Grow Diary Introduction ​This diary was created with the idea of recycling as much as possible and utilizing every single watt of power to its absolute maximum potential. Honestly, you could call this run a survival experiment. ​Right after harvesting my last grow, I reused the old soil and salvaged the previous Biotabs, which were still fairly intact (you can see photos of this in the germination week). These recycled tabs will be the backbone of the feeding schedule for this run. To reduce the bacterial load, I watered the soil with a water and turmeric mixture—though this probably knocked back the beneficial microbial life in the soil as well. For containers, I’m using some balcony pots with built-in saucers that I found out on the street and repurposed. I started the seeds in 0.25L of fresh substrate mixed with a little bit of mycorrhiza. ​Initially, the plan was to plant one NL and one AB per pot, but one AB failed to germinate, so I left one NL to grow by itself in one of the pots. Each pot has two recycled tabs, and so far, they’ve only been fed a couple of times with Orgatrex at 2ml/L. ​They germinated on April 1st and spent their first 45 days indoors. The first week was a real bottleneck for them, as they were placed inside a tent that was in late flowering, meaning the climate was totally wrong for seedlings. For the remaining 4 weeks, they shared the tent and kept the plants of the new indoor cycle company, staying in there for as long as space would allow. Afterward, I moved them to the veranda windowsill. They are currently kept inside, pushed up a bit tight against the window glass, which keeps them safely away from bad weather and pests.Currently, the plants are only getting about 5 to 6 hours of direct sunlight per day. Because of this, the buds aren't particularly dense, with the exception of the top colas on the Northern Lights. I'll probably dry and smoke those main apicals, as they turned out surprisingly nice and dense visually, especially considering the rough conditions they went through. The Afghan Bullet (AB), on the other hand, developed much smaller buds, but they are more balanced and greater in number. I'll be throwing the smaller NL buds in with these, making it absolutely perfect material for some top-tier bubble hash. As the master Frenchy Cannoli used to teach, overly dense buds aren't actually the best for washing bubble hash; this looser structure is exactly what you want for a great extraction.

This week went by quick but they grew a lot! I didn't do anything different than last week but just increase their water intake from 1L to 1.5L and then followed my same nutrient regiment. I use the Fish Poop then the next day I just water. Then I use the Real Growers Soil Recharge and then I just water the next day. Then I use the MaxiGrow and then I just water the next day. Then I use the Stash Blend and then I use just water the next day. You can pH (using soil) between 5.5 and 6.5 so I always pH my Nutrient Solutions at 6.2 and use my pH'd water which is a 6.8 (7.0 for soil) but I pH my H20 after adding my Nutrient Solutions. I use my H2O that's always 65 degrees! I find it's better and easier to have a bucket with pH'd water ready to go at all times. It makes it easier when watering and feeding your plants especially if you have a few to care of!

Getting near the end now. Plants are smelling magnificent! I think it'll be two more weeks until harvest. Fingers crossed the buds continue to gain weight. I'll be fully stoked if I get an ounce of nice flower off each plant.

🍋🍇 Air Lemon x Shishkaberry – Mitte Woche 21 🍇🍋 Die Mitte der 21. Woche ist erreicht und im Outdoor-Projekt zeigt sich inzwischen sehr deutlich, dass wir uns langsam in der letzten großen Phase der Saison befinden. Die neuen Bilder vermitteln einen richtig starken Gesamteindruck. Die Pflanzen stehen weiterhin sehr vital und präsentieren sich mit einer beeindruckenden Größe und einer enormen Blattmasse. Gerade im direkten Vergleich zu den vergangenen Wochen wird deutlich, wie viel Entwicklung hier über die Saison zusammengekommen ist. Die Pflanzen wirken insgesamt weiterhin kräftig und gut aufgebaut. Die Seitentriebe haben sich ordentlich entwickelt und das gesamte Wachstum ist sehr dicht und kompakt. Besonders schön ist zu sehen, wie sich die ersten deutlicheren Veränderungen durch die fortschreitende Jahreszeit bemerkbar machen. Der Sommer geht langsam vorbei und der Herbst übernimmt nach und nach das Kommando. Genau diese Übergangsphase sorgt draußen immer wieder für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Auch die Aufnahmen aus verschiedenen Perspektiven zeigen, wie gewaltig sich das Projekt inzwischen entwickelt hat. Zwischen den Aufnahmen aus der Nähe und den Gesamtbildern wird die Dimension der Pflanzen besonders deutlich. Die Blätter sehen überwiegend gesund aus und die Pflanzen machen trotz der bereits fortgeschrittenen Saison weiterhin einen stabilen Eindruck. Jetzt beginnt definitiv die spannende Schlussphase des Outdoor-Projekts. Die nächsten Wochen werden zeigen, wie sich die Pflanzen unter den herbstlichen Bedingungen weiterentwickeln und wie sich die bereits vorhandenen Blüten noch verändern. Nach 21 Wochen Outdoor-Wachstum ist auf jeden Fall schon jetzt klar, dass dieses Projekt eine richtig starke Entwicklung hingelegt hat. Ich bin mit dem bisherigen Verlauf weiterhin sehr zufrieden und freue mich darauf, die letzten Wochen dieser Saison gemeinsam mit euch zu dokumentieren. Jelly Bananen was the strain I was looking forward to the most. There wasn't much information on it when I initially ordered the seeds, but I was intrigued by the breeder's description nonetheless and decided to give it a shot. In flowering, there were two incidents where the light schedule was interrupted unexpectedly. In response, the plant started to produce "nanners". Ironically, Jelly Bananen was the only plant in the garden to do this. I produced 88g of dry weight, not knowing what to expect on the scales. I'm sure that 88g on one plant is probably pretty bad, but it should only get better from harvest to harvest, am I right? Will be coming back to this strain again in the future, once I have a few harvests in the books. 🙌

