Okay so I’ve been slacking a bit on the grow-diaries, only because I’ve had a lot going on and also because I don’t feel obligated to do so because this isn’t a sponsored grow. It’s been nice to have a little break but I think I’m ready to come back at it full force again.
These girls are living their best lives, they are all the same age and they are all thriving. Floraflex nutrients, as well as some Silica, Regina-root, and a trichome enhancer called “Grease”!! Seems like the real deal. Watering every other day and let me tell you these girls are very thirsty. Defol as needed!
My new HLG Blackbird lamp fixture is out of this world. My 3 autos that you can also find in my profile absolutely blew up. I typically fit 4 autos in my 3x3 but now it’s essentially one Purple punch from Fastbuds and I had to cram 2 more inside basically because they are going crazy. Unfortunately I had to move them from under the blackbird and put them under a HLG350R and they are still going crazy. Basically what I’m saying is HLG Lamps=Crazy growth and amazing lamps!! HLG has a lifetime customer!

All's currently going well in the tent. Plants are looking very happy, even with the loadshedding ( government turns power off for 2-8hs a day).
Let hope they turn the lights back on soon..
If gave the plants the last top dressing of bio-bloom 1ml per Liter of soil.
It's starting to get a bit bushy in the tent. I'm pretty much removing any foliage that's is not getting decent light. As it just going to produce poor quality bud at the end.
Overall I'm very stoked with the week. It's just maintenance from now on. I must say the bio grow makes life easy👌

🗓️ Week 9 – Flower Week 5 (MAC n Cheese only)
This week’s focus was all about managing drain EC levels, and MAC n Cheese is still pushing out some salts – nothing critical, but worth keeping an eye on.
💧 Last watering:
• Input EC: ~1.3–1.4
• Drain EC: 1.79 → 1.69
⚠️ Status:
Runoff EC is slowly dropping but still on the higher side. Some light salt buildup is visible, especially on the leaf edges – nothing major yet.
🔧 Adjustment plan:
• Keep input EC steady at 1.2–1.3
• Use supplements conservatively – around 20–30 % of the schedule
• Target runoff EC: gradually bring it down to ~1.5–1.6
Overall, she's handling it well – strong growth and steady development.
Frost levels continue to rise – things are really starting to sparkle. ❄️🌸

2nd week flower starts good, can't see any pistols yet but they started stretching.
That's ok because temperatures are a little too high for flowering stage and that could cause foxtailing
A little slow to kick in the flowering stage but they still look great on day 66, end of the week.
I decided to give them less water but water every day

É stato bellissimo, Pamela era davvero molto bella.
Coltivare FastBuds è sempre certezza di gioia. Pamela è cresciuta di un ambiente ostile con temperature comprese tra 7 e 15°C, questa condizione climatica ho avuto la sensazione che abbia solo rallentato di una settimana la maturazione. É cresciuta senza una grande luce (led 100w), è stata curata pochissimo e per lei nessun miglioratore di rendimento LST. Nonostante questo ha prodotto un raccolto superiore ai 70g di qualità eccelsa e con un fascino unico tipico delle Purple.

Another week in. Had to fight some leaf septoria. Removed infected leaves, sprinkled cinnamon around the entire base of the plant and watered in. Mixed some cinnamon in water and gave the plant a spray. 4 days later and all looks good. Keeping an eye on her now.
Girls will get a feed of 400 ppm 0.8 ec of Massive Bloom Formulation, 600 ppm 1.2 ec of Flora Nova Bloom, and 200 ppm 0.4 ec of Floranova grow for a grand total of 1200 ppm 2.4 ec.

Last week of flower. Flushing plants this week with 150 to 200ml water ph 7.0 to 8.0each day
Day 76 plants are pretty much ready for harvest. Buds have fattened up a abit.
Day 77. Alot more orange hairs. Buds fattening up still by a little. Plenty of milky trichomes. Harder to spot orange trichomes but can see them.

Another good week for this lady. Temps were high, but she handled it like a champ. Because she is so beastly and only in a 4 gallon pot, I’m watering about 1 gallon of water every 3 1/2 days. The dry back seems to be better if I don’t wait till the 4 th day.
Buds are developing nicely, and stacking really well. I’m going to have some decent sized colas. Frost is coming along nicely too. She has a Kush smell with some sandalwood at the moment…
Temps were floating around 82 degrees this week, with RH around 55-58%. Plucked a few more fan leaves, but otherwise just a slight turn each time I check on the tent. Happy Gardening

Excited to see some growth! Had clean paper towels, a dark dvd case, a nail file and tweezers. The file was just to break the outer shell a little so they suck up water faster. I'm curious if it works!

Watermelon weighted in at 54grams after about week of hang dry before jarring but after cleaning.
Now been in jars for few weeks, been fully usable, thou not fully dry, harvest it self was might fine vs earlier, and i got so much stuff from this tentful it will last me a year with my current dosing plan (using to alleviate certain symptoms)

I didn't happen to weigh this one went as I don't do a whole plant dry. I got real impatient, and it was looking decently cloudy with a little bit of amber as well. Still smells like starburst.

Die Blüten haben deutlich an Volumen gewonnen. An fast allen Pflanzen werden die ersten unteren Segelblätter gelb. So lange es bei diesen bleibt, werde ich nicht die Düngermenge erhöhen. Ich warte bis sie fast selbstständig abfallen und nehme sie weg. Leider ist das Wetter nicht auf unserer Seite. Da geht bestimmt noch mehr. Ein paar Wochen haben sie noch.
Zum Ende der Woche hat der Wasserbedarf deutlich abgenommen. An dem Punkt habe ich auch den Big Bud Dünger abgesetzt. Die nächste Zeit werde ich nochmals das Batboost und Bloom hochfahren.

I continue to see yellow leaves and cannot figure out the root of it. I can't tell if its a nutrient deficiency or a PH issue, if the nutrients that I add do no suffice then I will go get some PH down, as my soil PH is slightly high at 7.0, but I would not believe that could be the cause of it, only time will tell. To end on a more positive note, even with some yellow leaves some of these plants are bursting with life, and starting the 3rd week with some monster leaves for such a young plant. *UPDATE* We are now currently near the end of the weeks and the plants are beginning to truly thrive with some nice stalks and an explosion of colas. The yellowing seemed to stop now that I give it a regular supply of nutrients, also trimmed off any excessively yellow leaves. I did some very light pruning as well to allow more light to the newer colas and may have accidentally topped to runt plant way too early haha whoops so lets just hope for the best for the little guy.

Seems like a pretty good strain to grow although the two plants I grew turned out completely different. Overall I’d grow this strain again and I actually will be doing in the near future
