Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here: 1:. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. Easily a 2 week savings in time pre-flower🤟😎😳. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. The mainline training didn’t take long in DWC - roughly 4 weeks of veg. And she was ready for the flip. We only extended it a further 2 weeks to keep pace with another grow in the same space. Otherwise, I would’ve cut the veg. Time back to 4 weeks which would’ve made the behemoth of a root ball a little more manageable. We also iceballed the res. With frozen water bottles twice a day throughout the grow. Just to keep temps down and avoid any potential issues. Whether or not there’s a better, more efficient way to get these kinds of results remains to be seen. We’re still trying to strike that balance between faster veg. Times and maximized yields. If anything, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the hermie issue at the end had something to do with the root ball binding on itself due to size. The true culprit was an unanticipated light leak but still - The ball could’ve been 2/3 the size and likely have produced similar results🤷‍♂️. I’m giving the method a slim 4 because it was a great success but too long a veg. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Regardless of the final number, we had hoped that the yield would’ve been bigger. She’s a beauty of a plant but didn’t really puff out as much as we were hoping for. At least not a mainline on a 6 week veg. At 5.125oz we’re obviously not complaining and the colours in late flower were some of the best ever seen😎👌😎👌. What she did yield was frosty, dense and surprisingly stinky AF. I see no discernible difference in the quality of the terp. Profile vs. Any of our previous organic soil grows. For those who tout this as an advantage in soil media, I say get urself a bucket and a bubbler, then we’ll talk. Hydro is just straight up awesome: 1:. 4 palm trees on the yield - any haul north of 5oz is a great addition to the cellar: 1:😎: 1:😎. Red Hot Cookies goes Indoor! 🍪💡 This week marked a big transition for my Red Hot Cookies photoperiod, as the relentless rain finally made me pull the plug on her outdoor run—for now. 🌧️ With more wet days on the horizon, I moved her into the grow tent, now running under a 300W LED to ensure the buds can develop in peace. She’s currently sharing the space with my two lovely Divine Seeds autos from the ongoing Divine Seeds V2.0 Competition, and the energy inside the tent is buzzing. ⚡🌱 Since the switch indoors, she’s adapting really well. 🌿 The buds are swelling visibly, and I’ve started to see a nice layer of early trichome frost forming on the sugar leaves. The scent is starting to develop—still subtle, but promising! However, I did notice some slight yellowing on the bottom fan leaves, which pointed to a nitrogen deficiency. Likely due to her strong structure and demanding flower phase, so I’ve increased BioBizz Grow slightly in this week’s feeding plan. I installed a PH controller but it didn't work right and only the ph up peristaltic pump is working. I will use this over my vacation as my PH drifts down naturally so this should work until i get a replacement. I watered in my gsc and other seedlings until runoff with 850 ppm heavy in nitrogen to green them up as the organic top dressing is taking too long.will see how they respond.on week 4 day 4 They are responding well to nitrogen Gsc is taking off!!!will continue nitrogen until end of this week as needed.

Great growth this week despite a pretty scary heat wave that rose my tent temp from 78-84/85...but she survived!

The start was a little rough for this lady but she bounce back so well and just did her thing, I was really looking for much because it was more about learning for me and I did learn a thing or two but over all this strain is great smoke was smooth, it smell the same as it taste with rich mango flavors.

I guess I can't put it off any longer.... This plant officially needs some yoyos. She can no longer hold herself up, and I have too many colas leaning against the wall. These buds are exquisite! The contrast of the trichomes against the purple bud is stunning! I want to make it my mission to grow all the purple FastBuds strains! They're just breathtaking! The smell in this tent is phenomenal. If only I could upload the smell! 🍇🍇🍇

So another week and some more thickening and ripening. The smell is like blueberry on one and the others are sweet as well. Slightly different smell to each. Watering when dry still at pH 6-6.6 and monitoring overall plant trichomes. At this point it's autopilot to the end. No more feeding with slow release and will slowly flush the remaining food out next few weeks. I like my trichomes to have some amber, not too much but mostly cloudy with some amber. Seems like most will be dense, except one plant I've called corona virus. It has smaller buds but are really resinous and smelly. Cheers and happy growing!

Wow, another week done. It's become an absolute jungle in my greenhouse. A few of the GG4/Sherbets tops had to be mainlined since they're hitting the top of the greenhouse at 7ft8in tall. The smell is definitely getting stronger every day and it goes from super pungent, to sweet, to almost tropical. They're all still looking nice and healthy. The Athena Blended Line works wonders with my well water as the plants couldn't be happier. All in all Happy Growing.

Day 56 - She grew 6cm this week. Growing well. Not much for me to do. Day 56 - Tent configuration changed: 4x more CREE CXB3590's have been added and 4x blurple LED things removed. Lights now consist of 8x CXB3590's & 1x 1000W HID with flower bulb.

01/09/25 - Watered 3L Ph 6.0 and removed some dying leaves from the lower canopy 02/09/25 - Watered 3L Ph 5.85 03/09/25 - Watered 3L Ph 5.85 04/09/25 - Watered 2L with no nutrition will start feed again tomorrow 👌 07/09/25 - Watered 3L ph 5.85. Potassium is needed badly. Ive been under feeding them so much going from synthetic to biobizz ive learnt how it works. Now upped the dosages for the Gorilla cookies and Sour Crinkle #2 3ml bloom 2ml topmax 1ml grow 2ml alg-a-mic 3ml acti-vera and 2ml calmag per litre. Im here for the longrun as this is my medicine hopefully one day I can get off all my medications and just use high doses of thc/cbd/terpens the lot. Feel blessed I atleast have medical cannabis but it costs a fortune for the amount Id need 😰

This week has been such a gift! I have learned so much about proper care for a plant I had no idea how little I knew sitting down and observing these majestic trees produce such a potent flower has really humbled me. Premium cultivars strain has shown resilient and self sustaining easy to grow traits that it is hard to mess up. (Which I’ve done a few times lol) Notice the trichomes (I put the zoom lens on and got up in there so they could be better seen the bud itself is slathered in them ! This is going to be an amazing smoke! Also looking at the structure of the bud it’s self it has volume very full bodied bracts with pistils throughout It’s just an all-around beautiful thing to observe

I think Iv burnt one of the Santa Marta’s, can anyone confirm this from the videos/photos ? Other then that all is well. I actually just flipped to 12/12 to start flowering the photoperiods that are surrounding the 4 autos. Might try a scrog net for the fist time when the autos are done. Stay high growmies 🤙🐞
