Day 50 - Starting week 8 and not a whole lot to update but she is getting frosty as hell. She’s drinking a ton of water so should be ready in another day or so. She’s not huge but looks like she’s gonna be a nice, fat and compact girl. Day 51 - All still good and fattening up each day still. Not much that I did with her today other than check the soil for wetness and should be ready tomorrow. Other than that, just tucked her leaves and placed her back into the tent. Day 52 - She’s finally just about dried up and gave her a little over a gallon of plain pH’d water, next time she’ll get a round of nutes. Other than that all is looking good and she’s coming along nicely. I’ve got nothing to complain about with this grow so far, other than she’s a bit smaller than I was hoping for but probably something I did early on. Day 54 - Nothing much to speak of today, just watching her fatten up. Tucked a few leaves and put her back into the tent and all is looking good. Day 55 - Just took her out for a once over today and she’s looking good. Tucked a few leaves out of the way and might do a little defoliating with her tomorrow, even though she really doesn’t need much. She’ll also get some nutrients and water as well. Day 56 - The end of week 8 and thought she would be ready for water but gonna give her another day then will give her some with flower nutes. Other than that, just did a little adjustments to the leaves to keep her as opened as possible. Also kicked on the second AGLEX light to get her as beefed up as possible.

Hi all..sorry for the 2 week gap..had some unforeseen events that took my attention. Plants are looking great..nice purple coming thru on the flowers and leaves. The flowers are just solid..full of trichomes. Very strong smell coming off them. Sweet smell has dissipated..more of a spicy pepper smell now. I have begun to flush.. Soon....🔥🔥🔥🔥

They are happy and healthy!! I cannot wait to get my timelapse camera going because I would have been able to catch these bolting this week! It is super cool how fast they doubled in size!

I’m quite surprised as to how well these girls are looking and smelling!! They’re quality genetics but i also believe every strain will provide pros and cons during the grow. This one particularity has been quite the learning experience. Cannabis is quite the resilient plant and I definitely like growing them. As far as this week goes they’re definitely producing more trichomes and resin glands and appears there’s no more stretch from the plant. No more new growth even small amounts hidden within the canopy. I did a little flush earlier this week and it made the tips of what fan leaves turn yellowish so it def means we’re getting close to the end. Prob got another 2 weeks before I fully flush for Atleast a week then pulling them down. The trichs will be the ultimate deciding factor. I’ll pull when i see the first sign as I like more of a heady high than a couch-lock with little to none clear. Well till next week y’all happy growin and hopefully ya had a good thanksgiving

The other two plants are starting to show a bit more of their red/purple colours too! Noticing a bit of potassium stress from feeding but since they are nearly finished (I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THAT!) I am only going to pull back a bit. They just need to survive another 14-21 days by the looks of them!

Day 50 - Starting week 8 and she’s looking amazing so far. Went ahead and did a little more defoliating, not much but trying to keep the middle of her and some of the lower bud sites that didn’t get even with everything else some light. I’ll continue doing some light defoliating every day or so till I’ve got her where she needs to be. Should be ready for some water in another day or two. Day 51 - Nothing much new today but did do a little more defoliating and checked the wetness of the soil and all still good and probably needs another couple of days before needing any. Day 52 - Gave her just under two gallons of plain pH’d water today and next watering she’ll get a round of nutes. Did a little more defoliating today as well and tucked the rest as best I could. She is getting opened up a bit so hopefully some of the lower stuff can start developing a bit and if not, I’ll end up doing a partial harvest, when it’s time and chop the rest after it develops more but still a ways off from that. Day 54 - No major updates really today, just did a little more leaf tucking and gave her a once over. She’s really starting to fatten up and getting really shiny with all the trichs. Held off on any defoliating today and will probably continue with a little tomorrow. Day 55 - Just did a bit more leaf tucking with her today and will give her a feed of nutrients tomorrow and will probably continue and do a little more defoliating as well. Day 56 - The end of week 8 and gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today, she was pretty thirsty and it was time for flower nutes. Didn’t do any defoliating today but did a bunch of leave tucking once I put her back into the tent and plugged the second AGLEX light in so hopefully some more light will need her up these last couple of weeks.

I ended up with a bit of a situation in my tent so I'm improvising a little bit. My other plant that was planted along side this one didn't make it so now I am going to get another one in there and get it ready for flower as well - it is going to take a little longer though to get that plant going and even then I won't be mainlining that one like I was planning to. Either way, this plant needed to be slowed down a little bit so I went ahead and stripped everything off of her other than topping and of course I left the branches that will become the foundation for the mainline. She's super healthy and was growing incredibly well before I chopped her up - I'm confident that she'll make a full recovery and also that it'll slow down a bit so I can get another plant going!

12/6 Update - seed is germinated and ready to grow! I will post a new weekly update tomorrow! So I had to scrap this plant - it was just growing too slow and it was unfortunately not a health plant. I decided to remove the plant altogether and have started a new seed. Since this plant will be four week behind its neighbor in the tent I will have to modify my approach to training on this one. I typically mainline - mostly just to utilize the space in the best way that I can. This time around I think I will just top it maybe once or twice and then let it recover for two weeks then flip to flower and manage out the lower branches from there. It will be kind of fun to do a side by side with these. The neighbor plant is super healthy and is almost ready for its first topping, I did however go through today and remove all of the growth from the plant (other than topping) so that should slow that one down quite a bit and give this new plant some what of a chance to catch up. Also - check out the worms!!! I pulled out that plant and reached down into the soil just to see what the worm activity was looking like - I pulled out this little ball of freshly hatched worms! Barney's Farm Gorilla Zkittles - Feminized. I'll be growing just one of these plants in this 2x4x5 tent. It will be growing side by side with another plant but I wanted to be able to document them separately. This is my fourth grow using this set up, I'm excited to document the process this time around! Not sure exactly when she finished I believe around 3 weeks more than stated. Again this lady too everything I had to offer, always stood proud and tall and gave me no troubles at all! A pleasure to grow and one I will run again in the future.

Again this strain was a pleasure to grow and very resistant to any changes or nutrients. I just wish I had more at the time but it was a feee seed and I only had one. Would be a decent harvest of some juicy tasty pineapple goodness 🍍💚

El ciclo fué perfectamente desde el principio. Bien es cierto que puse dos plantas y una fué la que tiró realmente bien. Se realizó una poda apical que respondió perfectamente creando dos grandes puntas y con un pequeño LST conseguimos ajustar el resto de ramas a la misma altura para que crecieran uniformemente y la luz les diera de igual manera a todas las puntas. En general me ha gustado mucho cultivar la AK48 DE WEEDSEEDSEXPRESS en primer lugar por la novedad, en segundo por la facilidad de cultivo y por ultimo por los resultados tan maravillosos de esta genetica 👌👏 Repetiré sin duda 😊💪 BUENOS HUMOS 🔥

Lost my notebook with all my notes on this grow. All I have are the pics which I'll post. The dates of the pics may not correspond with the weeks in the diary. Keep up to date if you are going to keep a diary online and keep a written one. I definitely learned my lesson. Several weeks of notes on 5 different strains lost. Well enjoy the pics at least.

Added a humidifier and removed the dome lid. They've been underwatered these last days and their size isn't what I would expect at this point. Update: 01/12 --> As you can tell by the look of those roots, they are ready to be transplanted into a 2 gal pot. They are starting to take off, especially the one on the left. I'll be adding Biobizz Root Juice at low doses in next waterings. Looks promising.
