Black Diamond Auto by Zamnesia – Pheno B | Week 5 (Flower) 💎 Black Diamond Auto – The Elegant Sister Finds Her Rhythm Every grow has its own personalities, and while Pheno A charges ahead with raw vigor, her sister is writing a completely different story. Black Diamond Auto Pheno B is elegance in motion. She has embraced the 12/12 From Seed challenge with a graceful structure, long internodes, and a beautifully open architecture that allows every flowering site to receive excellent light penetration. This project continues to explore how autoflowers behave under a true 12/12 photoperiod from germination—a technique many growers believe limits development. Week after week these plants continue proving that, with a healthy root system, stable environment, and careful nutrition, autoflowers remain capable of producing vigorous growth while transitioning naturally into bloom. Growing inside the Zamnesia-sponsored 8×8 Adventure, under the Future of Grow Black Series LED and supported by the complete Plagron nutrient line, this phenotype continues to demonstrate that every plant follows its own blueprint. Rather than comparing sisters, this project celebrates those differences. ⸻ 🌱 Week 5 – Stretch with Purpose The flowering stretch is still underway, but unlike many plants that stretch without direction, Pheno B is building a remarkably balanced framework. Standing around 100 cm, she is among the taller ladies in the tent, yet her stem remains impressively thick and capable of supporting future flower weight. The internodal spacing is wider than her sister’s, giving the plant an airy appearance that should become an advantage later in flowering by improving airflow and allowing light to penetrate deep into the canopy. Fresh white pistils continue appearing at every node, and the first flower clusters are beginning to stack along each branch. Rather than producing compact golf-ball buds immediately, she seems focused on building a long flowering structure that could eventually form impressive spear-shaped colas. At this stage she isn’t trying to impress with density yet—she’s building the foundation for it. ⸻ 🌿 Training Without Stress Like the rest of the project, Pheno B continues proving how effective gentle training can be. Instead of removing leaves through defoliation, I simply keep repositioning larger fan leaves behind developing flowering sites whenever necessary. This small daily adjustment maintains excellent light exposure while allowing every healthy leaf to continue producing energy for the plant. No unnecessary stress has been introduced. The combination of: * 12/12 From Seed * Early Low Stress Training (LST) * Strategic leaf tucking * No defoliation has created a naturally open structure where light reaches multiple flowering sites without sacrificing photosynthetic capacity. Every leaf is still working for the plant. ⸻ 💧 Nutrition & Irrigation This week she continued receiving the same stable Plagron feeding program that has been driving the entire room. Current feeding: • Terra Grow — 1.9 ml/L • Terra Bloom — 1.9 ml/L • Pure Zym — 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal — 1 ml/L • Power Roots — 1 ml/L • Power Buds — 1 ml/L The nutrient transition into flowering has been exceptionally smooth. With an EC around 1.88, pH maintained at 6.05, the plant continues showing deep green foliage with no signs of nutrient excess or deficiency. Her leaves remain relaxed, healthy, and vibrant, confirming that the current feeding strategy is matching her needs perfectly. Sometimes the best sign of success is that nothing dramatic happens. ⸻ 🌡️ Environment The flowering room continues providing very stable environmental conditions: • Day temperature: 31.1°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 72% • Solution temperature: 21.6°C • Root zone temperature: 21°C • CO₂: approximately 636 ppm Despite the relatively warm temperatures, the healthy root zone, consistent irrigation, and vigorous airflow are allowing the plants to remain highly productive. The entire ecosystem continues operating exactly as intended. ⸻ 👀 Looking Ahead Next week should be particularly exciting for this phenotype. The stretch appears to be slowing, meaning more energy will soon shift toward flower production. The small clusters developing along every node should begin connecting together as calyx production accelerates, revealing the true architecture of this plant. Because of her open structure, I’m especially curious to see whether she develops long, elegant spears or surprises me with unexpected stacking later in bloom. Either way, she’s showing every sign of becoming a beautiful and productive Black Diamond. Sometimes the quieter plants become the biggest surprises by harvest. ⸻ 🙏 Final Thoughts One of my favourite parts of running phenotype hunts is watching sisters express the same genetics in completely different ways. Pheno B reminds us that beauty isn’t always about being the biggest or the fastest. Sometimes it’s about balance, structure, and letting the plant tell its own story without forcing it into someone else’s expectations. So far, she’s doing exactly that. They growing nice I turned 4 new babys also this week so I continously have weed cant wait for them to be ready but patience is the key to a great grow don't rush to take down learned my lesson the hard way before

Finally started seeing some baby buds! YES!!! I really start running into issues with humidifier staying on so I've basically gave up on it, at some point around here I added a heater near the inlet fan and it's jumped the temp numbers up quite a bit Some log entries: 1/21: Fed w/ 2 gallons for all 4 15ml big bloom, 10ml grow big and tiger bloom, 2.5ml cleankelp. all units per ga h2o 1/24: Fed w week 7 noots, trimmed 1-4, heavy on 1 & 4