Week 9, the Girl Scout Cookies is starting to go into flower. It’s been in transition for around 3 days before this video. Starting to stretch so plenty of plant bends will be on hand. Stay tuned

Es war eine gute Woche 👍 Milde Temperaturen und kaum Regen, dazu Wind und Sonne. Die Blüten werden dicker 🙂 die ersten unteren Fächerblätter vergilben und fallen ab. Die Larry og ist in Blütewoche 4, die AK in Blütewoche 2, Lemon in der 3. Es läuft ziemlich gut 👍 😊 bis nächste Woche ✌️

Hi Growmies, Here we are at the four-week mark of our Epic Buzz's vegetative stage. I must start with an apology for missing last week's update. Rest assured, our Epic Buzz has been far from neglected during this time. This week's entry is a celebration of resilience and flourishing growth. Let’s delve into the details: Despite the reservoir not being changed in the last 14 days, our Epic Buzz has shown remarkable resilience. A modest addition of Orca and a bit of boost to feed the fungi has been more than sufficient. The plant has become a spectacle of health within the reservoir, developing an intricate root ball and sporting sizable fan leaves. This vigorous growth is a clear indicator of the strain's robust genetics and its compatibility with the hydroponic environment. All side branches have been intentionally removed to direct the plant’s energy towards vertical growth, a technique that's paying off with the plant’s current stature. The light intensity remains at a conservative 25% to encourage stretching. This cautious approach is shaping the plant into a true beauty, with an ideal structure that should transition well into the flowering stage. As we edge closer to the flowering phase, anticipation builds. The plant’s current vigor gives me high hopes for its performance during blooming. The sight of the Epic Buzz in its vegetative glory is a promising prelude to the potential explosion of flowers. I apologize for the gap in updates, but I assure you, the progress of our Epic Buzz has been unwavering. Its current form is a testament to the strain's excellence and adaptability. As we approach the flowering stage, I can't help but feel excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. Au 63e jour, tout semble se dérouler sans accroc, à l'exception d'une de nos gorillas qui, de manière inattendue, a vu ses feuilles jaunir et se flétrir en seulement trois jours. Cet incident mystérieux reste inexpliqué, surtout que sa consœur, bénéficiant exactement du même traitement, prospère sans le moindre signe de mécontentement. Heureusement, notre protagoniste végétal se décide enfin à concentrer ses efforts sur le développement de ses précieuses têtes, marquant le terrain avec l'apparition des premiers trichomes. Cette attente, teintée d'impatience, ouvre déjà les portes à une nouvelle aventure qui se profile à l'horizon d'ici, je l'espère, 2 semaines. Remarque : engrais au 3/4 de la dose recommandée. Une gorilla a vu toutes ses feuilles jaunir rapidement que j'ai defolié. L'autre se porte très bien. Peut être un champignon 🍄 Arrosage a l'eau claire pour voir le comportement des 2 par la suite.

Actualizamos familia, con la primera semana de floración de estas Sherbet Jedi Joint de HighBreed. Gracias al LST arrancaron a crecer bien los satélites y va pareciéndose a un arbusto, tienen un color bien verde sin carencias por el momento y se ve que están sanas, las plantas están en macetas de 7 Litros definitivamente, con tierra top crop, con una altura similar a 40 cms. Como los anteriores cultivos tuve visitantes(trips) estoy rociando aceite de neem y jabón potásico 1 vez a la semana, añadí también tiras de color azul / amarillo para prevenir y controlar mejor el tema plagas. El riego que aplicamos son 600ml de agua cada 48 horas y el ph se controla en 6.5, la temperatura la tenemos entre 22/25 grados y la humedad ronda el 55% gracias al humidificador. El ciclo lo cambiamos hace una semana a 12h de luz/ 12h de oscuridad, el mismo día que escribo esto el foco está al 70% de potencia.
