In dieser Woche geht es ein letztes mal in die Breite. Die abgebrochenen Triebe haben aujjf der einen Seite ein ganz schönes Loch hinterlassen. Das wird sich hoffentlich in dieser Woche noch schließen. Ich habe alles wieder etwa auf eine Höhe gebracht und lasse der Lady jetzt noch ein paar tage ihre Erholung, bevor es dann endlich in den 12:12 Zyklus geht. The High intensity was to strong (clearly my fault) in the beginning which stunted her overall stretch, she however still delivered super dense, terpene and trichome loaded buds.

Ab heute bekommen sie 12h Licht.Es wird eine Herausforderung ihre ganzen Triebe zu trainieren.Höchstwahrscheinlich müssen viele Blätter weg,damit mehr Luft und Licht durch kommt. Ihr Wachstum spricht micht sehr an und ich werde wahrscheinlich einen steckling dieser Sorte behalten,da sie zusätzlich einfach unfassbar gut riecht.

All 3 plants are growing differently bit very healthy. Not sure why one wants to stretch like crazy while the other 2 are reminding short bushy like plants. Hopefully they start reaching for the light and branch out before I flip to 12/12. I'm not sure how long I'm gonna veg these for but I'd like to have a good canopy before I do. We'll see what happens. For now everyone is getting 4ml per gallon on nutes so I don't over do it. A little goes a long way with advanced nutrients.

Tropicanna Poison XL Auto- Outside W10F6 8/17-23 This past week has been rainy and overcast from a tropical storm with temperatures mostly in the upper 80s. We have Hurricane Erin approaching the Bahamas heading northeast with wind gusts of 30-40 MPH. While we won’t be directly hit by the storm, we will get the outer bands of heavy winds and rain. To protect my plants, I brought all the girls inside on Tuesday 19th in preps for the storm. I inspected each one for bugs, rot or anything unusual. She is free and clear of any rot or bugs 8/19 Tropicanna Poison XL auto is 53 days from germination. Sweet Seeds says 60-75 days to harvest so she needs about a week more. Next week with the hurricane approaching, we are expecting rain for most of the week. Given the pending weather conditions for the next couple of weeks, the remainder of the grow will be in the tent where I can control the environment. I also will be using the air conditioner to drop nighttime temperature and maybe bring out pink and red colors. The stems show pink so I’m hopeful. In this second week of veg I started adding some nutrients to the plant water. (below the recommended doses) 🔥 Since they are growing well next week I will try to apply the manifold , hoping to be able to increase the final yield of this genetics that I love. ✂️🌱

Week 4/03 - 10/03

It’s the 1st week of flower I flipped the plants to 12/12 a few days ago. There is a lot going on and a lot of cool and amazing things coming in the near future. Make sure to check out my YouTube page. I bought me a DJI gimbal this week. Might be my new favorite toy. The temps are starting to break for the summer. I don’t see it being very long until winter is here and it’s time to use a heater and not an ac unit. All of the plants are healthy. The plants have all grown so well I turned down the light intensity a bit today the plants didn’t seem like they was starting to strech very much. Hopefully the lower light intensity will make them strech out just a bit

Partimos con esta Negra 44. Inicio su germinación el día 17/06, y se paso a su primera maceta el día 20/06. Emergió el día 23/06 Esta en una maceta de 0.15lt y lleva exactamente una semana desde que dejo de ser una plántula, es decir, desde que empezó a desarrollar sus primeras hojas "reales" (con capacidad fotosintética). Se le aplico Great white en contacto directo cuando se puso la semilla ya germinada en la maceta luego en el riego Myco chum el cual también es de Plant Success, su función es alimentar a los microorganismos antes añadidos con great white. Mañana se le hará su primer transplante a una maceta de 3.5lt. Estamos en invierno en mi país con lo que mi principal problema en estos momentos es mi temperatura con el led apagado. El día viernes me llegara una manta calefactora con está debería solucionar este problema, por el momento les tengo un cable térmico el cual aporta calor a sus raíces por los demás solo queda esperar. Será acompañada con dos esquejes que tienen 4 semanas de diferencia con ella, estos tienen un seguimiento aparte. También hay un palto(aguacate) el cual esta por que hay espacio libre y es muy sensible a las bajas temperaturas. Cualquier recomendación es bien recibida! *Great White se mide en gramos.

