Somehow I counted weeks in a silly way, so I thought this was week 8 but it's still week 7. LoL. Plant is doing great anyway, She's big, exceeding 70 cm diameter, With so many colas at canopy level I expect her to yeld very big fo an Autoflowering strain, The training succesfully shaped her resulting in 10 branch reaching the top canopoy level. To me the key to a good training is timing, much more than continuous adjustment. This plant was bent just one time on main stem and one another time little later the branches. We had rainy days so I used a dehumidifier for a day or two, now it's dry again outside so no need for it anymore. She's still thirsty like a bitch as she drinks 5 liters of water every two day. Maybe I'll make a drip sistem for my next grow, watering has been boring lately. I'm not giving her anything to the end now, she's doing fine like this. The humus coupled with slow release fertilizer is doing a great job. She has some nitrogen excess to me, but she's the only plant to show it in a batch of 6. The issue seems very small to me anyway. Day 48 checked trichomes, some is turning milky already, can't wait for the buds to ripen :) Ciao Bottanico

5.23 F60 5.27 F65 - Everything has been going well this week. The plants went through a feed cycle that should carry them through flower no problemo. Started with the AACT Tea, then a bokashi drench with Fish Shit from Fishheadfarms and plain water from here on out. They are drinking quite a bit. 1.5-2 gallons a plant every 3ish days. The terps in my tents smell out of this world. The ScrOG and 3x3 are like a candy store. Passion Berry has mango/guava citrus terps while Deadstar v2 has strawberry watermelon terps. The 4x5 is much more varied, but in general the sweet pink dominates with it's grape candy terps and the dread bread cuts through with it stanky gassy lemon while the prayer pupil smells like moth balls and a bit of GMO. May 18: starting the fourth week in much better shape than in previous years and about two weeks ahead of last year’s development. Was only about 2 C overnight and frost is predicted tonight so everyone will be inside the house. Foliar spray with Extreme Blend this morning. The mini-greenhouse on the Veg-Trug is quite effective. It was about 8 C earlier today but it was about 23 C inside. It heats up very fast in direct sun and you have to leave it partially open to prevent wild overheating. That’s warmer than inside my house so all the plants are in the greenhouse today. Forecast low of 2 C overnight with a frost advisory so she’s back in the house overnight. May 19: rainy and overcast with high of only 8 C today and tomorrow so the cannabis plants are staying inside for now. May 20: been inside under light all day and likely tomorrow too. Just under cheapo LED grow light from Canadian Tire that works great for this purpose. May 22: still cool but some sun so she’s back outside in the greenhouse this morning. Day 1 soaked seeds for 18hrs. Day 2 seeds in dirt two seeds already popped in water and they where the auto's. Day 3 just keeping them moist and warm. Day 4 Northern lights came up and Great white shark came up. Watch these seeds sometimes the shell doesn't come off and you got to help it Northern lights shell was stuck and I took a tooth pick and helped it get it off. Day 5 Acapulco gold came up still waiting on Yumboldt auto and it had a tail on it when put in dirt.. Day 6 planted another Yumboldt auto seed directly in soil the other one was bad. So this one will be 6days behind others.

Day 1: I got two of these Sweet Gelato seeds free from @Zamnesia. I’m only planting one at the moment . I’m really excited about growing it. I’ve really loved any Gelato I have tasted. I have my substrate prepared and my veg space is ready to go. I have put the seed in Ph’d water for 24hrs first and I will add to the soil tomorrow night. I’ll wet the soil down tomorrow morning with Ph’d water and I’ll put it the veg space with the lights on to warm up the soil before adding the seed. Day 2: Seed has been moved into the substrate and pot is now in Veg Space under 40watt CFL bulbs but once the seed germinates I will switch on the 200watt CFL. This is my least favourite part of growing, the wait for the seedlings 🌱 to break through the soil. I’ve planted the seed to one side of the pot as I find this makes LST easier. The plant will be spending it’s first 2 to 3 weeks in this veg space while I wait for my Purple Punch to finish in my main grow space. 72hrs Later: Houston we have lift off 🚀 The seed first started to peed through the soil after only 48hrs. That’s the fasted I’ve ever seen, hopefully it’s a sign of things to come. Leaves still haven’t opened but it’s fully above ground now.

I really enjoyed watching the ladies grow.i just sprayed again against bugs.but did not see anymore damage by bugs..so ecocure seems to work.one was really infected at so cut some away.the focus is really on the other one.maked her a grid so I can tie the buds when they getting big and hopefully heavy.this is a strong strain. I'm impressed by the way she bounces back from root problems do to wrong container and heat.also bugs.Also broke main stem at top. Started bloom so I give grow and bloom nutritions.cannacure is hopefully preventing molds..

