Woche 4 – Gigabrain Auto Woche vier läuft stark. 🚀🌱

Folder 13 — Blue Waffle — Pheno A Week 1 Vegetation — The First Steps Into Project Blue Welcome back, growers! With the germination phase now behind us, it’s time to begin documenting the first true week of vegetative growth for the Zamnesia Tent project. This run is slightly different from my previous diaries, as it combines four genetics growing side-by-side inside a dedicated ecosystem built around Zamnesia equipment and Plagron nutrients. For easier tracking and because GrowDiaries limits the number of photos per update, each plant is being documented individually from seed to harvest. This allows a closer look at how each phenotype develops over time, even when they share the exact same environment. Blue Waffle Pheno A is the first plant stepping onto the stage. ⸻ The Environment This week was all about creating a stable foundation. The tent is running under the Zamnesia ecosystem, maintaining temperatures around 26°C with relative humidity averaging 71%, creating a comfortable environment for young seedlings. Lighting was intentionally introduced stronger than many growers might expect. The LED was set to 27% output, drawing approximately 86 watts from the wall, resulting in a measured PPFD of roughly 250 µmol/m²/s at canopy level. Some growers prefer starting lower, but part of this project is observing how modern genetics respond when provided with a slightly stronger light intensity from the beginning. Air movement was provided by: * Extraction fan: Level 5 * Circulation fan: Level 4 Both settings provided enough airflow to keep the environment stable without placing unnecessary stress on the young seedlings. ⸻ Feeding Strategy Although the seedlings spent their first days receiving only rainwater, this week also marked the introduction of their first nutrient solution. The feeding program consists of: * Plagron Hydro A * Plagron Hydro B * Plagron Hydro Roots Mixed to: * EC: 1.53 mS/cm * pH: 5.96 * Solution temperature: 24.2°C The objective is not aggressive feeding but rather preparing the plants for the transition into coco while encouraging healthy root development from the beginning. ⸻ Preparing The Next Home One of the biggest milestones this week happened outside the plant itself. The Plagron Premium Grow Bags were filled and hydrated in preparation for next week’s transplant. Rather than flooding the coco all at once, hydration was performed slowly using a reservoir-fed drip system. This gradual approach allows the coco to absorb moisture evenly and expand naturally throughout the grow bag. Only distilled water was used during this hydration process. The seedlings themselves remain in their starter containers for now, but next week they will make the move into their final coco environment and begin the next chapter of development. ⸻ Blue Waffle Pheno A Despite being only a week into vegetation, Pheno A is already showing a personality of her own. The first true leaves displayed a small cosmetic imperfection early on, but it appears to have been nothing more than a minor developmental quirk. All subsequent growth has emerged clean, healthy, and well formed. What stands out most at this stage is the structure. Internodal spacing remains very tight, producing a compact and efficient growth pattern. The plant is currently progressing into its third leaf set while maintaining a low profile and excellent symmetry. The stem remains sturdy relative to its size, while the new growth shows a healthy green coloration without signs of nutrient stress. At this stage there are no concerns whatsoever. Instead, this phenotype gives the impression of a seedling focused on building a solid foundation before accelerating upward growth. Sometimes the strongest plants are not the ones that sprint out of the gate. They are the ones that quietly build themselves correctly from the start. Blue Waffle Pheno A is currently giving exactly that impression. ⸻ Looking Ahead Next week should be significantly more eventful. The planned transplant into the hydrated Plagron coco grow bags will introduce a completely new root environment, and it will be interesting to see how Blue Waffle Pheno A responds to the increased space and the fully hydroponic feeding strategy. For now, the mission remains simple: Healthy roots. Stable growth. Strong foundations. Everything else comes later. ⸻ Thank You A huge thank you to everyone following along and supporting these diaries. Special thanks to: * Zamnesia for the genetics, equipment, and support that made this project possible. * Plagron for providing the nutrition and growing media used throughout this run. * The GrowDiaries team for providing a platform where growers can share, learn, and inspire one another. * And most importantly, the entire growing community whose knowledge, curiosity, and willingness to help keep pushing this hobby forward. The journey is only beginning. See you next week for the first transplant and the next chapter of Blue Waffle Pheno A. Growers Love and Keep growing 🌱💙🍁

1/29/2024 - Day 29 - Week 1 Flower: She started showing preflower last week, but I'm calling this week 1 of flower. She is only 1 ft tall at the moment, which is much smaller than I'd like, so I'm hoping she will stretch over the next couple weeks. This is why I'm not a big fan of autos. I made one mistake with the heavy fouler feed, and my yield is going to be significantly impacted my that one mistake. It's my fault, but still frustrating.

