Then came another nice surprise: My 6th place price for best diary came in. @FastBuds had already sent it, thanks to Heather and the Fastbudsteam. What a great company they are and can't wait to try the free seeds they send me too. I selected Mimosa Cake, Bruce Banner, Forbidden Runtz, and since they didn't have the t-shirt in my size (that's right, big boy here), I was allowed to select an extra strain: Green Crack. Thanks again to all the people at FastBuds for being an awesome company! 😘 Well finally I have fixed all the stress, what they needed was apparently some good old BioBuds Super Soil love... You guys need to check out my recipe on the germination page. This is some awesome shit even for younger plants. I think I nailed it with only European ingredients, to match Master Mark and Subcools recipes. You can clearly see how the transplant only made them better instead of further stressing the plants. I'm so happy. With one or two weeks delay, finally, we are underway. The FIM I did last week did not hold so fimmed her again, I think I might have been too careful. But now the light (still many thanks to @MarsHydroLED, hook 'em up for a great discount on your SP-3000 or other light) and the soil are proving to be a great team in even recovering stressed and hurt plants. The climate in the tent could be a little moister but for now, I'll mist just the plants to keep the gnat problem at bay. The gnat problem seems over by just spraying all the topsoil with a solution of 5 tablespoons of citric acid in a liter of water. Just a fine mist covering most of the topsoil kills the larvae and sticky traps and a bowl of vinegar with some dish soap did the rest. Everything seems to turn around this week. My grow didn't go well and also a lot going on in our lives. That's why it took a while for the diary to get back on track. Sometimes all we need is some good news and this came two-fold this week. First I woke up to see my favorite coin go through the roof (go Shiba) and later to be surprised by the doorbell, with a bigger surprise: my prize came in!! A great care package by the guys of @Fastbuds, thanks so much, and totally enjoying it! It really made my month. So to find my girls thriving this morning is the third gift in a week that keeps on giving. My soil recipe combined with this great light, the SP-3000 by Mars Hydro (thanks so much @MarsHydroLED) are the reasons all is getting better even with this runt girl, the sole survivor of a pack of 5 Expert Seeds Gorilla's, bought at Zamnezia. See my soil recipe on the germination page if you want to see how I do it or create it yourself. It is unreal how much it aids recovery in severely stressed plants. If you live in Europe, I have accidentally stumbled upon and elaborated on a European Master Mark and Subcool Super Soil recipe. The problem is that Ocean Forest soil is very hard to get by in Europe. Also, some of the amendments and tea mixtures are sold only in the US. After searching online, asking the guys that make Atami and other organic medium specialists I have made a recipe that comes close and definitely matches the super soil recipes we all have seen. So please use it to your advantage. Ask me anything if you have a hard time finding stuff you need and don't worry it works excellently without the permaculture tea as well! So see how she is going back to thriving, in a couple of days after replanting. Instead of stress, they are recovering. Another proof this soil is the European answer to Supersoil. Day 70 First day of Week 10, 12 days of flower - Plants look like they are loving life in the tent. White hairs coming up everywhere. Smell is starting to increase. Soil is still moist so no water today. Day 71, day 13 of flower- Buds are forming nicely, soil is pretty dry so I'll water tonight or tomorrow morning. The closest top to the light is about 18" the others are about. 24"from the light. Currently at using the Growers Choice ROI-720 at 60% using 432w from the wall. Watered with 3 liters of plain water per plant. Day 72, 14 days of flower - just measured them today. Day 73, 15 days of flower- I turned the light up to 70%. Soil is pretty dry today. Day 74, 16 days of flower- watered with 3 liters per plant with 2.3ml/g of micro, 2.3ml/g of grow, and 3.3ml/g of bloom with 1 tsp/g of molasses. PH 6.4 @ 71°F. Plant B has some lower leaves turning yellow. Day 75, day 17 of flower- trimmed alotnof yellow leaves off of plants B and D, plant A is starting to yellow at the tips of the new growth. White hairs are growing fast. Day 76, day 18 of flower- you can start to see the tricomes on the sugar leaves now buds are starting to form. Starting to claw at the ends again. Mabey from too much water. Not sure why they are yellowing, not sure if it's over water or under water or over feed or under fed.