2 more weeks , slowing down on the feed next week then a flush

🌱 Week 3 – End of Vegetative Stage 10/04 (Day 22): Watered with 500 ml at pH 5.7, EC 1300. Solution included 2.5 ml/L CalMag + 1.4 ml/L Coco A + 1.4 ml/L Coco B — Deeper Underground removed from the mix starting today. Runoff measured EC 700, pH 7.0. Considering removing a few fan leaves to allow more light penetration to the lower branches. 10/05 (Day 23): No watering today — pots still heavy and moist. The tips of new leaves are showing a very light green to yellowish color. Planning to start micronutrient supplementation directly in the nutrient solution in two days. Plants continue stretching rapidly; one grew 4 cm in the last 24 hours. Roots are now protruding through the fabric pots, indicating full root colonization. 10/06 (Day 24): Pistils visible on all plants — flowering will begin next week 🌸. Tried increasing light intensity to 20k lux, but plants showed stress, so it was reduced again. Still not obtaining reliable results with the lux meter, so I’ve ordered a PAR meter to better control light levels. Watered with 1 L of the same solution as Day 22. Runoff EC rising slightly to 750, pH stable at 7.0. Week 3 Summary — End of Vegetative Stage Strong vegetative finish: vertical growth continued steadily, some plants growing 4 cm in 24 h. Root zone fully colonized — roots visible through the fabric pots. All plants showing pistils → clear sign of transition to flowering. Light management tricky this week; stress appeared above 20k lux. PAR meter ordered for better control. Nutrient mix stable at EC 1300 (2.5 CalMag + 1.4 A/B). Deeper Underground discontinued. Runoff EC ~ 700–750, pH ~ 7.0 → substrate still buffered high, but plants adapting well. 🌼 ➡️ Plan for Week 4 – Flowering Week 1 Nutrients: Transition feed: keep CalMag at 2.0–2.5 ml/L, A/B around 1.4–1.6 ml/L. Introduce bloom additives gradually (PK boosters or bloom A/B if applicable). pH: Keep irrigation at 5.6–5.7 to slowly bring substrate down from 7.0. EC: Increase gradually toward 1400–1500 µS/cm as flowers initiate. Lighting: Use PAR meter to maintain 300–400 µmol/m²/s (~15–18k lux) during transition. VPD: Raise to 1.0–1.2 kPa for better transpiration and nutrient flow. Defoliation: Light removal of large fan leaves if necessary to expose lower sites. Observation: Watch for stabilization of new growth color and confirm consistent pre-flowering on all plants.

day 38 stopped giving PK, carbs. only humic, folvic fishsh!t in watering. lifted terps video sticky icky video day 39 just humic and folvic into water. day42 bridal party gained a lot of weight, started to lean over blackberry. I feel like I could chop today.. slight chance might meet remo :)

Alright so i got some guanokalong products to try from my local grow shop, i hope it doesn't screw the plants 🙈 after the last update last week we placed some powders on the soil so lets see how it goes the next weeks! The strain is doing great, lots of short internodes with big long branches, these plants are full of bud sites! I never tried a kosher strain before but i do think that this seed bank has a great genetics here, im thinking to monster crop this girls to continue the legacy 💪👌

La fin se rapproche pour la bannana x purple punch (je vien de lui donné sont premier rincage;) C est une plante vraiment facile à faire pousser elle peut encaisser de gros EC Et elle n à pas trop de feuille (facile à trimer ;) je pense donc que même un débutant peut avoir de très bon résultats avec cette souche il faudra juste la nourrir correctement (pas besoin de lst ou autre technique, juste lui laisser assez de place pour grandir (en hauteur comme pour les racines = big roots = big fruits ;) Pour la WEST COAST OG c est pareil on dirais elle sont en pilot automatique (tellement je n ai rien a faire a part arroser ) J ai au début mis 2 anneaux (technique que j aime bien quand j fais pousser une plante la première fois, au cas où il faudrait écarté les branches etc) mais la on en aurait presque pas besoin pareil que pour ka bannana il faut juste lui laisser assez de place pour les racines et lui laisser assez de place (largeur hauteur ) et des bon nutriment à bonne dose et normalement vous devriez avoir le même résultat que moi ;) Je doit dire que la west coast a une odeur magnifique et les photos pour toutes seul pour se qui est de la cristallisation :) Voilà les amis je m arrêt ici pour cette semaine on se retrouve pour la recolte de la bannana (la west coast à besoin de bien 10 jours encore avant le rincage)

12/22 - all 3 seeds of critical kush went to shit, 1 didn't pop and 2 molded before the root came out of the shell...no bueno. I decided to run Purple Kush instead. I ran this before in my original crappy cabinet so I'm hoping for much better results this time around! ...growing so fast!!! 12/23 - and now it's on its own for a week!!!

WEEK 7 | DAY 44 Everything’s going great with the Granite Haze. 😇 She’s just under 90 cm now and most of the stretch should be done. Overall she’s just huge, and it’s going to get fucking tight once the buds really start swelling 😆 The first trichomes are showing and the smell is absolutely amazing.👽 Like, really amazing. Very complex, with noticeable haze/jack notes, but also very sour and fruity. Not completely different from the Amnesia Haze we know here, but only the good parts of it, combined with a lot of modern sour candy vibes 😅 or something like that, not that terp expert haha PH5.7 | EC2 | DLI70 | VPD0.9-1.1 😎

So far there has been a learning curve.. I am learning both bloom and veg light should be on and I DEFINITELY learned about "stretching". I added more potting soil and straightened them gently so that they can be supported. I will monitor the girls through the week to see what effects changing the light to both bloom and veg have. Fingers crossed! Will update later in the week. Update 10.24.21 Corrected the stretching/bending issue and the girls seem to be growing pretty quickly now 😎😁

Papaya sherbet has tops for days tying her down, but she just keeps bushing back out. Cannot wait to see what the buds look like. I’ve had the opportunity to smoke and grow papaya auto flower. truly, one of my favorite tasting sativa cannot wait to see how the papaya sherbet holds up🔥💯
