Week 4 update! 🌱 Week 3 is done, and the ladies are now three weeks into their flowering phase. So far, everything has gone really well. However, one bud and the plants in the front showed slight signs of potassium overfertilization, which likely caused a calcium uptake issue and led to minor necrosis. No worries, though – today I completely flushed the entire system and replaced it with a fresh solution. With this reset, everything should be back on track 💪💧. On top of that, I decided to bring out an old Cree& Osram LED lamp as a booster. This will provide the two smaller front plants with more light intensity so they can metabolize the higher nutrient levels more effectively 💡🌿. Everything is looking great so far! Kein Grund zur Sorge – heute habe ich das komplette System gründlich durchgespült und die Lösung durch eine frische ersetzt. Mit diesem Reset sollte jetzt wieder alles reibungslos laufen 💪💧. Außerdem habe ich beschlossen, eine alte Cree& Osram LED-Lampe als Booster herauszuholen. Damit bekommen die beiden kleineren Pflanzen vorne eine stärkere Lichtintensität, damit sie die höheren Nährstoffwerte besser verstoffwechseln können 💡🌿. Es sieht alles richtig gut aus! Good day guys! Well it's been a beautiful adventure with these baby's! Il be chopping them up in the coming days.. Will leave them a full 2 days in the dark to boost tricomes and then down they go! This week all the plants started to take off in flower. Buds swelling up by the day. Stopped feeding flower burst and added Pk9-18 and advanced meta boost to aid with flowering. Smell has started to increase but not to potent as of yet. EC also increased to 1.6 for increased demand in flower. Also stopped spraying IPM this week as it don't want it to effect the bud smell or taste come harvest.

1 plant looks a bit ugly but she had some issues with the seed, the leaves got stuck and the seed wasn't removed correctly, i needed to help the the plant to remove it, the other plant is doing great, not much more to add for the send week!

Day 84 - Truckin steady! 2.5 gallons dosage of the above nutes every 4 days! This weeks food has the addition of dry koolbloom (3.1 grams / 2.5 gallons). Just plucking the occasional leaf that looks at me funny, and watering when dry! (every 4 days)

Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... Wao. Well, all good hopefully they will stop growing soon but the strech is not that much thanks for the trainings such as topping and LST.... Pistils are started appearing so they she the sex I think one more week to go and they will settle down concentrating on bud development. What to say every 2nd day is fertilization with the mix and ratio above now we are waiting. Anything else? Well just look atbthe pictures and decide what you think. I am pretty sure they look cool LOL. This Gleato Zamnesia is very promising I really like the smell already she is nice but all of them I mean I am in love with all so. Kalinia Asia is nice and I am so excited for the Sweed Seeds ones the red girls OMG :)

The crisping of the leaves where bothering me so I decided to do a hard flush of the plants to lower what I think was a EC issue. I was also wondering about the PH and it was on point at 6.8 from the flush water I gathered. I do not own a EC pen so could not monitor that aspect of it. It looks like it may have helped a bit. Hard to tell at this point the death has slowed a lot and I am seeing fading signs that I am used to seeing so it makes me feel a bit better. I think I have stunted this growth a bit because of this mishap but should still be a good harvest. The soils temp is getting down to 12c at night, The ambient air temps of the tent are aorund 15-18 at night though. Good for adding colour into the fade. During the say its keep steady around 26-27. Starting to smell more and more and loving every time I open the tent. Given they are stuck in a scrog net trying to remove the bottom trays to empty them cause them to be rustled a bit and they released a lot of lovely scents. I am in the last week or two now. Will be giving them one more heavy molasses feeding and then nothing else. They got their last ChitoSal and I think it made this plant more frosty then the Blue Cindy, would really need a side by side to confirm if its working at all. Will monitor its length from the SCROG net vs soil as its easier to measure. 33cm from SCROG net to base of plant 33cm from SCROG net to tip of plant Total 66cm for week eight of flower. +/-0cm from Last Week, all done growing now Just like last week I am no longer posting about the clones in this diary. Day 1. Ohh , what a long and painful attempt it was. First seed - failed root Second seed - I was impatient and dig her out, needed like 24 hours more, never made it, had root Third seed - made it, but I started working and in the morning made a football of her ... died. Forth seed - maybe will make it, brown start, could be Growing root up, covered with extra soil ... Will wait.... Have 5th seed soaked too ;))) Later Day 1. She is out !!!! November 24 is first day. Happy Growing !!!

