Will try this strain again, I wish I had it covered with better light coverage. I was hoping to add another light but never could get to it. Each grow I notice I’m learning more being more consistent. I work as a chemical formulator and goes hand in hand with growing, going to keep trying for better yields. Happy growing!

11/17 Week 8 Man I will be glad when this grow is over, if making mistakes promotes learning well... Im a fricking PHD ... Ok progress on Maggie the yellow is limited to the very top as buds are building in particular those a couple inches from the top. Thinking another root drench is in order, cant hurt and letting her dry a bit as a prep. Looks like tomorrow Layla doing ok she exhibits far fewer problems but the same issue are present she is just a hell of plant along with the Runtz which she shares the tent. Thinking about the feeding tomorrow will decide what to do then. They have plenty of time to finish up, had some issues on germination on the grow following so looks like it may be delayed a week from the scheduled 2 weeks. Maggie may need it. 11/19 Have stumbled onto to something it seems. The further I move the lights out, they are now at twice the "ideal" placement of 14" at 28" and the yellowing is disappearing to a great extent. Problem with this of course is not enough light at bud sites not on the canopy which lets face it is most of your bud. It is absolutely something that makes the plants insanely susceptible to light burn. New one for me but maybe some of yall know so making a question of it. Pics at lights out only and I missed today so new pics later if I get back in time. Update : Defoliated and tightened training on all three to spread things out from the center and open up the light and air paths. Raising the lights is working just wish I knew why as lights are higher than crap with little room for more than a few more inches. Would drop the watts to 450 but need the heat to keep the grow room level as our temps here swing 40 degrees all the time. Something I learned with the help of a carbon filter. If things normalize will begin dropping lights to see what happens. 11/20 Setting the lights at 24" as I am not risking yield any further than that on Layla and the Runtz, Have the canopy as level as it can be with Brandy getting the least light being on a coco coir block (heh) for height, which she is responding well to since I opened up the plant and no longer worried over mold issues in that main bud. Have Layla on a milk crate to bring her into decent light as well as the Runtz. She is just a lovely thing building those white crystalline buds. Maggie has turned into a beast at least I know her root ball is huge from the growth above. Seriously defoliated her removing several small lower branches and leaves blocking light and air paths. Next feed will be continuing what seems to be working, Epsom salt and bloom nuets (no calmag with epsom salt) with a foliar feed after lights out which may well be with calmag. Foliar feeding today at lights out, one quart sprayer with 1ml CaliMagic and 0.5ml wetting agent un-PH warmed to 75 F before spraying (our tap water comes out at @50F so...), just trying to hit hard and effective * New Pics after foliar Update Folks its taken 8 weeks and a final piece of the puzzle provided by Grey_wolf resulted in a near full strength cal-mag foliar feeding and the last def bites the dust. See what happens from here but its the first time I have felt good about this grow since the bad time germing at week one. *big sigh of relief* Have a whole list of things I will never do again in soil more about that at harvest. Right now I need to work on why calcium is blocked at the roots but thats another day right now I just wanna look at em. 😁 11/22 Another foliar feed same as before just diluted 30% and all three got it today JIC Cannot find a pale leaf or top and hairs are standing up on the top buds for once and buds building nice on the lower ares the defs were cleared up first. Going to stop the foliars for a few days see what happens but will resume at first sign of need. Maggie has potential even after all this and we going to help her be all she can :D 11/22 Feeding day - Bio-Bloom 7ml - calmag 4ml - Recharge .5tsp / gal at 6.5PH to all three. No foliar today 11/23 The thickness of the hair growth on Layla is amazing! Will try and get pics at lights out of it if my crappy camera will catch it. Never seen anything like it, once again THIS this is what we intended by growing Stardawg :) Update: Pics and vid hope it comes through well enough as for the green in that tent and the dense hairs on Layla

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2201 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2201 girl and she's certainly on a roll! When I checked on her today her medium was still moist so I'll let her go and check her tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure her medium doesn't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch her grow! 🤩 12/17- Yesterday I watered her and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen her branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched her grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered her with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses added which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. She is really starting to take off now, a sure sign her roots are beginning to get well developed, and I'm thinking of going ahead and topping her in the next day or so. 12/21- Well, yesterday I went ahead and topped this girl! Hopefully she won't stress out over this and starts shooting out those secondary branches. Today I watered her with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into her drip pan so she can draw it up into her medium, the rest I applied to the top of the medium just to moisten it. Well there's two weeks of veg behind us now, Week Three of vegetation is beginning and she should really start to take off! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! Please visit as often as you wish and I hope you enjoy this journey as much as I know I will! Grow Strong! 💪😎🤙

Nice progress this week, flowers forming nicely. I gave them mills pk and they are looking happy. I took a lot of shade leaves off to let the light through to the lower buds . All good so far ⚡️ I also started giving ultimate pk, they are responding well, I think really good to start seeing aeeing action off the the girls, I've never grown this strain before and she takes ages to get going. I've got a feeling it's going to be worth the wait.

Still having loads of trouble with light burn / stressed out plants. Leaves pointing up, turning yellowish. Lights are now even at 80cm above plants, can hardly go any higher. I'm surprised, because the Hans Panel 180w is used at 30cm in numerous grow reports online with no issues. Must be the combination thats too much. 420 watts in a grow tent, and leaves are burning alive. If that ain't proof that LED's can't 'outperform' HPS ;) Does anyone have tips & tricks for making my plants healthy? It feels just silly to remove a light and continue with only 180 or 240 watts total.. Should I use CO2 tabs or something? Do they actually work at this point? Questions questions.

