Ai Gude Growmies was ein Wurzel Porno! Was mir aufgefallen ist bevor es umtopfen losging war das bereits Wurzel aus dem Topf Moos von den Boden Platten in ihrem Griff hatten. Die Umstellung von Mineralisch auf Organischen Dünger scheint ohne Probleme zu funktionieren nur 1 Verfärbtes Blatt von unten sehe ich als normal. Die Wurzel Zone sieht einfach aus wie aus dem Bilderbuch! Da ich sie auch seit der Austrocknung nur noch mit Wasser gegossen habe mit abgedeckten Topf Oberfläche aus Pflanzenmulch und Resten für Bodenleben und Wasser speichern. Diese Zombie Kush hält bis jetzt jedes Wetter aus und ist extrem Widerstandsfähig. Erhalten habe ich ihn Test Steckling von Krumme-Gurken als selektierten Purple Pheno. Ob diese Schönheit im Herbst lila wird oder nicht ist mir bei der Widerstandsfähigkeit schon Fast egal wenn die Blütezeit auch so weiter geht.

Plants are doing nicely on their own. I have learned to be more hands-off and let them take their own pace. I check soil dryness every few days and add water/nutrients when dry past my first knuckle. Sticking with the same nutrient mix as it seems to be doing the trick. If you watch the timelapse, you'll see a moment of panic when the reflector fell over onto Cheecha. But, in the long run, what doesn't kill them seems to be making them stronger. Cheecha is now almost the same height as her sister Chonga. We're in Fall now, so the room is getting a little cooler, but above 70 degrees F. Humidity is also starting to drop a bit too.

Had a little stretch due to heat and had to higher lights. Bud gaining now day 21 today in flower happy where they are done alittle trimming of some fans blocking bud sites.

A good starter week. Both little ladies are doing well. They're both stretching just a bit. I've increased the light intensity so all should be good.

Day 79 - Added 7 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 7 mL of each additive. PPM is 706. Day 81- Using noticeably less water now. Checked PPM 475. In moving the plant to water, a small branch broke. Trichomes are mostly clear. Started to dry it as a tester for rest of the plant. It takes 7 days for me to dry the tester at 70F and 40RH. Not ideal temp but that is how it goes. Day 82 - Might have seen first amber trichs Day 83 - Added 10 mL of Overdrive. PPM is 430. Trichs are mostly cloudy. Hairs are 80% orange. Branches are leaning from the weight. Day 86 - Added 5 mL of CalMag Micro Grow and Bloom. Added 5 mL of each additive. PPM is 588.

Skipped a week in my journal due to travels. Had my neighbor water my plants. Having some minor early deficiencies with my photoperiod plants (particularly the chem brulee)... so I decided to go ahead and give everything a solid feeding of Foop Bloom 1, 2 and Sweetener. This is their first ever bottled feeding. Have been running on supersoil and a prayer. Also top dressed everything and mulched with rice straw to help with the soil drying out a bit too quickly. Leaves have been yellowing on all three. Mostly relegated to the interior of the plants. Chem Brulee is looking a bit too yellow overall, as well. French Macaron is a 66in. Chem Brulee is 56in. Pineapple Meatball is 45in. I have a sneaking suspicion that my neighbor didn't water them quite enough while I was gone. Will probably continue with the Foop feedings... probably at least once per week. Don't want to overdo it. Also top dressed with my flowering top dress mix and mulched all plants with a thin layer of rice straw. 8/4 Sprayed with Neem Oil and Castile Soap 8/5 Sprayed with Gravenstein Apple FFJ and OHN 8/6 Sprayed with Neem Oil and Castile Soap (this will likely be the last time I spray with Neem Oil, as I don't want residual oils as buds start swelling. Also fed 1/4 strength FOOP to ensure we head off any deficiencies.

Day 30 - We are officially in flower now! So I'm upping the Bio-Bloom and Top-Max while making sure not to burn her. Day 32 - Stretching out nicely now. Buds site are starting to form and you can see a little bit of the purple color coming through, very exciting stuff. Leaves are perfect, she is happy and loving life.