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had partly cloudy skies, low humidity, and temps in the lower 80's. I watered about 1/4 gallons from the water hose for each pot. Day 2 we had lite showers in the morning, partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 80's the remainder of the day. The rain provided the water today. Day 3 we had showers in the early morning until afternoon. Then it was mostly sunny with high temperature around 79. I noticed a few spots of powdery mildew on the leaves. I removed the leaves. Day 4 we had lots of sunshine and temperatures in the low 80's. I watered about a half gallon out of the water hose. Day 5 we had thunderstorms, rain, and drizzle early morning and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were in the lower 80's. Day 6 we had thunderstorms and rain in the morning, then rain and drizzle intermittently throughout the day. High temperature for the day was 71°. It was raining so much I brought them inside. They've proven very resistant to boytritis, but this close to finish, I'm not testing them further. Four hours of rain in below 70°F temps at night is tuff enough. Day 7 we had lots of sunshine and high temperature around 84°. The #2 plant had a very mild outbreak of powdery mildew on the lower leaves this week. The #1 plant has proven immune. These girls are nearly finished. They've gotten loud smelling. The #2 plant smells like straight cat piss and very loud. The #1 plant smells like fruit roll ups berry and loud. I'll harvest these sometime next week. Over a very hardy strain that's taken a beating in the Ozarks Spring.

Ne Obliviscaris. Humidity Day 40-45%, Night 60-65% Internodes are very close together. was hitting 450umol at seedling level making it absorb more than it can use, reduced to 280-300umol @18 hours as expected vertical growth increased. During the 18 hours of daylight the first 9 is highly saturated in blue, 5000 kelvin, the 9 hours thereafter are closer to 3000 kelvin. Last 9 hours dosed 280nm. Height is too far to cause damage. UVB light is not detected by plants in the same way other wavelength/colours are. UV cannot be measured using umol as it doesn't drive photosynthesis. The plant has tiny little sensors that get set off to even little amounts, dimer salt bridges, the UV decays these salt bridges, which initiate response. You don't need large/long exposure doses for the plant to recognize UV is present. What's an enzyme? Think of it like a multiplier, you can add an enzyme to any particular biological process to vastly increase its proficiency at a particular process. Cannabis plants take blue/violet light and use it to create an enzyme called "photolayse". This allows the plant to repair UV damage done to the plant using a process called excision repair, this repairs the damage at a much much faster rate than it could by itself. Repairing 100% damage. The key is the plant needs time to build a reserve of the repair enzymes before using it. This is replicated in nature as, by midday UV levels peak, the generally cooler mornings allow lifetime to build up. The problem I encountered was dosing with 280nm lights on or 1 hour after the lights were on. Photomorphogenesis, the plant plans for the future of its growth, if the wavelength is not present during growth then how can it plan accordingly? The very presence of UV changes parameters with which the plant will grow, light itself dictates the growth pattern of the plant. Not only that it can dramatically alter the regular terpene profile of a strain in unexpected ways. Gran daddy purple grown using 280nm can triple already high terpene linalool. Linalool is terpene best known for lavender, largely responsible for its beautiful smell. Trouble sleeping you say? Having tried Durban poison from a dispensary and reading about its levels of tetrahydrocannabivarin. I've always wanted to taste the difference UV would make to such an already stand-out strain such as Durban.

Finally I am getting started with my very first grow after 1 1/2 months of preparation. The Seed got germinated in a Solution of 1ml C²O² and 29ml of Water. Sadly the Seed opened over Night and the Sapling swam in the Solution. I still set the Sapling in the prepared soil mix with Biobizz allmix, Biobizz light mix on the top where the plants sits and 5% Perlite extra. lets see what happens with the plant because I am very curious.

Heavy defoliation to get some light and air in to developing buds. Currently feed every 3 hours during light on with 1 feed just before lights on because they dry out to much if I don’t feed once overnight. Tricombs showed up as well as more smell. Also got a new batch in from seedsman. With some going in paper towels tonight.
