I’m not 100% done collecting all the data. By the smell of it, this plant will be one of the dankest plants I’ve ever grown. More to come. Tuesday, September 5 I have the nugs in jars right now. Hopefully I didn’t let it dry too much. Right now the humidity is at around 52% but I think if I move the jar around a bit I can them to sweat a bit more.

Commencing Week 10 - 2nd week of flowering - Day 64 from germination - Day 14 of 12/12 on December 26th All is awesome! 😁 Although all plants have hairs right now, 818#1&2, BH2, & GZ2 (especially 818s) seem to start throwing hairs just a few days before the rest. RD is stretching out rather nicely and is working in sync to make a nice level and full canopy. Have noticed the pH of the nutrient solution now swings very low with every plant, especially the bigger ones, within 24 hrs going from 5.8 down to 3.8-4.3. I pH back up accordingly every day. Lastly I decided to go with "bonsai" training instead of topping. (This is in order to keep plants growing at a steady pace - non-stunting - while taking away the apical shape that is natural for some strains.). I "bonsai'd" The following: GZ1&2&3, AND 818#1. Simply put I coiled bonsai wire around the main cola and bent below the next lowest node /tier (see photos) The other s: RD, BH 1&2, and 818#2 have a natural level/close to level shape. D.65/15 Started tucking leaves and light stress training. So far I have taken only 3-4 leaves off per plant. And other than coiled the Apex cola they are been untouched. Also to balance out the pH drop, I have been pHing to the 6.0-6.2 range. Seems to steady the solution better so I will continue. Lastly I have put both the fans and the oxygen pumps on a 15m on 15 m off interval throughout the 24 hr day. I thought it might be risky however the plants seem not to mind, rather maybe even like this better. D.69/19 Yesterday I added a tiny bit of bloom food high in phosphate to help with the flowering since it's picking up now, as well as some extra Cal Mag and the plants seem happier because of it. And I have still been putting the pH a little higher, in the 6.1 range, rather than a 5.8 since it seems to be dipping low every time I check rather than going up. Also I put these pumps back on 24 hrs per day because after two days of being on for 12 hours her day they seemed not as happy as they were prior. Lesson learned with that one no harm done so that's a good thing. The raspberry diesel is really taking up the space wonderfully in between the four plants in the corners and is becoming almost + shaped really filling in the canopy just like the description online says don't vegfor long because the flower phase stretch is something to behold. 818 headband number one has a really beautiful medium sized stature not too short but not tall and lanky either and tons of Bud sites and is looking the most bud-filled already whether that means it will have the most yield or be done the fastest, or both we'll have to wait and see., All three of the Gorilla Zkittles seem to have slightly different phenotype variation one a little bit more sativa than the other two that are more hybrid looking. All 3 have very different root masses compared to the rest of the plants and are pretty big but one in particular is absolutely huge. (Comparisons will be posted in next week's update.) the Boss hogs also seem to have very different phenotype expressions as of now one is staying much more short and having a very level canopy naturally and no hairs, while the other is close to a level canopy but still has a little bit of that main cola dominant feature as well as a lot more hairs. Hi Growmies, This grow was not about growing the biggest plant but a test on how Natural sunlight compares to artificial light. I can be clear on one thing: natural sunlight gives a better terp/trichomes development, at least within my setting. This is probably due to natural UV rays within sunlight which is harder to get in a tent. Also the cost of this grow was so cheap, that if I would sell 3 grams I would have my whole investment in this grow back. So cost wise an outside grow will always beat an inside grow, especially with the current energy rates where I live. So after the drying process we will do a quick taste test before jarring it up to cure. That will also be the time I weight my buds, wet weight is not important to me. Hope y'all will come by later for the final verdict but for now, feel free to scroll this diary and if you have any questions feel free to ask those and I will try to answer yours ASAP. Flower sites on all plants are growing and multiplying, LST to all plants, full Canna nutes feed for all these this week at 2L per plant per week at the moment. Pink Kush plants are definitely smaller. Red Pure plants are growing well, the bigger pot seems to be the bigger plant which was what I'd hoped for. Lighting from the Phlizon LED Light is mostly on the Max setting with the COB LEDs on and the plants seem to be loving the intensity. Thanks

Awesome! Went away for 10 days over Christmas and was not sure what to expect when I got back. Obviously re-potting them and letting them dry out has been effective. I've started adding a little Fish Mix to their water. I don't think they need it but I'll go really slow and try it out on my tomatoes to see what effect it has on them. I'm cautious about drowning them in nutrients as I have no experience with this and don't want to slow the grow down any more than I already have.