Here we are. Week 2. On the Day 8 video, I give my method on how I produce nearly zero larf and huge buds. It's easier than most think 😉

Day 14 Veg: A great start to the week once they settled into their new pots. hopefully i havent stunted their progress. The mutant Banana Mash is now trying to normalise a little more with new growth. Still fairly twisted but on the mend. The other 3 are more typical of new plants with their growth . I have topped one and fimmed another with one being left natural at this point. They are on their 5th node mainly ( except mutant!) and I am hoping to open their frames right up to get light to all new growth equally. I don't think they will grow too tall by design and I don't want to limit their growth in any way so i will gently manage them as they grow. The Purple Monkey are doing brilliantly so far with plenty of vigorous growth among them. I am holding the 5th nodes down on two of them and have fimmed one. These are in bigger 60L pots so should use the space to its best I think. I also have 2 plants that came from the recent harvest. One of the ladies must have had a pollen sack hid away that managed to seed a few of the exotic girls amd visited some possible viable hybrids. 2 of these are now in the grow alongside. I will be watching them like a hawk and any sign of a testicle will result in a slaughtering of the LGBGTQ sympathiser instantly . lol We do male or female only unlike the human race !!. heehee ( bit of a political hot potato!). I gave them an actual megacrop feed today to boost the available elements for the speedy growth coming. The L.o.s is still active and providing enough nutrition but I am trying to avoid the drop once the stretch period gets busy and saps the available food from it. This seems to have been happening most crops since beginning using it to avoid the leaves losing their solent green colour too fast like starvation can cause. I also added a touch of calmag to counter the L.e.d leeching that often occurs in flowering. So there we have it Growmies. A good week with the beginning of l.s.t and some promising growth. Another issue that I have managed to resolve is the R.h. We are getting warm dry air now so the room is getting silly hot and very dry at around 40% . This is great for the flowering times but has been an issue for veg in the past. not wanting to invest in a humidifier that is costly and expensive to run , I had resulted to using towels in buckets to attempt to raise it this does work in a totally sealed tent , in my leaky d.i.y "tailored " one , this has been hard to maintain. The solution came in the form of a vicks vaporiser that I bought from fleabay. It works perfectly to bring up the rh to around 70% on its lowest setting. The tank is enough to hold a days supply of water and shuts off with the lights. simple but effective fix to a common problem we face indoors. Be safe and well. Until next time. Ok so I'm a couple of days later with posting, though the images are of last Friday. They went full into flowering. At the same time, 3 of the 4 have some weird growth going on. Deeply ridged leaves, a bit springy plants. I raised the lights cause I also saw white points and other leaf burn. I have to get used to the nitro-fueled energy of these thoroughbreds and the 'on the edge' style of growing that autos deliver, as a mostly photoperiod grower, this is both exiting as well as a bit out of control in the style of a rollercoaster, once you get on - you have to do the ride. All in all amazed with the vigor, though clearly, the XLs outperformed the Forbiddens in growth. I have so many conditions going on, however, that all will be too close to call for now and in the long run my results will have been tainted by my experimenting and finding all optimal with these rocket-style plants. I'm amazed at this growth as Jack must have been when popping his magic beans. Still, they keep developing and power through with bud formation. I have to watch these lights, the SP 3000 by Mars Hydro is so powerful, that also getting this light optimal is a whole learning curve, but it does deliver a punch. I think I overdid the amendments at the start with the blood meal and that's why I see ridging so I'm careful with the Nitrogen and give them lots of fresh water with just some topmax in between. They seem to hold out but its on the edge. As far as bending, after the initial bend, I saw many branches develop that are nicely outward, tucked some leaves but I'm happy with the shape of the plant and will let the center bud develop. 12 Week…

Again, a week has passed. I repotted the plants into their final 15L/4 gallons shoes with Plagron All-Mix. Plants are looking fine, not perfect, but okay. It feels like they are a bit overwatered and/or very slightly overfed because of the All-Mix. For now, I reduce the watering by 50%. Furthermore, I did a FIM on another Jack Herer (#3). The first FIM I did on JH#1 is looking to work out perfectly, as I can see the development of four new stems (check out the pictures). Great! The SP 3000's intensity was increased to full power, it's very bright. I am happy with the quality of the light. It does what it was built for and does it very well. Temperature and humidity stats are looking perfectly so far. I hope it stays like that, the days are getting warmer as summer comes our way. But my ventilation is currently running on intensity level 1/5, so we still have some room for maneuver. In addition, I will get a second oscillating clipfan soon. Next week I plan to FIM plants that have not been FIMed yet and let them recover. By then, most of the stress for the plants should be over and I can let them grow in peace. Stay tuned!

I harvested 24 cuttings from the White Shark mom this week, which was the first time she donated! She recovered fully within a few hours. Some ongoing maintenance pruning/training on deck for later this week. The 2 new moms (XXL & 8 Ball) are looking beautiful. I’ll be topping them soon to start working on structure.
