09/04 - So I'm germinating in a Root Riot pellet which was soaked in 5.5pH'd water. Should be up in a couple of days - check back!! Thanks so much to @SwissKush and @Hashy for the guidance and the courage to try this new way of growing - at least new to me! For 70+ years, I've only grown things in soil but a day not learning something new is a day wasted... and no, that is NOT a picture of me in that meme! LOL! 09/07 - I HAVE A ROOT!!!! The cotelydon has yet to make an appearance, BUT I HAVE A ROOT!!!!! She will be set on the bucket this morning to continue her journey. And she's now in the bucket, air pump is on, water at 5.8pH.. This afternoon, the seedling broke through and I removed most of the cling film covering the pot... I can't wait to see how much she grows over night!! YAY!!!! Talk about "FAST buds" ... WOW! 09/08 - Added a few more clay pieces and gave the seedling 1tsp water twice today. Bucket only needed about 1/4 gallon to top up to just under the pot... 09/09 - moved her into her new home and all is well. She had been stretching a little too much for my liking when she had to share the light with my other FastBuds grow which are well into flower... moving her to her OWN home now allows me to get the light closer to her and she's appreciative! 09/10 - I didn't get to take a pic of her on Day 3 - completely slipped my mind! She is soon going to take off - her new home is a funky little space that measures APPROXIMATELY 32"x32"x7' - more than enough room for her to grow as big as she wants! 09/11 - Day 5 of this little one's life... and she's getting bigger and bigger... can't wait for her roots to hit the water! I'm loving the Root Riot - gives her good nutrition to help her grow in this early stage.. Shout out to @FastBuds - this one's going to be GREAT!!! 09/12 - Day 6 and tomorrow, I get to add another week to this diary! But what I REALLY want is for her roots to hit the water! I can't wait! I'm ready to replace all the water in my bucket tomorrow and add 1/2 strength of my DaKine420 nutes so that when those roots hit the water, there will be something for them to latch onto and GROW!!!! Love these nutes but can't find anyone who is growing with them here and they don't come up on the list when I'm filling in the weekly nute information. Feed Started With Tap Water Left Overnight For Chlorine/Chlorides To Evaporate. Next Day. Starting EC of our water is 0.15. I added 1ml of Rhiz Per Litre. Then Used Canna Terra Vega Until EC measured 0.4. I then used the mighty growth enhancer drop by drop until my EC measured 0.7 Finally i PH'd the mix to 6.2. Made sure the feed was of adequate temp and continued to feed. Next Two Feeds Are Just PH Water with a few drops of Rhiz 😎

Week 12 D86 Flowering 35-40 days since stigma started showing. She is growing really well, for now what ever all the little rust spots were are gone. Still not solid explanations as to what it was or to as why it came up. Made a hard choice. And snipped the roots that were drinking from the plate, as this could of been the cause as to why this was happening on otherwise a healthy looking plant. Lowered the PPM from 1550 down to 1250 and will bring her down another 3-600 over the course of the next week and then another 2-300 the following week and keep her on regular 700ppm feeds of just bloom, but candy overdrive and B-52. All other nutes will be pulled over the next 2 weeks, gradually and not all at once neither, don't want to shock her into a def, just want to make sure all this crap is flushed from her. Big bud, she got her last feed of that today and that's her done on that now. She was started on her normal mix - 300ppm. RH is holding at a steady 65 temp is 26, 21c with lights off. 14/3/22 Added my 2nd intake fan was able to bring down the RH down as low as 53% with the 2 on full blast. Rooms RH is at 46% dehumidifier has been running 24/7 since I got it. Not good enough though. It works but looks like I'm going to get a 370watt 25l (meaning, it takes 25l out of the air every 24hrs, the 1 im using now is a 60watt that gets rid of 2l every 8hrs). It'll do in an hour what this machine takes 8hours to do. So it'll actually use less energy overall. 18/3/22 Plant is coming on nicely, putting on lots of bud mass, hopefully it'll keep packing on bud as there is not much in the way of sugar leafs it'll just be nice dense bud. For the last 24 hrs I've thrown her into a hard flush, 6l of water with 2 flushes one last night 1 tonight after each flush 50ml with sensi cal mag extra 1ml/50ml was given so the plant wouldn't go into full flush and the nutes left behind will break down helping nute uptake. Very important to introduce some cal as if you flush for too long and have a high build up of salts you'll cause a form of nute lock and throw plant into the flushing phase. So always use some cal mag on top to break down the nutes you are trying to flush. Thanks for reading gottagrowsometime

Going into flowering is always a special moment and we prepare to do it in the best way to make the plant understand that it is time to become a woman and speed up the start of the formation of buds. We start with 24 hours of darkness this to give a strong break and sign of change to the plant that understands the change of time and prepares to go into flowering. Seems I told a lie last week, I'm late one day and I've done videos again cos again 🤥 Its been a good week for bud production regardless of a hiccup this week which shows as cal/mag and nitrogen deficiencies throughout each plant🤒 My ph pen malfunctioned and I ended up feeding them all 4.5 and didn't notice till the leaves told me 🍂 The ph pen has been replaced, amendments made to buffer the root zone and fingers are crossed 💉🤞 Super stinky grow this, going to replace my carbon filter before starting a new one because I caught wiffs of them when I entered my home today. Lunes 26 de Agosto 2024, segunda semana de vida de estas preciosas, siguen en giffy, próximamente trasplantar a macetita de cartón, iremos a Walmart a comprar sustratito para ese trasplante.

This is my third time growing this cultivar. The first was the seed plant, the second was in a 5 gallon pot that got too large, and now this is one. It's my favorite daytime herb in my collection. Has a lemon tea like scent and flavor, good buzz, not overpowering, but doesn't make me sleepy either. The last time I took her at 87 days, but like I said that plant was way too big. I have found that flowering in 2 gallon pots provides a much more manageable experience all-around. This is all head stash. I am harvesting every 30 days or so, and I certainly do not require 6 ounce plants to satisfy my demand. Much more to come, stay tuned.

Gonna be leaving the plants to the auto feeder for a week probably starting this weekend, here’s hoping they make it through that relying on just the water stakes and hempy res. Flowering has definitely started, for the Amnesia especially so, but all the plants are getting along just fine and giving me a nice sea of colas over my grow area. New lights killing it. Great Candy/Citrus smell to it / Very similar to the Dark Devil beside it in profile/build structure. Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Made some caps with homemade thc olive oil from a friend that sent me some "Intergalactic Cable" viewing materials as well 😎 Have to use them fast but been stable for a week and not just starting to come through the gel caps, will have to get something harder next time still a lot left in the bottle. Still clear signs of the Tobacco Mosaic/Genetic issue in the leaves but clearly not affecting anything else, might tip the top of the bud when i start the flush to have it back build on itself and see how dense I can make it once it's dried. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil.
