NewMan The first week is behind us, everything is fine so far. This is my second photoperiod, so I'm still learning. I decided to add a third one, but in a smaller pot where I'll try a different nutrient ratio. So far, I've watered once with 0.5L of water, today or tomorrow they'll get their first feeding with nutrients. Last round I used AN pH Perfect, this round I'll go with Athena + Plagron Sensation, so I had to get a pH meter and learn to fertilize a bit differently. We'll see, but I'm already thinking why I didn't stick with AN pH Perfect 🤦♂️😂. For the girls, I'm currently using a 120W light, which I think is just right. The oscillating fan is running constantly, the exhaust is on minimum and cycles one minute on, five minutes off. When the temperature or humidity rises, the AC kicks in and balances everything back to the desired levels. I'm struggling a bit with VPD; the humidifier runs nonstop, but I believe it will get better once they start growing. That's probably all for now. Let it grow 🖖

NewMan The girls got their first watering with nutrients, each 1.5 liters at pH 6.6. Unfortunately, I still have Athena without RO, so I'm not adding any balance and needed to lower the pH instead, so I had to get some PH- from the frog. We'll see how it goes...

NewMan Another week behind us, this week the girls are without watering, yesterday I did some trimming on all three and the tops are again like with King Cartier, testing them in a pot next to see if they root. Tomorrow I'll start LST and we'll see if it's time for another watering, so far everything is good..

NewMan We're continuing the beautiful ride, this week they got their second watering, I reduced the fertilizer a bit and thoroughly flushed each one. At the end of the week, defoliation and bending took place. I also got a cable to connect the Hitter light and AC controller from AC so I can simulate sunrise and sunset, and mainly I can eliminate the timer because that controller will manage it, which I think is great. Now the broccoli will have a week of rest and then we'll go 12 on 12 off.. otherwise, everything seems good, let it grow 🖖

NewMan Another week behind us, so far no effort. I shaved the girls once more, did some LST, and raised the light to 240W. The next morning, they each got a watering for flowering with 3 liters at pH 6.2, EC 2.1; it goes out at pH 6.3 and EC 2.3, so I can't complain. Since I'm at the end of the fifth week, I switched them directly to 12/12. Hopefully, the real beauty ride will finally start slowly. Let it grow 🖖

NewMan First week in bloom, the girls got their second watering for bloom, each 3.5 liters, pH 6.4 EC 2.3. The light is already at 100% and I've raised it as high as possible, keeping humidity at 65% and temperature around 25. I don't know if it was a good idea or if it should have been done already or if it's still too early, but I stretched the net for the first time 😈, I'll wait to see how it looks and if necessary, I'll quickly take it down again 😂. Otherwise, I was looking at some studies on increasing bud volume by adding sucrose directly to the stem (PSIS), so I thought why not try everything, I ordered the stuff for it and now I'm just waiting for them to start flowering. One, probably the smallest one, will be the test subject.... Let it grow 🖖.

NewMan We're starting the third week, I added another 1ml more on the nutrients and next week we'll finally add Green Sensation from Plagron, so I'm curious. Otherwise, everything is normal, watering 3.5 liters per plant, pH 6.3, EC 2.6. Maybe one would be enough for 80x80, but I just need a bigger tent... Let it grow 🖖

NewMan Fourth week behind us, girls I've trimmed a bit more, that cutting I had shot up to the clouds, so I picked it as a candidate to try something new, and it got a 20% infusion of sucrose solution, at least I won't regret it if nothing comes of it. Watering every third day 4 liters, +Green sensation 0.8ml per liter, pH 6.2, EC 2.8, one looks overall sturdier compared to the other, it will be a small bush but still, the tent is filled and I'm not complaining, I don't see anything wrong with them, now just hope they swell up nicely, let them grow 🖖