2024-06-18 Oh yes this Ladies love to grow. In and outdoor looking extremly nice. i think iam going to Plant the outdoor in Open ground. The Indoor lady shows sweet preflowers, and performs fantastic. i love her structureand vigourness. BREEDER INFO Tangerine Snow F1 Fast Feminised is a 75% sativa, four-way cross of (Boost x Tangelo) with (Lavender x Power Plant). This Fast F1 hybrid is bred from Cali genetics and boasts great citrus terps, high resin production for extracts, high levels of THC, very good yields and excellent mould resistance. Tangerine Snow F1 Fast can be grown indoors as well as outdoors. Indoor flowering times are between 8 - 10 weeks while harvest time in northern latitudes is during September while in the southern hemisphere growers will be harvesting during March. Recommended climate regions are hot, dry, humid and warm. These are tall, semi-branched plants that grow in excess of 200cm and display a high degree of vigour with very good uniformity. In common with many other heavily sativa-dominant strains, Tangerine Snow F1 Fast offers excellent resistance to mould as well as to plant pests and diseases. The combination of citrus terps and plenty of resin makes thi a very good extract strain with the 'washing' method delivering very good yields of hash. The citrus terpene profile is reminiscent of mandarins and tangerines and also has sweet candy notes. THC production has been lab-verified at a strong 24% while CBD is low. The effect is uplifting and energising, perfect for use during the day and early evening.

Week by week, the terps are starting to smell better and better. I decided to run PK 13/14 for a few more days. I’ll be switching to Overdrive soon, but it still feels a bit early. Other than that, not much has changed. I brought the humidity down a bit and removed some older leaves that were damaged when I cranked the light too high. This week I also decided to get rid of a lot of the bud growth below the trellis, since I don’t think the light is sufficient for them to amount to much. Apart from that, the feed stayed pretty much the same: Rhino Skin: 1.7 ml/L CalMag → EC 0.35 Coco A: ~2.5 ml/L Coco B: ~2.5 ml/L Cannazym: ~2.5 ml/L Canna Boost: ~2.5 ml/L Canna PK 13/14: ~1.3 ml/L I diluted it down to 2.04 EC (it was around 2.15 EC).

This was the last week for the Cookies Gelato. They've turned purple. Weather is not that great anymore, and I want to avoid more budrot, so I had to chop them down 😛

Not a lot of growth, it's just too cold in Blighty at the moment. Added some foam insulation under the pot and placed a heat mat under the insulation to avoid direct contact with the pot. Time will tell!

So a whole lot has happened in the last 2 weeks. My main goal has been setting up for season 3 outdoors in my new garden where I will test my theory. I went a little hard on the plant ferment I made and have been feeding because the Whiskey Zulu and the Girl Crush because have a few spots on some leaves so I guess they might've briefly locked up a little. No problem with the Ogreberry though. The Whiskey Zulu smells like purp—like GDP, the Ogreberry smells like fruitloops with some funk and a little like Northern Lights. The Girl crush smells like a sweet diesel og—and I've just switched her over to 12/12 not long ago. For season 3: I've ordered seeds from DDA who owns Boneyard Seeds Norcal on Dagga.garden please check him out before it's 2 late. Please checkout his fantastic selection of cultivars. He goes by Mr. Toad on youtube if you have any questions. The man is a fantastic breeder and educator. [With my order of Roberts Creek Congo × Space Cheese seeds he sent 10 free The Ghost of Toadally Haze and 7 of a cbd/cbg strain for breeding called Holy Ogre. In the package was also brown rice ocb papers, a soil inoculent, boveda packs, terploc curing bag, stickers, and arugula seeds.] I met DDA through a future cannabis project live, he was in he comments spreading killer knowledge and I asked him a few questions about my ideas and he educated me for a long ass time simply because he's all about it. That's a breeder whose genetics I want in my garden, (and then he sent me all the freebies without even knowing me.) The man will have my buisness for as long as he's selling seeds because he values education and fosting the next generation of growers. He gave me some tips about rooting clones and now I've rooted my 1st clone for this next season. I think the temperature wasnt consistent enough before... I've started 3 Roberts Creek Congo × Space Cheese and they all popped within 14 hours with a 100% success rate. DDA — look him up.