Went away for new years plants without water For 8 days .. plants were really dry .. After 2 days now recovering and looking good again

Fruit Spirits flowers are tiny untill now maybe to many tops for the roots to support efficiently? Well the Fruit Spirits were an experiment anyway so i will just let them go and see how it ends (still open for suggestions). lowered the lights today to 18 inch or 45 cm distance has anybody recommendation for lamp to plant distance with 2 ts 1000 on a 32 inch x 32 inch or 80cm x 80cm

At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Was a difficult week, because the plant was at the very back. I got some small % of bud rot. Very small. Buds are very dense. Dripping in trichomes. Colorful, and very stinky. What a beauty.

Week 9 over This week the stretching totally came to an end so we can say she has officially entered her bulking phase. The buds are stacking up nicely and her drinking has increased a bit. I’m going in for a light defoliation and lollipoping to increase air circulation and redirect light where it will be needed the most. She smells delightful, some of the hairs are changing color but it’s a sign of maturity not ripening She still has some weeks to go⏱️ Week 10 here we come 👊🏾 Happy growing guys 💚

Was a bit stressfull week the plants on the left side of the pot seemed to be dehydrated, after i gave them water twice they recovered a lil bit. As you can see the plant in the middle is huge. I will take some clones of her to equalize the canopy eventually. Monday i will switch to 12/12 and i think i will take the clones next week and start an other diary for them aswell. Big pot s a bit problem with watering but i learn as the proces goes. They need a lot more water than im giving at the moment but im looking for a sweetspot. So for now im ordering an tensiometer and an fertometer so i can properly feed them in the flower period

Day 42 flowering: What a start to this update with the #3 Mango cream being ready for harvest NOW!!!. She has been maturing very quickly during the last few weeks and I have been concerned that she was somehow going towards a toxicity issue. Her buds began darkening really early in flower and I thought it looked very different to the others. As the last week has passed I have been looking at her trichrones with the microscope as they oustils had all gone majority brown too. They had mostly clouded and a couple of odd amber spheres were visible too. as the week went on I saw more begin to amber so took her out a day ago too have a dark period before trimmed for drying . She is the first I have ever had this quick in decades of growing !. The video shows her colours off well and her maturity to harvest too. @exoticseeds have a winner here. lol she smells amazing too with a really nice icky sticky feel . I will update her progress once trimmed. #1 is the smaller of the 3 remaining ladies now ansneven with the #4 beingna week behind her she is still the smallest in height. Her buds are nice and chunky and just as we hit the budswell period too , so shebshould finish with some nice sized colas. #2 Mango is a beast of a plant and by far the largest. Her main is a beast of a cola already with the side branching really picking up some size now too. A brilliant example of the strain I think. Her main is really tacky to touch and the nice smell it leaves all over my fingers is mouth-watering now. She should yield very well. #4Mango at day 35 looks very like the #3 plant for her bud appearance. slightly different pheno i think. More like a wedding cake strain but still very nice and colourful. She has been using pellets in the soil mix and just waterings but they are not good in my opinion and I have had to add megacrop to keepnher growing well now I waited as long as I dare to see if the pellets helped in flower but even using the second part of the feed has not helped. The megacrop has already begun to colour them back up to a more healthy green so i am hoping I can keep her happy until harvest now. She is pushing out a very nice fruity smell now too. I am looking forward to trying the photoperiod strains I have from exotic now and will be germinating Herz Og and Quick sherbet in a couple of weeks time for the summer run. Top genetics from a great breeder . Thank you Exotic. ###UPDATE###UPDATE###UPDATE### The Mango cream #3 has been in the dark for the past 48hrs and has now been trimmed and is hanging to dry. She will be dried low and slow now for approx 10-14 days at around 15-17°C in a large cardboard box with a steady air exchange. She has a surprising size and weight to her for such a short time from seed and is as finished as any plant i have harvested before . What an amazing little lady she has been to grow She looked a little stunted initially and soon filled the pot she was in. 20L was way too small for these genetics to flourish and at least a 30L would be my advice. Happy days , let's see what she yields dried while we wait for her sisters to join her. Be well Growmies

------GENERAL COMMENT------ This week was very flat and steady, girls are growing very well and leafs got sharper. They have got a new defoliation session, and a bit of supper cropping to make steams stronger. Nothing fancy, just training to an even or more even canopy. ------GG.AK47 COMMENT------ Girl is growing with intensity, shooting various bud spots, i'm having a very good feeling about the outcome from her! Tips are a bit lighter, nothing to get overwhelm.