Veg15, han crecido como 2 centímetros desde el transplante, aún no necesitan riego, desde ahora regaré cada 3~4 días, cuando el sustrato este un 80~90% seco, han estirado un poco desde que subí la distancia del LED y bajé su intensidad, mañana haré Main Lining. Veg16, hoy se torturaron las plantas con Main Lining, se cortó arriba del segundo nodo y se cortaron también las hojas de un dedo bajo el primer nodo, las plantas que tenían suficiente crecimiento de les hizo LST también, cuando se apague la luz se efectuará un spray foliar con B-52, y mañana un nuevo riego. Veg17, riego con 5.5 pH y EC 1.8~1.9, se regaron con 1.5 litros y no se obtuvo drenaje, próximo riego tendrá que ser con más cantidad de agua para obtener drenaje, el agua se calentó a 23 grados y se oxigenó antes de regar, mañana se ajustará el LST ya que siguen creciendo muy bien. Veg18, hoy solo se ajusto el LST, siguen creciendo bien. Veg19, ajuste de LST, nada más que anotar. Veg20, siguen creciendo, talvez hay que ajustar la cantidad de luz DLI. Veg21, tuve que poner una estufa para aumentar la temperatura en el indoor y bajar la intensidad del LED a un 50% para alcanzar un DLI óptimo. Hoy haré ajuste de LST y revisar la humedad del sustrato.

We’re officially on the home stretch with the Papayton #3, and honestly, the view every time I open the tent is just insane. This phenotype has developed into a real "Dark Empress." The contrast between the deep, almost onyx-colored leaves and that thick, white blanket of frost is exactly what I was hoping for when I started this run. Looking at the buds today at Day 63, the density is incredible. The calyxes have swollen to the point where the stems have completely disappeared under a mountain of resin. I spent some time today removing the last few crispy fan leaves to make sure the airflow is spot on for these final days—especially after those 29°C peaks we had. Luckily, things have cooled down to a steady 26°C, which is perfect for preserving those loud, gassy, and sweet terpenes. Trichome-wise, she’s sitting at a perfect 100% milky state. I’ve spent a good amount of time with the loupe, and while amber is still rare—maybe around 2% on the actual calyxes—the sheer depth of the cloudiness tells me she’s right at her peak potency. I’m sticking to the plan: one very last small drink tomorrow to keep her from wilting, and then a slow dry-down leading up to the harvest on Friday or Saturday. It’s been a pleasure watching this organic Biotabs-fed lady finish so strong. Can't wait for the final weigh-in and the smoke test!

June 26, day 98, the Euforia is in it's final ripening phase, and will be harvested soon! I am dialing down the EC, although I do not do any major pre harvest flushes. June 28, day 100, emergency harvest time! I was going to push it another 3-5 days, but when I was examining my fattest cola I noticed the physical manifestation of my nightmares: early stage bud rot. I should have harvested days ago in hindsight, as days of rain pushed my RH up into the mid-high 60s. I only noticed it because I was bending bud tissue away from the stem, but there was clearly some white fluffy buildup around the base of a dead leaf stem. The good news is that I caught it very early, no bud tissue has died anywhere on the plant and what mold I could find was still white and fluffy. I had to immediately cut down the whole plant as a result. I cut away bud material around the few moldy spots, and put the rest of the buds from those colas into my pile for edibles/oils. 95 percent of the colas seem totally unaffected. Nevertheless, I have had to totally switch up my dry/cure technique by doing a wet trim of the large buds and a quick dry/cure to start to make sure no spores can spread elsewhere. My priority is really saving what has been accomplished so far. The good news is that early wet weights are very heavy, even with the bit of bud removal. 600g wet for the top colas, another 350g wet for the mid grade buds, and finally 1000g for the low grade buds left of stems for slower drying. This means I will hopefully end up with 200g+ dry bud for vaping and smoking, and much more for edibles, rosin, etc. I will have more details next week with the full harvest update!
