Started the flush this week. She started fox tailing a lot with excess heat with 100 degree summer days. I am updating my extraction fan after this grow. She grew good under the Spider Farmer SE5000 light, in New Level Hydro buckets. Next update will be harvest. 11/30: I fed them today and supercropped the taller one a little bit. Just trying to encourage her lowers to compete for apical dominance. I raised the lights another few inches 12/1: I raised the lights about a foot because of a couple of taller plants, so these girls and most of the others are on a platform so as to be within 15 inches of the lights. Their platforms are some of the shortest, and I think they're about to catch up with the others.👍 12/2: Busy with life...didn't do much. Very cold days, so the high temp in the closet was 72f today👈 12/4: Switched to 13/11....afraid of it taking too long to flower and ending up with a bunch of pain in the ass 5-footers..

Hey Growers. I’m not sure what the hold up is, but they call the shots so I guess we wait a bit longer. It’s talking longer than normal for them to fade but I’m sure they’re close. They’re a more yellowing every day. These 3 phenos are quite different and I’m sure that’s not helping with having a definitive end date. They will go into darkness for 2-3 days then they’ll come down. The smell is crazy, I added the second fan a while ago to help with that. I am just waiting for these girls to be done so I can start my FastBuds Gelato Auto run with the XS2000. Happy Growing.

This was the girls last week! I decided to call them finished on day 63 the tricomes are almost all cloudy, with a small amount of amber. I’ve learned that they continue to degrade as you dry and cure your flower, so I’m trying something new for me, and pull them a little earlier than I usually would. In addition, after watching a podcast (Dude Grows Show) if you don’t know, check it out
I decided to run the lights for 18 hours instead of 12/12 for the last 5 days before harvest. The idea behind this, is to stress the plant enough to increase its natural sunblock/protections, which would be terpenes and tricomes just before you harvest, while also possibly quickening the finishing time for your plant. The group was discussing the benefits of this (listed above) while some already had implemented these practices when finishing plants. The recommended time to run extra light time would be around the last 5-9 days of the plant, without having any nanners or weirdness happening with your plants. Anyways, they finished amazing, sticky, stinky and heavy ❀ the Terps are crazy on these strains
.Harvest details to come. Thanks for stopping by 💚🇹🇩👊

24/11 Starting off Week 2, they have finally found the gas pedal and are stepping on it! I Added a bowl of water to increase humidity and toned down my exhaust a notch, didnt think it would help that much, but boy it did help! Tent is sitting at 60-65%, at Plant Level its around 70%. Up from 45-55% which i guess definitely helps the little ones. Also increased ppfd to 350 by bringing the light a tad closer. Watering hasnt happened yet, soil still wet, will probably happen on 25 or 26. Will also start giving BioBizz BioGrow by then, though probably starting with 1ml/L instead of 2. Rootjuice and Activera will stay the same. lets see though! 25/11 Watered with 1L per plant, added 1ml/L BioGrow to ease them into the coming abuse. i ordered microbes just to give it a shot, will add them with the next watering. 27/11 Photoshooting! im happy with the growrate now. they had a slow start (or maybe im just spoiled by the banana purple punches, which i topped on day 12 lol) but theyre picking up the pace now. 29/11 Added Timelapse. See you in week 3!

As promised — I fixed everything, dialed it in 🙂 Plants are doing great now, growing fast and looking healthy. You often see people asking: “My runoff pH keeps dropping, what should I do?” I used to recommend increasing potassium, even though at that point it was just a theoretical assumption — I hadn’t actually tested it yet. Well
now I have. And it works. Situation: Input pH is stable around ~5.8, but runoff pH keeps dropping over time (in my case down to 5.2, even 4.7 on one plant). At the same time, EC is either dropping or at least not increasing. I tried light flushing — yes, it helps temporarily, but: Only short-term — next day pH drops again Adds unnecessary stress to the plant (basically suffocating the roots) Solution: Increase potassium. First, I boosted it by about +50%, then added another +30% on top of that. Example: I had ~2 ml per 10L → increased to 4 ml → after 2 days up to 5.5 ml of Canna Mono K. It took about 3 days to stabilize — runoff pH went back up to ~5.7–6.0. If you’re using base nutrients: Just get some Canna Mono K — it’s made exactly for situations like this. Yeah, I know I’m basically mixing my whole solution around it, even though Canna says you can’t build a complete feed with it alone — but in practice, it works for me. Also, side note — now 10L lasts me about 2 days. And that’s it for veg — switched to 12/12 on day 36.