Ok so finally decided to move the girls into the flower tent so switched to 12/12 also flowering under a 315watt cdm 3k bulb the new cdm light is doing wonders for the girls

Apart from the blistering heat and 44km/h winds daily id say she's comin along nicely.loving the high ppms and sunlight however the sun has been very hot these past few weeks of summer so there are signs of heat stress as well.

6/5 Starting week 5 The girls are drinking more quickly. So today I watered and fed using TPS1 Circle has just passed Gaia in height. From Friday 6/2 she grew 6 inches from 22 to 28 she got 3 liters Gaia grew from 24 to 26" she got 4 liters 6/7 Circe is growing like a weed (heehee) and quickly passed Gaia. Circe is 31" Gaia 27". Gaia mother is the stereo type mom large hips and flowing tresses while Circe is the willow-of-the-wisp free spirit so true for a healer. Today I flushed all the plants with 1 gallon of filtered water to remove any buildup of nutrients. Hopefully, since I've cut way back on fertilizer, they are getting what they need. The other two Cream Caramel and Gelato 41 are short and remain on the crates to keep them within 30 inches from the light. At 6/9 they are 11 inches. 6/9 water and feeding day. Circe and Gaia both drink 4 liters of water each feeding. Circe grew 3 more inches She is now 34.5. Gaia has stopped growing at 27.5 inches, Gelato 41 is 12 inches (lst) and Cream Caramel 13. These are AFRO girls. Short, Squat and Very bushy. So many leaves, I may have to trim out some large fans to give light to the bud sites. I put mirrors under their canopies to increase light penetration. My mom and dad met and married in post WWII Japan and spent several years there. Mom taught the children of the officers and diplomats but she was also a life-long learner. Her interest were cultural, religious spiritual, music and art. She studied Sumee, Japanese painting, ikebana, flower arranging, and cooking. Some of her Sumee art shown is in week 2. 21.07.2025 Defoliation, Lollypopping, and LST/HST. 25.07.2025 The strechy pheno on the right side has some problems. I think I've overwaterd her a little. But she is already the looser in this grow. Even though she is the most mature yet. The short pheno in the middle is doing alright. But the pheno on the left side is a real beaty. And she smells so much more than the other two!

Okay so I'm trying something new, since I've gone away from a switch to water for the last week flush I harvested the tops and best smalls and packed the cannatrol full. I'm giving the under growth a bit more time to rippen before I harvest that for the the freezer. If this turns out to be a bad idea I'll not do it again in the future. The last long video is what's left in the tent right now. Let me know if any of you have experience doing this. Updated with a bunch of pictured of dried and cured. Ended up with 186g of beautiful flower. 72g of untrimmed smalls I'll make into RSO, I have a lot of back and nerve pain and RSO hands down the only thing that brings me actual relive, I'm late to the party on this one but I set a side part of the grow for it now. I let the under canopy and shorter tops go another 10 days feed at half strength and I'm glad I did, it ripened up nicely and definitely got a lot of color. I forgot to get pictures of that harvest but I will when I pull it from the freezer to wash. My test jar of this washed at 4+% (the last picture). Last update will be results of that wash. Last update on this one, I added a couple hash/rosin pics at the end. She washed from plant to rosin at 4.03% the terps are musky skunk, sweet pastries, and fresh Linen. I'd definitely grow this one again.

This girl sure is taking her time. I hope that's because of the high Sativa content 😍 Because of this the buds are starting to grow long and pointed, I'm going to try the backbuilding technique to see if I can get these to fatten up. I snipped half a dozen places and left the rest. Also I've noticed her leaves are very dark green and very very shiny, glossy. I cannot remember growing another plant with leaves like this!
