The week went uneventful the plant is doing what it's supposed to be doing. The wifey is doing a great job in taking care of the plant while im travelling. Introduced Hess's PK 13/14 from the last feeding. PPM remained flat at 900 and will now gradually increase the PK 13/14 over the next weeks. Looks pretty good from what I can tell by the pictures I received. Still a bit of tip burn so, will decrease the base nutrients a little as well over the next few weeks.

Last week only watering one time and let the plant dry our for 3-4 days. There is not much to trim as the buds are rock solid and big.

Adding Mephisto Sour Hound to my tent of autos. Really excited about growing some Mephisto Genetics, been hearing amazing things about Mehphisto (I also have a Alien vs Triangle going in a separate diary). This is a free seed I received with my order from Seedsman last fall (BTW Seedsman ROCKS!). This first seed failed to pop so I planted a second and that one popped in 4 days!. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic, I’m starting 2-3 seeds at at time for the last couple of rounds. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water any plants via water bottles and watering spikes. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around week 3 I'll do a FIM pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope FIM/defoliation only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Creo que lo fundamental en esta semana es arta humedad y riego foliar por encima, pero en las raíces tratar de no llenar de agua ya que a esta temprana edad la plántula no tiene tanta raíces formadas, lo que provoca que se estanquen, quedando enanas y mostrando carencias por no poder beber. 8/21/24 gave her some cal mag from the uprising foundation. 5 ml total for the 5 gal pot. 3 tsp of grow and 2 tsp of bloom. slowly transitioning from grow to bloom over the course of 4 weeks. did some light defoliation and some lollipopping. shes not too bushy in the sense of leafy. her fan leaves have super long petioles. 8/26 she's grown four inches so far this week. about an inch a day. wild.

She was the Star of the Grow and My Best Yield yet. She was Easy to Grow but I'd suggest taking Care to not overdo the Nutrients. Ran into some early Signs of Burn but She was Fine once I went back to 1/2 Dosage. I Cut the 4 Main Colas to Hang n Clipped the rest at the Buds to Lay Out n Dry. I Barely have Room in My Drying Box. If I've found My Grower's Stride like I Hope I have I'll need to Construct a New Larger Box. By my Calculations She should Dry Out to about 60 Grams. She was strechy for the first 4 weeks of flower then tapered off. Good fast veg cycle. Not my favorite to grow due to how slow she matured and final weight granted I got 40.1 grams and 8.3 grams of trim that will become cookies soon.

left the girls to settle into their new environment. Have been watering every 4 days or so, not much rain this week. Plants are looking good and showing some signs of leaf growth which means the roots have already branched out. Chitosal as a root drench is supposed to help with drought tolerance and salt stress, no salt stress here as we are organic. Next week things to do: 1) spread and re-stake plants. 2) create a top amendment feeding and watering bowl under each plant with some chicken wire.