The Harvest Prelude: After a patient wait and 48 hours of darkness, the moment arrived. The Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja, standing proudly like a silent guardian, was ready for the grand harvest. The sound of each cut echoed through the grow space, reminiscent of felling a mighty tree. The compact structure of the buds was awe-inspiring, a testament to the ninja's disciplined growth. The Lego Ninja, like a stoic warrior, was then hung upside down, beginning a two-week drying ritual. Maintaining an ambient temperature of around 21°C and a relative humidity of 60%, this slow-drying process allowed the buds to retain their essence, preserving the symphony of terpenes and cannabinoids. The trimming phase unfolded like a fragrant masterpiece. Each bud, adorned with a glistening layer of resin, transformed the trimming process into a sensory delight. The zesty aroma of oranges enveloped the room, a tangible expression of the tropical lineage. The compact buds made every snip a careful dance, revealing an abundance of frosty trichomes. The moment of reckoning arrived with the scale's unveiling. The Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja, from a single plant, bestowed upon me 309 grams of dried medicine. Each gram was a treasure trove of cannabinoids, a promise of euphoria and relief. The sheer compactness of the buds translated into a concentrated potency that left me in awe. In parallel, the clones, nurtured with equal care, showcased a fascinating divergence. A twist in the tale unfolded as the intense oranges of the mother transitioned into vibrant tangerines. This unique expression, I believe, was a testament to the clones weathering a summer heatwave differently, bringing forth a distinct personality. The clones, resilient and generous, gifted me a bountiful 549 grams of pure joy. This now my keeper of the garden, an embodiment of the Lego Ninja's legacy. The harvest dance, though familiar, carried the nuances of tangerine zest, a refreshing twist that left me eager to explore its intricacies. Both harvests shared a common thread—their resinous abundance. The trim bin, akin to a treasure chest, gleamed with golden trichomes and fragrant joy. Sticky fingers became a badge of honor, a tangible connection to the resinous richness that filled the room. Shout Outs: No harvest report is complete without expressions of gratitude. A special nod to @DutchPassion_Official for crafting the genetic marvel that is the Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja. Their expertise paved the way for this epic journey, and I tip my hat in acknowledgment. In conclusion: As the dust settles on this epic harvest saga, my heart brims with happiness and excitement. The Tropical Tangie Lego Ninja has proven itself not just as a plant but as a living masterpiece. Stay tuned for the smoke report, where we delve into the true essence of this botanical ninja's legacy. Until then, fellow cultivators, may your gardens flourish, and your harvests be as bountiful as the joy they bring. Added a Scrog net to try and get more light into the lower bud sites. AutoMazar is still looking droopy and her color is very weird, she’s also the shortest. Auto Ultimate is still the beast!! She’s building trichomes and Auto Daiquiri is super sticky and will be harvested first, she’s on all water from her on.

Day 42: defoliation and single LST for all plants to get 4 stems each. DOS 3 1 stem broken from topping. The main stems are very thin. I use this week 2 times 3L water with 1.5 ml/L terra vega. The humidity is a bit high because of storm outside. I change light HPS 400W to prepare for next week flo. Day 44: Plants look better, put them to flowering stage under HPS 400 W

After a week of growth, the Blackberry is out of the dome. It was overgrowing it, so I just transplanted it into its final autowatering pot for simplicity. I normally go seedling pot to 1.5g pot to 3-5 gallon pot, but this very tall 2.5 gallon airpot will be a first for me. I think the benefits it will receive outweigh the cons. I am now running a humidifier at 60 percent RH, and will be watching the plants carefully throughout the week as I dial up the nutrients and ensure a good VPD for the plants. The Blackberry is a bit more vigorous and healthy than the Blackberry Kush by Dutch Passion growing with it. I hope the Kush catches up, but I am very pleased with the Fastbuds at this early state. Thanks for reading, and stay safe everyone! 👍🌱 Day 10: started adding silicon and rapid start (and a little pH down) and upped the trio slightly. In case anyone is wondering if there is any perlite, there is! It's just chilling under layer of pure coco. Right now there is 3l of perlite per pot, with the highest concentration lowest in the pot. The Blackberry is growing very well at this point, and definitely does not mind the earlier transplant! Day 12: I lowered the light height by 8in, down to my more usual vegitative height, to ensure maximum light exposure for this vigorous plant. The Blackberry is doing well, and will definitely get topped after it gets another node or so of growth. Day 13: I am running low on calimagic as a cal mag source, so I switched out to Greenleaf nutrients cal-mag pro that I have a bag of (that will last forever!) It has a bit more nitrogen, which is good for the current plant stage, so I can save the calimagic for flowering if the plants don't mind the switch. I mix about .5-.6 EC worth of Cal mag, which is about .625tsp per 5 gallons of the Cal mag pro. I will have this reflected on tomorrow's diary entry.
