A week of remarkable growth and the beginning of bud formation, buds then pom-poms. At the end of the week, on the 19th, I pruned the lower leaves, buds, and suckers, where they receive the least light. Its structure dictates that I leave them quite clear so that most of the apical buds can enjoy and make better use of the light. But I'll do it little by little. August 14, day 104 (37f), the Red Mandarine is getting chunkier bit by bit. The canopy is pretty dense, but I have plenty of airflow so it should be alright. It just needs to ripen a bit more in the coming weeks and gain a little density and it should be good to harvest. August 17, day 107 (day 40f), the buds are really putting on weight at the end! The smell is also increasing, along with the lovely red tones. Switched to dry koolbloom for the last week or so, then a short flush and harvest. The Mars Hydro SP-3000 is powering through the flowering stage. The plants structure has become more sturdy and have seen development of more side branches developing I have topped both side branches at the 2nd node as didn’t want to top main bud site and have been doing light defoliation of the bigger fan leaves hoping to see more development and have seen a development in the lower 2 sets of side branches and have seen more development in the top section of the plant too

was a solid week. all green, all happy. the birthday cake auto seems to be coming around. so today i set the lights to 12 12 .. lets see how the flower. ive done all what i can in ability and space to set them up i hope. i find mixing nutrients in calcium water (thicker density, almost milk,) produces a quicker visible result in the plants and also you seem to get less variation in how they take the days feed. Not many pics on her as not been down too much this week and was dark and raining yesturday so couldn’t stay and take any good ones, but she’s shooting up she’s over 5ft tall now and side branches starting to come up, gonna get her tied down again to try spread her out, not long now till she will start her flower stretch, looking forward to what she produces. Happy gorilla growing🌱

Finally got the girls into their nets and in their final positions. I now have two rows 5‘ x 11‘ gave each plant half cup of craft blend and did a 1 inch layer of build a flower, then covered with chopped up leaves and straw, then watered in with recharge And I gave them a small lolly pop and thind out some of the smaller branches. I’m thinking they will go into flower in about two weeks. Here are some before and after shots.

Will update more. Easy grow super easy to maintain once I figured out my environment. They like to chunk up nicely. Definitely top and train outwards, it makes a huge difference in the plants. 7/19/24 a month after cure. i didnt do anything special or baby the curing process. these are thick and chunky feeling. breaking up a nug and i noticed the texture was different and the buds were so sticky that they kept sticking to my finger. they werent that sticky 2 weeks

Bad Guy has been through the wringer with me. First, there were issues with the mainlining, so I had to train just one branch. Then, there was nutrient burn, followed by underfeeding. But despite all my mishaps, the plant endured and grew big and strong! 🌿 It still maintains a distinct candy-like aroma, and I can't wait to give it a taste! Overall, it's been a learning experience, and despite the challenges, it's rewarding to see the plant thrive. 🌟 Looking forward to the harvest and enjoying the fruits of my labor! 🍬