2018-04-03. Week 22, day 3. Remo Nr 1 is doing fantastic and she is a big and massive beauty. The flowers/buds is growing bigger and bigger and smells strong of summer and earth. I think she will yield a lot by the look of her right now. Nr1 have grown 3 cm in height last week. Nr 2 is still recovering and she is getting better but still dont look that good, but the flowers grows and you can start smelling her more and more. I have faith in this girl and that she will produce some nice medicine. Strain information. Remo Chemo cannabis seeds by Dinafem Seeds belong to a feminised Indica-dominant marijuana plant born from a collaboration with the legendary Canadian cannabis grower Urban Remo, a real high-flyer within the international cannabis field. Remo Chemo, created by Urban Remo after crossing a UBC Chemo with a regular Bubba Kush male, is the genetics selected for developing this project. The results obtained when testing a cutting of such magnificent cross were so amazing that we backcrossed her to ensure the genetics was not diluted but remained pure and intact. With this creation, we’ve managed to make Urban Remo’s favourite cannabis strain accessible to all: a potent and stable strain, with major therapeutic properties and high THC content. One of the strains within this marijuana seed's genetic structure, UBC Chemo, is a really potent strain that, according to legend, was developed by some researchers from the University of British Columbia with the objective of alleviating the side effects of chemotherapy in cancer patients. Her extremely high THC levels not only make her a must for cannabis gourmets with a liking for mind-blowing genetics but they also confer a myriad of therapeutic properties on her. In fact, her effectiveness in relieving the back pain he is in contributes to her being Urban Remo’s favourite marijuana strain. His YouTube channel has lots of subscribers and his strain reviews have become indispensable for most marijuana users. At Dinafem, we had long been itching to work with him. Therefore, we didn’t hesitate when the opportunity came up. When travelling to Europe, this world-renowned cannabis activist was surprised by the lack of Canadian cannabis genetics at international fairs. That’s why we decided to join forces with Remo and create a Canadian feminised strain that bears his name. Morphology Remo Chemo is a dense and sturdy Indica-dominant plant that must be evenly pruned, low branches included. At the end of the flowering, her dark-green leaves tend to acquire purplish hues which are sometimes so dark as to seem almost black. A real sight to behold. Yielding capacity Without her being particularly heavy-yielding, Remo Chemo’s crops are really potent, which balances the final outcome. Her buds are round, uniform and compact, noted for their remarkable density and amazing resin count. On top of that, the THC levels are high, easily exceeding the 20 %. Cultivation Remo Chemo thrives when grown in dry environments and provided with intense light. Thanks to the legacy of Bubba Kush, the lack of water is not a problem for her. However, if we want to boost her yielding properties, she’d better be well hydrated. As for the right amount of nutrients, we must ensure our plants are not overfed since this could be detrimental to the flavour’s intensity. Aromas and flavours The predominant scent is that of a classic Kush, i.e., strong and intense, lingering long in the palate and bringing to mind the typical classic Californian flavours. If we’re to be more precise, she also delivers hints of earth, petrol and black pepper. Her taste and aroma are simply delicious, almost instantly captivating those who smell her. Results Remo Chemo delivers a potent effect that, thanks to her high THC levels, helps alleviate the side effects of cancer treatment (vomiting and nausea), boosts the appetite and reduces pain. But Remo Chemo can be used for recreational purposes as well, with a really intense physical high. No doubt her effect being so amazingly psychoactive will delight THC-lovers. 1st prize −Indica category− at the 2017 Expogrow Cup. 1st prize −Indica category− at the 2017 Karma Cup (Canada). Transplanted into bigger pots and moved 2 of the Cream Cookies outdoors. Outdoors I'm growing in 5 gallon buckets filled with ProMix. There are holes drilled at the bottom of the buckets for drainage and the buckets are wrapped with copper tape to help prevent slugs and snails (it works). In the outdoor pics the Cream Cookies are on the right and left (in the middle is Dinafem Quick Critical+). The transplanting didn't stunt anything, seeing significant growth the next day both outdoors and indoors. Still feeding on the Fox Farm schedule at 1/2 strength. This week adds Grow Big to the mix, still feeding Big Bloom, Recharge and CALiMAGic. Totally psyched to see how things develop and compare the outdoor with the indoor. Let the fun begin!!! 😃

Day 62. Realized my hose water was sitting at ph of 8.5 or higher. Which the ladies really didn’t like. Got that dialed in. Jesus this water issue with the new home has been a bitch. Glad she is bulking and looking wonderful. The smell is off the chart.

The plants are now in full stretch and I have done some defoliation and LST in the last week. 2 plants came out to give the others enough space. I saw that I had significantly too much nitrogen in my plants. You couldn't really see it under the LED light. The next few times i give them pure water.

Haven't uploaded in a month, but back at it! Plant has been doing great. An animal almost cracked the main stem right through but with some tape and patience she recovered quite well. Recently discovered that i should water her even more (first plant) so now i'll give her a good 2-3 liters every 2-3 days. She's standing outside 24/7. I've also ordered General Hydrophonics nutrients yesterday since i had the opportunity. I've topped her once about 2 weeks ago and I'm thinking of topping the 2 main stems again soon. Wondering when she'll go into flower though See you next week!
