Very pleased with the constant growth from these strains. They've really taken off after their first feeding. I think the tap roots have also finally hit the bottom 1/3 of Roots Organics Lush soil. I'll probably let the LUSH feed most of the vegetative nutrients and start amending flower nutrients in next week or the week after depending.

Oh it was a special week. Day 21 of flower marks the Silver Back Guerilla defoliation day!!!! I left one be. For him. To prove me wrong. BUT!!! That one had some dead leaves at the bottom that needed removal, not the defoliated plants!! Time will tell as to if what Im doing is right. I stick to my guns that this works for my room. Even though I read differently, removal of foliage has lowered my rh. Could very well be outside environment, however. By day 21F the room was a bush again. In my opinion, it needed the heavy defo to breathe. As for light penetration, I am extremely happy with the amount of heads receiving direct light. After last weeks issues I lowered nutes and she looks like she’s doing better. Not as big a girl like I would have liked but I got some cuts so I’ll let them go a little longer in veg.

This week I just flushed the plant. I think I could have feed nutes the first day of this week, but I decided to flush from the first day, something to improve next time. I think I should have given the last flush one day before harvest instead of 2 days after, I felt that the coco was a bit too dry and the steam was not as moist as the previous harvest, this would have been great if I was doing 14 days dry, but I'm doing a 30 day dry, so this extra moisture would be great. The last 4 days the lights were turned off, as a consequence, the humidity went up the last 4 days, around 56-58%, I don't think I will do this next time. The total flower period was 72 days, according to Barney's farm it would take 60-65 days, I feel that those values are very accurate, my personal circumstances made me take a bit longer, but I barely saw any amber trichomes at harvest day. Monday It’s beginning of week 4 and they are doing pretty well. The main stems are hard and strong and it’s impossible to bend them at that point. I am practicing a very light hand LST everyday like I am showing in the video. Tuesday Watering for both of them , you can follow the (simple) process in the videos. The plants are doing great except for a little issue on one of them that I will show you tomorrow. Topping or not ? May be beneficial so I’m about to do it. Fiming maybe ? Thursday Topping on video ! Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

She's late compared to the other strains in the room, buds are slowly expanding. This might be related to the lack of stretch, she was not supposed to be so compact/short in my plans. Anyway, she has a lot of bud sites, let's see how this goes, hopefully these will fatten up nicely. Thanks for stopping-by! 👊