NewMan The girls have once again impressed me, that cutting in the liter pot jumped all the way up to the light, so I had to tame it a bit. Watering every third day with 4.5l per plant, pH 6.3, EC 2.7, they are already getting Green Sensation at 1ml/l. I don't see any problems, the girls are doing well. My attempt with the solution hasn't been great, I haven't noticed any changes so far, mainly because I only have gravity feeding and I don't have the necessary pressure that should be there, so I'll leave it for another time 😆. See you again in a week 🖖

NewMan We're starting the sixth week, watering 4.5 liters every third day, pH 6.2, EC 2.4. I'm slowly starting to reduce Athena according to the chart, and I'm using 1ml of Green Sensation per liter. I was worried if Plagron and Athena would work together, but it's working without any problems. I might even add more than 1ml of Green Sensation, but I’d rather not push it right now. The girls have grown a bit more, and it looks like the taller and sparser one will fill in too. Otherwise, I trimmed them a bit again. The broccoli is really sticky and fragrant, so I'm satisfied... except for that little tent🙈. Let's grow 🖖. I see that the quality of my photos has dropped again, so I don’t know what I'm doing wrong.

NewMan The girls look healthy, watering still at 4.5l every third day, pH 6.2, EC 2.6. Today they got their last "big" watering, now I'll just be reducing it, Athena will go to half, I'll completely cut out calmag and leave Green Sensation at 1ml/l. This week I want to trim them a bit and then just enjoy and wait, so good luck to them 🖖

NewMan Another week gone by, I didn't manage to trim them, so hopefully this week it will work out. Watering every third day 4.5l, I'm following the chart from Athena, so I'm reducing the base component to half and still using 1ml/l of Green Sensation. pH 6.2, EC 2.4. I had a bit of a miscommunication with the controller and due to the time change, I was lighting the girls 13/11, fortunately only for 4 days, so hopefully it didn't go too crazy, they still look the same so that's probably good.... I would say about two weeks left, at least I hope so 😀.🖖

NewMan Hey there! It looks like we're approaching a successful end. The broccoli smells amazing and is getting stickier, the buds have thickened up, and overall it's filled the tent nicely. I took down the net, pruned it, and the "TOP from week five" has already gone under the scissors to avoid getting in the way. The smaller one will be next in two days, and I'll leave the rest for another week. pH 6.2, EC 2, watering the same routine, 4.5L every third day. Let it grow, and see you in a week! 🖖

NewMan There's no reason to wait, the terpenes speak for themselves. Today, the first two beauties are up, I'll let the last one ripen for another week. The last watering was ec 1.8, ph 6.2h, base Athena + Green Sensation from Plagron. Light is at max until the end, humidity 60%. Everything has ripened nicely and I'm satisfied with it.

NewMan And we're at the end... The buds have gotten so big that they can't even hold themselves up without support, they smell amazing and they're quite sticky, so the name Sticky fits pretty well. It might have looked like there wouldn't be much for a while, but what one girl lacked in volume she made up for in height and beautifully filled the whole branch. I only did one watering in the last week, with minimal basic nutrients along with Green Sensation at pH 6.2, EC 1.9. The light was at 100% until the end, humidity at 55%. About a third of the trichomes are already amber, so it's clear that this is where the journey ends. To sum it up, I think it's great, I didn't have any problems, one branch has already gone through the tasting process and as I said, I'm not complaining 😀. Next week, once it dries, I'll take the last photo and hopefully, someone else will like it too, not just me. Let it grow 🖖
NewMan I tried my best, I'm still learning and will be for a long time, but I consider this my third grow a success. Some of it has already dried and it doesn't look bad at all. Plagron sensation worked as it should, I don't think the plants are missing anything. Unfortunately, I only take photos with my mobile with a 64mpx camera, so I can't do much with that, but hopefully, it's not that terrible. I'll definitely plant Sticky Broccoli for outdoor as well. I want to thank Zamnesia and Plagron for allowing me to participate; it's another new experience for me with both Plagron (fertilizers, substrate) and Zamnesia (Sticky Broccoli seeds), both of which excited me. The products are great and the communication was quick. I'll let it dry for a bit longer, then I'll take a few last photos and just hope that it will be liked... Let it grow 🖖💚🌱
