Day 56 update, and man, the summer heatwave is officially pushing us to the limit! Inside the greenhouse, it’s getting incredibly hot, but the Gorilla Melon is handling it like an absolute champ. No real signs of heat stress yet, though you can tell she is working hard. Honestly, the AutoPot system is the real MVP this week; with these soaring temperatures, the constant water supply from below keeps her perfectly hydrated without any scary dry spells. To keep the canopy nice and even, I went ahead and did some more topping on the taller shoots to balance out the height before she gets any bigger. On the pest front, we had a little drama: the ChrysoCards unfortunately baked in the intense heat and didn't survive. Lesson learned! To fix this, I released a fresh batch of live green lacewing larvae instead. I just put them right onto the main branch junctions on the plant. It’s working beautifully—the thrips are visibly retreating, and I’ve barely seen any new damage on the big fan leaves this week. Slowly but surely, we are winning this battle!

Flower week 2

This week was good , didn’t noticed too much growth until I look at pictures and the buds have def gotten fatter and filling in. Still unsure why the leaves are curling slightly. Mayb too strong of a light , I can’t raise it too much more. Contemplating changing to 18&6 instead of 20&4 but i think it could shock them any suggestions?

This week went great! The plants love the new lights and exploded quickly! I started 12/12 lighting today and can’t wait to see how this goes!!

The buds are fating up. I removed some leaves which blocked the light for the lower buds. Hope she will be ready soon because I am afraid of mold developing.

Weekly update on these ladies. They're still growing great but I've definitely stunted them messing up my ph. All in all they're progressing from week to week good, so it'll be cool to see how the flower stage goes. Getting two distinguished phenos I can see one more purple then the other more green one. Hi liebe Community and Welcome Back! 💚🌱 nach der ersten Blütenwoche beginnt die Pflanze damit die ersten Stugmen zu zeigen. Sie hat nochmal etwas an Höhe dazu gewonnen. Außerdem habe ich die unteren Triebe etwas gesäubert und nochmal etwas Blattwerk raus genommen. Ihre verästelungen sind schön abstehend, so dass die Triebe eine gute abspreitzung erlangen um gut in der Beleuchtung zu bleiben. Die Lichtwerte sind im Blütezelt schon auf ein Maximum hochgefahren, da dort ja auch die anderen Pflanzen stehen. Daher bekommt die Pflanze von Anfang an, die volle Lichtstärke ab. Ihr Wuchsverhalten ist bis jetzt sehr Indica orientiert. V4, están creciendo rápido, desde este punto empezaré con una EC de riego más alta 1.5~1.8, hace 3 días que aparecieron las primeras hojas verdaderas, por lo cual la etapa de vegetación ha iniciado. V6, el día anterior tuvieron un riego con pH 6.2 y EC 1.7, se me pasó el agua y quedaron algo tristes, pero ya se recuperaron hoy, todas las stash presentan puntos de decoloración en las primeras hojas, las cookies están en perfecto estado. Están comenzando a salir raíces por el fondo de los vasos(algo que nunca me había pasado con otras genéticas) además se ven muy gruesas las raíces, están pidiendo transplante ya, en unos días serán transplantadas.

Seeing as this is my first grow, I’m still learning to read the plant and know what’s going on. Think I’ve developed some fairly advanced leaf septoria. Might not be bad enough to affect the end result, but I’m pretty clueless, so I put up a question about it. Hoping to hear back from more experienced growers about what I’m looking at. Going on week 7 of flower, week 6 if we’re going off of the first pistils, when the breeder recommends 8-9. So I know I’m coming up to the end of things. Cutting back on nutes due to some burnt tips. Not any substantial amount, but put EC on the lower side of the range that GH recommends for its stage in life. Buds smell amazing and seem to be developing great IMO. Had to tie a few down to bring the canopy all to one level again. Didn’t think that sticking my arm down the leaves for 2 seconds worth of tie wrapping would make my arm hair all super sticky for hours. Lol. Every experience is a good learning experience for my first grow.

Grow room has a strong pungent smell, starting to flush 1/6 of the plants. They all have started to fill up, got lots of nice fat colas considering they auto flowers. Been defoliating a bit hear and there, where need be Happy to see i am on track for a descent size harvest. Would probably say I’ll harvest all in the next 2-3 weeks
