This was a big week for the girls. We added our bud trainer clips updated the light to the EVO4 and they all seem to be doing really well. I also added some black strap molasses into the regimen to get some thick budz and nice resin. Starting to actually smell some smelly smells but the smells are tooooo smelly. Compost tea turned out well, let it go for 26 hours total and geared it towards fungal. Also took some soil samples several days later around the stalks and found a lot of nematodes and protozoa which is what you want to see. Lots of different types of nematodes so what your looking for are the bacterial feeders (there are charts online that show you how to identify them). Mycorrhizae can be identified by it's dark colour, uniformity and segmented nature. Testate amoebas live in a translucent shell like a snail and are easy to spot but hard to spot moving due to my shitty microscope, but look for the tentacles. Also found some eggs with movement inside, no idea what they are but they have vacuoles and flagella. She is really getting sticky and smelly now; berries with herb notes. You can see the resin stretching over the trichomes in the last pic. No signs of senescence yet so I'm not going to feed them, they should have plenty of food anyway as this is a second run of the same soil.

The buds are fattening up now. Still no amber trichomes. Weather is hot here. Tent seeing 30+c at it's peak. I'm wondering if the heat is stressing her.

Oct 7 2026 Shift from clear to cloudy starting to increase in speed, checking trichomes daily. I expect to harvest in 14 days. Absolutely blown away with how all 4 phenos have turned out, this is gonna be a hard decision, may even run 2 phenos if I can’t decide. What do y’all think based on these snow caps? ❄️🧢 Fan leaves fading hard, dryback is still within 48hr. Lung room kept at 45-50rh with a 60 pint humidifier. 2 vivosun fans keep temps good with good exhaust and intake. Intake is socked to keep contaminants out. Haven’t seen any life other than the plants and a few soil flies that die immediately cuz it’s pretty dry. This run is one for the books, cannot wait to see a consistent canopy next grow, pheno hunting FTW. This is basically my first real full sized photoperiod run, and first pheno hunt. Coming from autos, I can’t say I would ever go back, maybe for shits and gigs but not the main attraction. But Mango Runtz from Mephisto… I’d go again for sure.

These pound cake auto seeds are 100 off rip. I put the seeds in some paper towels on nov29, then put them in the pro-mix potting soil on dec2. Now it's dec4. Only 5 whole days sense. I put the seeds in paper towels, and they have already been born into this world. Thanks, fastbuds, for the seeds. Ever since I saw the seed drop with the pound cake auto, I have had my eye on this strain. I have really wanted to grow a plant with giant giant huge nugs, and I have yet to do so. I have high hope for these guy. I'm only allowed 12 plant and have 10 plants in other other tent. So I will be tossing one of them later 2day. I plan on only bringing one if them to flower. This is my 1st real auto grow so I'm testing the waters in a spare 2x2 tent with my spider farmer 100 board light the newer one with the evo leds. Thanks for reading

Top dressed. 1/4 cup poo and 2 tbs buildaflower 1 tbs craftblend. Went light on it. May hurt me in the long run, might not. She got cal/mag, drops of balance, yucca, kelp, recharge and em1. It was a lot, but should be good for a minute. Removed leafs that were blocking. Went in a solo tent. Rh super low, but should be ok. 12-11 Not quite ready for water. Bent a couple bunched nodes

Actualizamos familia, con la tercera semana de floración de estas Gelato 41 de SeedStockers. Gracias al LST arrancaron a crecer bien los satélites y va pareciéndose a un arbusto, tienen un color bien verde sin carencias por el momento y se ve que están sanas, las plantas están en macetas de 7 Litros definitivamente, con tierra top crop, con una altura similar a 60/65cms. Como los anteriores cultivos tuve visitantes(trips) estoy rociando aceite de neem y jabón potásico 1 vez a la semana, añadí también tiras de color azul / amarillo para prevenir y controlar mejor el tema plagas. El riego que aplicamos son 800ml de agua cada 48 horas y el ph se controla en 6.5, la temperatura la tenemos entre 22/25 grados y la humedad ronda el 55% gracias al humidificador. El mismo día que escribo esto el foco está al 100% de potencia. D4 - YES! We have lift-off!!! Today both seeds poked up. BOOM! Yesterday, I also put in my new humidifier in the tent, and man, this little thing is a BEAST. The amount of water vapor it is able to push out is insane. I use an Inkbird controller to... ummm... control the humidifier so that the humidity in the tent is 80% plus/minus 5%. I'm planning on running this high humidity for the first week or so and then dropping it down. D5 - I adjusted the light to 80 cm (about 31") above the canopy, resulting in 300 μmol/m2/s at canopy level. A bit high as I usually keep it around 250, but it should be alright, I think. D6 - The left girl, #1, seems to have died. Her leaves never fully emerged from the seed, and now she is entirely wilted, laying on the soil. So yeah, she is a gonner, I think. No idea what happened since she looked okay yesterday, and the other girl is already 5 cm (2") tall. Strange, but there's a first for everything, I guess. I already have a new seed soaking in water to be planted tomorrow. She'll then be six days after the other girl, and while probably noticeable at first, I don't expect any real problems during the grow. Hopefully, it'll germinate, but if not, c'est la vie. D7 - After soaking the seed for 24 hours, I rolled it in myco, and planted it in the first pot. However, I removed and replaced some soil in the center of the pot before planting, just in case something was wrong with the soil. Fingers crossed that this one will germinate just fine. On the other hand, the second girl is doing her thing just fine. I removed her humidity dome, though, as the RH in the tent should be high enough. D11 - End of the first week of veg and the third seedling popped up. BOOM! Now let's hope this girl survives, considering that the first girl in that pot died. On the other hand, the second girl is thriving; already 9 cm tall and 6 cm wide. Her first set of true leaves is slightly twisted but not too severely, and the second set looks fine. She is a bit leggy, so I added a couple of toothpicks for support. I have been asked in DM why I have Avocados on top of the soil. The reason is simply for feeding my worms and encouraging breeding.
