Week 15 days 99-105 . I'm am flushing all plants with 1 gallon of filtered water each. I've reduced the light cycle from 18 to 14 hours to reduce heat stress. It may reduce yield as well based on comments I've read in other growers diaries. An oz per plant would be nice. Of course more would be better but an oz makes a pound of cannabutter. Reducing the light hours is reducing the purpleness in the stems of og kush and gorilla glue but Purple chill still has purple stems The Natrona sisters spend their nights in the garage where the temps are 10-15 degrees cooler than in the day temps in the tent. Night temps ranged this week between 63-66 with rh 51-76%. The high rhythm comes after a rain. During the day, I'm keeping the tent open while circulating 2 fans. Day Temps can reach 80 so it gets hot in there. flooded each plant with 1 gal of water. From here forward I will be flushing all plants with filtered water at 1 gal for each plant every other day. Welcome to my FastBuds GSC grow-off diary! I plan on growing 2 seeds from the same package - one using a 950ml Gatorade bottle dwc system, and the other sharing a 64L reservior DWC. I'll grow them both while trying to be as simiar in techique as i can, but i'm more interested in how the 950ml does, so might not be super picky about doing things exactly the same, heh. I'm making this all up as I go! Enjoy the ride! Week 0 ====== Day 0.1 - 2 seeds in water for 24hrs Day 0.2- 2 Seeds in wet paper towel, in a plastic bag for 24-48hrs until taproot is out Day 0.3 - 24hrs later - one seed has sprouted a tail Day 0.4 - 2nd seed sprouted tail; put both seeds into rockwool Day 0.5 - 1st seed sprouted from rockwool Day 0.6 - 1st seed doing well, 2nd seed no change Day 0.7 - Checked 2nd seed and hasn't budged, so it's a dud. Started a new seed (had 3 GSC, so all good!) Day 0.8 - 1st seed into the 1L DWC bottle! Day 0.10 - 3rd seed germinated - into rockwool to sprout. DWC Prototype ----------------- - 950ml Gatorade Bottle - 2x small air stones - 1/2" overflow tube where i want the water level to be - Nutrient top-feed line The reservoir below is 19L (~15L of solution) with a small 80gph water pump on lowest setting, which will be on a timer for 15 mins every 3 hours (at first - we'll see how that goes). The water pumps nutrient solution up to the Gatorade bottle and the overflow goes back down into the reservoir.

What’s growing on everybody?!?! Exciting week in my Banana punch grow! The plants are really growing quickly now. Got the light cycle switched over to 12/12, got my first layer of trellis screen put up so I can start weaving branches through. I also started the bloom feed today, which just substitutes the grow for the bloom as far as my botanicare line goes, I like to use a small about of MOAB to really get my plants to start flowering. I’ll have more boosters coming on in the later weeks of flower. I will continue with my IPM regiment of spraying Athena IPM twice a week until the third week of flowering, which at that point I will cut off all sprays. I plan on running this strain until my planned harvest date which is 3/13-3/20. I vegged until my plants were telling me they were ready to go to bloom, I let the shape and hardiness of my plants dictate when to flip them, I wasn’t rushing them. 09/12/2018 Purple tip cutting seems to be taking .#1 is filling out well lots of fresh flowers stacking up nicely.#2,#3,#4 all doing well👍hope they finish up in 4weeks🙏 No feeding this week just molasses for soil microbes, 09/17/2019 Did some defoiliating and green tie 's to spread out lower branches on #1 . she is a beast. Seeing, some differences between #2,#3,#4 .#4 being darker green, #3 is paler green #2 not as pale, #1 lighter green but not pale at all. Given deep soaking today, and I noticed phase 3 flowering is starting!🙏 should start stacking them fat buds for next couple of weeks hope she done at 10 weeks fingers crossed.

week intel: we reached the peak of flowering stage and need to cause a little more e.c stress from this week so e.c stress is twice a week i reduced the amount of Nitrogen and calcium and stopped feeding silicate in other hand i raised the amount of base nutrient and booster short story version: more K & P - less N stresses : a little E.C stress around 1 and 1.2 twice a week from this week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them high with base nutrients(calcium & micros (half dose) + Bloom) about 566 ppm - 1.1 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 392 ppm - 0.7 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them high dose of Feeding Booster around 630 ppm - 1.2 e.c to cause e.c stress again guide of the week : e.c stress if done correctly is one of the very few ways to increase quality in all aspects ( color , aroma , taste , bud structure , resin contents ) but if you over do it , listen carefully brother : it can reduce quality in every aspect so always look for signs and never reach the red line

Start of Flower Ppfd avg. 700 Soaked pot until saturated. Started my Flower Foliar Spray right before lights out. I will Spray plants once a week for 4 weeks of Flower. Foliar Spray Recipe per 2L as follows: All Advanced Nutrients Products. 4ml Bud Ignitor 4ml Nirvana 4ml Bud Factor X 10ml B-52 Midweek update. Second round of foliar spray. Ladies loved the first round, went with a second. Ill do this twice a week until I'm through week 4 of Flower. Video is right after I sprayed for the 2nd round at 15 mins before lights out. Don't want all the foliar spray burning the ladies now do we.

So a whole lot has happened in the last 2 weeks. My main goal has been setting up for season 3 outdoors in my new garden where I will test my theory. I went a little hard on the plant ferment I made and have been feeding because the Whiskey Zulu and the Girl Crush because have a few spots on some leaves so I guess they might've briefly locked up a little. No problem with the Ogreberry though. The Whiskey Zulu smells like purp—like GDP, the Ogreberry smells like fruitloops with some funk and a little like Northern Lights. The Girl crush smells like a sweet diesel og—and I've just switched her over to 12/12 not long ago. 👉The calixs have gotten plump and not many fresh pistols are around, just the occasional on on each cola. Fox-tailing has been more pronounced and what looks like a see has appered at the tips of a couple of colas. I have not seen a hermie bit , but the plant is big and impossible to inspect very closely. I wont be able to get a better look at it until the gorilla is out of the tent and I can move the plant into the center and rotate it. The lowest leaves around the base have started yellowing between the veins. I'm sure I'm not finished with all the little issues this plant will show. The aroma is nice and sweet, hard to smell it over the intensely strong Gorilla glue, which I just finished harvesting. To touch the buds leaves a pine sol aroma that is typical. 👉I moved thru the 8 week mid bloom mix to the 9th week mid bloom mix on the General Hydroponics Drain to waste feed chart for the Flora series. I will move to the 10th week late bloom tomorrow. I have given two (I think...at least two) H2Only irrigations (always followed by full strength fertigations. I may move to the Ripen mix by the end of the week. I think I was expecting it to take a little longer but I may have been wrong. With the plant alone in the tent now I can rotate it again and get a better overal veiw of the plant. Many of the trichomes are already cloudy and this one may finish before the buds get very plump. But that's fine, they are super frosty and dense enough. The structure looks just what a sativa bud might look like, just needs to plump up a bit.
