FBA2502 Week 4 April 20-26 Veg 4 Highlights of this week: I defoliated the large fan leaves from the main stems. After defoliating, I saw that plant #3 has a short, tight node structure like plant #1, so I pinned her down before she goes into flowering. Plants 2, 4, 5, and 6 are taller than plants 1 and 3. The larger plants 2, 4, 5, 6 show pre flowers with thinner new growth and hairs at the nodes. The leaves are wide and thick. Some have a slight blue tinge. This makes me think I’m over feeding. Apparently, the blended soil has enough nutrients for the autos, so I don’t need to feed right now. At the end of the week, I watered with ph 6.5 water with cal mag and recharge. Lights are 20” from tops of tall plants and 30 from 1& 3. My general thought for the future grows is to wait until the plant is bigger and see its structure before starting training. #1 has many branches coming into the middle. By beginning with pinning and keeping it at the ground, she will not achieve the stretch around the pot. I pinned #3 to push out the bud sites from being up against the main stem. It is easier to LST when there is more space between the nodes, so a bit of growth or stretch is required. Training to open the top is needed when the plant is short and tight. (EN) Rainy and cloudy weather continues, but temperatures are rising. On day 30, I spray a solution of nettle manure at 200ml/L of water on the leaves and stems of plants in order to remove and kill potential parasites (red spiders, mealybugs) and also prevent certain diseases such as late blight. I think I repeat this treatment every 2 weeks. Watering with clear water on the same day (approximately 600mL per plant). I prepare the soil to transplant plants into open ground soon, with 20L of universal soil, 20L of surrounding soil and 1L of perlite. (CAN) Le temps pluvieux et nuageux continue, mais les températures remontent. Le jour 30, je pulvérise une solution de purin d’orties à 200mL/L d’eau sur les feuilles et les tiges des plants afin d’éloigner et de tuer les potentiels parasites (araignées rouges, cochenilles) et également prévenir certaines maladies comme le mildiou. Je pense répéter ce traitement toutes les 2 semaines. Arrosage à l’eau clair ce même jour (environ 600mL par plant). Je prépare le sol pour transplanter prochainement les plants en pleine terre, avec 20L de terreau universel, 20L de terre environnante et 1L de perlite.

This week they are all just putting on some weight still a few weeks left to go. Pics were taken on Monday video on Tuesday. The aromas are pretty strong in the tent in general. Shes closing in on the finish going to start the flush sometime this week I think just give it a long one. Took some pics with and without flash, using a 85mm and 40mm lense. The close ups are with the 85mm u can see the vibrance of the trichomes.

Lots going down this week! I threw up a couple pictures today (day 74) I'll add more pictures and videos later on but I wanted to get this week started... Day 70; Nothing much to report except we got the new Optic 8+ 120°lens LED installed!! We got her put up around day 69. It's the 2nd optic weve bought and love these lights! The plants reacted immediately and we only started them at 80%veg brightness 20%bloom. Increasing 10% or so a day. I also built a cloning station so I can take cuts tomorrow just incase we fide a unicorn!🤞 Day 71; Officially on 12/12 light schedule now! I've decided to keep #2 in her 3gal pot. #1 gets the 10gallon smartpot. Both are doing terrific. I top dressed with .5 table spoons per gallon of soil on both plants using Papa's Perfect Poop. Made buy Michigan made mix m3 soil company. Its 5-10-2 using 100% organic fossilized bat guano Day 72: I defoliated both plants today. Fairly heavy but not extreme. I took all the larger fan leaves out that were blocking the lower bud sites. I also took clones today. 2 off each plant. 1 of each clone went into an ez-cloner that uses spraying water to root them. The other 2 cuts I put in a hydrofarm cloner that submerges the stems in aerated water until rooting. Day 73; The girls both bounced back and are praying beautifully after the defoliation. Both loved it! I can definitely see the start of new growth already on the lowers. I'm keeping the clones on 24hr light schedule. I know its addition stress but it's easier for me. Day 74: Literally nothing happened today. I sat and stared at them for maybe 2hrs but that's about it tho lol Day 75: A bit done today. I rearranged the tent hoping to give the girls a bit more leg room(you can see #2 in the picture is growing all funny because of space) I also watered #2 tonight. I'm finding the Choc Mint OG do not like much water. I also took them out of the tent for some glamour shots. You can really see what difference 7gallons of soil can make in terms of size. #1 is nearly a foot taller. Both are starting to stretch. Curious how much that is. Put #2 out in shades place outside to harden up Day 76: Not much going on. I watered number 1. Day 77: Big day today. 3 days ago I put #2 outdoors in shade to acclimate. I know I rushed that a bit. Should have let her harden up a bit more first, but I wanted her in the ground and growing roots while she has time. Its gonna be close but I figure all my other outdoor plants are just starting to flower so why not? My tent was a little crowded so being outside will give her the best chance possible! Stressful grow honestly I have ptsd from my last grow being a complete Hermie den I literally had to check them every single day wondering if the swollen ovule’s were actually seeds lol well anyway I had to harvest at week 6! Gorilla Glue has gotten a slow start so far compared to others I have germinated. I cleared the membrane that was still on the leaves before picture ls today. Yesterday she did not look great. I stuck another seed near by. If it sprouts, then I will move it to another potter. I will leave the dome on till likely tomorrow morning. She should open up, and be good to go by then. Looks like everything is starting to look good. Today was a very cold night. Temperatur changes from 30°c to 20°c. U can tell that by looking at her leaves. usally it should change when the Temperatur gets higher again. Awesome growth! Topped above the second node, then Mainlined to have 6 main nodes total through lollipopping. She was trained using LST, until week2 flower.

Attached is a timelapse of this past week! GSC in the foreground. This week has seen some of the most dramatic changes. She's in flower! Its a beautiful sight to see the bud sites develop so quickly. When I realized this plant is in flower, I've focused more of the grow light on her, sacrificing some of the blueberry's light. This is because the light absorbed during flower will be directly put towards the buds. Another change is I've lowered the light to about 12 inches, providing stronger light during flower. I've noticed that to maintain an even canopy, I have to tie down this plant every day. My priority is to maintain and even canopy, allowing each bud site to receive ample light. I am constantly focusing attention towards the main stem of the plant because I don't want the plant to favor it over the other bud sites. After tying down the plant, I take the time to adjust near by leaves to cover any significant gaps I've created in the canopy. I do this to ensure light is not wasted. At the end of the week, my pH dropped considerably to around 5. Early signs of calcium deficiency are showing. Should be under control after nute change. My nutrients this week were balanced for the transition between veg and flower. In the coming weeks I will provide more flowering nutrients.

She’s just a beauty and beyond smelly! This one is going to be getting A 9th week with nutrients as she’s probably going to run 11 week. Flush for 10-11

1st week of flowering done not much to say she is not stretching like I thought she would maybe overfeeding decided not to flush as I just flushed her to get her ready for flowering and I'm afraid she will be over watered. I'm still wondering if I should flush her again anyone with input would be much appreciated. Going to look into some sort of co2 for the tent hopefully will have something for next week.