Week 9 november - 15 november 11 november - i did a little defoliation on the first 2 Nodes in branches. I also gave the first bloom nutrients because in the next week it will be flowering and it looks like it was asking for more phosphorus 14 november - One more soft session of defoliation/lollipoping Led power: 240W (80%)

Cash Express – Pheno A | Week 4 Full Steam Ahead Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure, where twelve cultivars are being documented individually from seed to harvest under a strict 12/12-from-seed schedule. Every phenotype follows its own diary, allowing each plant to reveal its unique personality while growing under exactly the same environment and feeding program. Another week has passed, and the room continues to transform at an incredible pace. What started as twelve tiny seedlings is rapidly becoming a forest filled with individual characters, each responding differently despite sharing identical conditions. That’s one of my favourite parts of this project—watching genetics tell their own stories. This week also reminded me that Mother Nature has a funny sense of humour. The environmental controller proudly displayed 33.3°C alongside 63% humidity. Apparently the grow room has decided that three is the lucky number this week. Despite the higher temperatures, the elevated humidity helped keep the plants comfortable, and growth across the room never missed a beat. Every day the canopy became denser, greener, and noticeably more alive. âž» Week 4 Environment đŸŒĄïž Temperature: 33.3°C 💧 Relative Humidity: 63% 💡 PPFD: 700–800 ”mol/mÂČ/s đŸŒ± Medium: Plagron Lightmix ? Growing Method: 12/12 From Seed One interesting change this week wasn’t caused by the lights—it was caused by the plants themselves. Some phenotypes have entered a much stronger vertical growth phase, naturally moving closer to the fixtures. Those taller individuals are now receiving around 800 PPFD, while shorter plants remain closer to 700 PPFD. The light hasn’t changed. The plants have. Watching each phenotype respond differently under identical conditions continues to be one of the most fascinating parts of this entire project. âž» Feeding Strategy The nutrition program has continued to evolve alongside the increasing demands of the garden. During the establishment phase, irrigation remained around pH 5.8, creating ideal conditions for vigorous root development. As those root systems expanded throughout the containers, the nutrient solution gradually shifted toward pH 6.1, allowing access to a broader spectrum of available nutrients within the substrate. At the same time, nutrient concentration was increased progressively throughout the week, finishing around EC 1.8. Nothing dramatic. No aggressive jumps. Simply allowing the plants to dictate the pace rather than forcing one. Healthy roots create healthy plants, and the steady growth throughout the room suggests they’re very happy with the direction we’re taking. âž» Cash Express – Pheno A If this lady had a motto, it would probably be: “Catch me if you can.” From the beginning she’s shown an incredible desire to grow, and this week that enthusiasm became even more obvious. While several of the other phenotypes are still building compact structures, Pheno A has decided she’s in a hurry. She’s stretching confidently toward the light while simultaneously producing an impressive amount of lateral growth, creating a plant that feels both elegant and powerful. What has impressed me most isn’t simply her height. It’s how well she’s responding to every bit of training. Throughout the week I’ve continued gently tucking leaves and applying light stress training wherever needed to open the canopy. Rather than slowing down, she seems to reward every adjustment by pushing even more vigorous side branches toward the light. It’s exactly the kind of response every grower hopes for. Each newly exposed branch immediately begins reaching upward, gradually transforming the plant into a much more balanced structure with multiple future flowering sites. The internodal spacing remains very attractive—open enough to allow airflow and light penetration, yet close enough to promise dense flower development later on. Her main stem has thickened noticeably over the past week, giving her a sturdy backbone that’s clearly preparing for the stretch that’s still to come. The foliage is lush, healthy, and beautifully coloured, while the fresh lime-green growth emerging at every tip is a constant reminder of just how actively she’s developing. Looking at her now, it’s easy to understand why this cultivar carries the name Cash Express. She certainly isn’t wasting any time. Every day she seems determined to be just a little taller, a little fuller, and a little stronger than she was the day before. âž» Looking Ahead Week 5 should become even more exciting. With flowering now beginning to establish itself, I’m expecting the stretch to continue while the first real flower formation starts becoming visible throughout the canopy. Over the coming days I’ll be watching closely for: ‱ Continued vertical stretch. ‱ Development of the trained side branches. ‱ Early flower site formation. ‱ Structural balance after continued LST. ‱ How she compares to her sister phenotype as flowering progresses. If this week’s momentum is anything to judge by, she’s only just getting started. âž» Thank You A huge thank you to everyone following this 8×8 Adventure and joining me each week as these incredible genetics continue their journey. Thank you to the amazing GrowDiaries community for providing a place where growers from all around the world can learn from one another, share experiences, and celebrate this incredible hobby together. A special thank you to Plagron for supplying the nutrition and cultivation support behind this entire project. Thank you to Zamnesia for the outstanding genetics, equipment, and the opportunity to document every phenotype from seed to harvest. And finally, thank you to everyone who stops by, leaves a comment, shares advice, or simply enjoys watching these plants develop into their own unique personalities. Every phenotype follows the same path. None of them walk it the same way. Growers Love, and I’ll see you all next week.

This is the week 2! Well, the plant looks really healthy, and she kept growing up, straight to the light! Good to see that even after the strange beginning, with the stem crooked, she recover her path! This week, I'm also planning to start feeding them with some NPK. Just need to read a little bit more about it and buy nutrients. Probably I'll try Canna stuff. Anyone know if it's good?

End of week 4 marking around the half way point as both strains both have 8-9 week flower periods. Runtz Muffin #1 already looks like it's going to have more of a longer airy bud structure compared to the others

I battled PM and mites. But I kept them in check. And I WON... winner winner chicken dinner. So I chose chicken enchiladas!!!! I got a couple grams.... and I shut the greenhouse down.... I guess I should do a harvest even though this diary is not complete. I will never give an honest weight 😈... I tell you that now. But I will weigh one plant, for the average. Just for my own knowledge. đŸ€— It was a great run đŸ€©.... every bit of it is đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„đŸ”„ 😁 I couldn't be happier 😁
