method of bio-warfare and are wilting less and less often
