Week 18: 😅 I hope the work we put in this week, sets us up for a successful next couple weeks. We really pushed through the rest of our flower defoliation. I think we learned alot through this process. Every branch can not live on. Branches and primary growth points are two very different things. We also learned that flower and veg have different needs. I am now noticing the soil is almost bone dry in about 4/5 days, so by the 3rd day the plants need more water... This is important to note.. as we will be traveling for the holidays for the next two weeks (NOLA, HOU, RIO). May God be with us over these next few weeks. I'm glad I have a ring camera installed in the tent for times like these... but I would not recommend purchasing this camera for the purpose of a grow tent cam. Will be trying the Wyze or another type of camera for more timelapse content in the future. Will check back in later this week with pictures from my friend that will be watering for us.

This week as went well, plants are starting to bulk up and get comfortable in their new pots. Next week or the week after next might be the time to transplant them into their forever home pots, then flip to flower after 3 weeks of them growing into their new space. They have been getting a bit to much N with the Gaia Green 4-4-4 mix, I keep forgetting how much it gives them and that I need to mix it with the power bloom 2-8-4 in 25-30/75-70 or 50/50 ratios. I have extra Gaia Green Soluble seaweed extract to make up the missing K in the ratio mixes. Still mixing the PH a bit lower at 6.0 with the citric and malic acid tests, plants are going well with them, tested a bit of runoff with the one smaller plant and was getting aorund 7.5, EC still sky high so wont need to feed for a while now but they are not burning and that's a good thing. they seem to be tolerating the Potassium Silicate as well, I don't like how much it alters the PH but till I get in some ground wollastonite. Sames extras as any other week with the addition of some magnesium, rest as follows, yucca extract, silicon, potassium seaweed extract, microbes, fulvic acid, Clones are doing ok, when I took the photo of them this week they looked good and then 10 min outside of their humidity dome they looked like shit and all withered. Some of them are showing signs of putting on roots with little white specs on the stalk coming through. Will have to place them in some potting medium soon and see if they take off. And if they do I will have some to give away to whoever wants them in my friend group. I also have that one smaller plant that was delayed by a week or so thats also extra. Got to find a loving home for it, my other grow buddies don't have anything started ATM and don't want to start till later in the year. :( Pepper update! some of the peppers are living the high DLI of the lights and some of them are not... the purple jigsaw ones seems to be getting a bit burnt under the lighting. They all will be taken out soon enough. I should look at transplanting them into other pots soon and they likely root bound. Can set up something in my room with an old SF1000 I got or the Sunblaster 18" 6500k lights that I used to grow with. When I touch the leaves of the goronong and them smell my finger they have a lot of hot pepper aroma coming off of them. I think these peppers are going to be quite spicy when they are all done. The Fatalii peppers are the same and I know they are spicy AF but their smell is a bit more bright and less earthy as the goronong still pungent all over. The Fatalii are also a bit smaller, could be the older seed just is not as vibrant as new seed. Should be fine once they are outside always a good producer for me. Going to make infused salt with them and give that out as gifts to my friends. It's worth noting that the yield of this strain turned out to be small, and the buds were loose. Even with expectations set higher, the cultivation result left much to be desired. While the plant started flowering quickly and early, it failed to accumulate significant mass, adding a sense of disappointment to the equation. Confronted with these characteristics, I no longer harbor illusions about autoflowering strains. Though the experience with "Red Mimosa XL Auto" left a bit of disappointment, I've made a decision for myself—no more autoflowers in my future plantings. It's always better to be honest about one's expectations and experiences, even if it means foregoing certain strains in the search for the perfect fit.

Good stretch this week, I haven’t lollipopped at all, not even in veg. It’s fairly leafy everywhere and I want to get in there and defoliate bottom 1/3 soon. A lot of dead leaves I imagine, just been so busy and been neglecting the grow. Funny, how when you first start out and you’re overly micro-managing and then as the months go by, it starts to become a chore. I ordered a light from China, a Meijiu (HLG)550 V3. HLG Canada didn’t want to give me a decent discount so, unfortunately had to ship my money outside the country. Saved 50% for a quality light though. Might take a bit to get here, been processing in Hong Kong for 4 days. So far the leaves are healthy but last run they started to turn deficient after the stretch. In my defence, with the last grow, I was just starting on the dry nutrient regimen and made mistakes. Hopefully it stays healthy throughout bloom cycle with new changes and knowledge. New reservoir this week as follows: Partial drain, most of it gone, but 100mL RO added and; 40 gram cal nit 30 jacks 30 mag sulph. 100mL mighty bloom enhancer 100mL head masta 300 mL h2o2 25 mL Fulvic 40mL Humic pH ended up high with addition of bloom enhancer, added pH down to 5.8. PPM 1360. Wednesday-Day 10 Added water and some nutes. PPM 1200 pH 6.0 Started a small section of lower 1/3 defoliation Day 11 Did some more defoliation, added a video to show progress. Day 12 Finished lollipop on right plant. Moved some branches around. Added 20 liters and 20g cal nit, 10g of both jacks and magnesium sulphate.

finally managed to heat the tent everything is good. i use 240 watt for bottom heating and 300 watt for blowing hot air inside. it's not a lot but lights spend much less.

Plants kept growing and didn't die lol were not healthy the whole way through but im yet to have a always healthy 100% no leaves dying off plant. She smokes and smells sooooo good though the bag appeal is there for sure

Week 3 Flower To start the week off she was given a maintenance flush. This is the last m/flush she'll be given, until she starts her 2+ week flush at the end of her cycle. It's just as, if not more important than the first m/flush, as there could be more leftover nutrients than the first from being given heavier strength feedings. It's a good way to flush out the excess nutrients that can no longer be uptaken by the plant, and replace them with a fresh bloom feed so she can keep building her flowers. She clearly needs it as she already has good sized top buds for this early stage of flower. Silicon has been reduced to the norm now she's over her main stretch, and the base nutrients have been adjusted based around a 1:2:3 ratio, but favouring ﹰFloraﹰBloom. I've started using Green leaf nutrinets Bud Explosion in small amounts, to increase bud sites and calyx production. Their Sweet Candy is also now being included; this should improve the flavour and aroma. I'm doing a proper test with these on a clone from the Bubble Kush that I made a diary for, as this is a fairer test because I can compare to her first run. Along with her great calyx production, she's now starting to produce plenty of trichomes, and will soon frost up well throughout flower. Overall, a very happy and healthy looking girl so far. Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

Hey guys. For this week i upload some videos 1 video per plant. I am not giving any more the bio nova autoflower supermix, i m thinking on let them going only with water until the end, but lets see. Plant 5 is close to harvest i think on the end of this week. Plant 1 and 4 are doing good on flowering. Plant 2 is slowly flowering Plant 3 is still in middle of the transition to flowering, is going very slow. I think she probably is blocked because of the size of the pot and light . When i harvest plant 5 the others will have more space, and i can bend some branches to increase the bud quality. The big question is, when harvest? its the first time im doing this and i am afraid of doing that wrong. Hope the videos can help someone to help me :D I have also made a video of plant 5 on a more close look, not to much quality but for now its what i can get , sorry 28/05 day 69 small trichome update of plant 3,4 and 5. Plant 1 and 2 still on pre flowering analysing the trichomes, i would say, Plant 3 and 4 need almost 2 more weeks Plant 5 - probably only 1 week more, so up to almost week 12 plant 1 and 2 - will take much time as fotoperiodic LOL

Last 2 weeks before I put her in a 3 day dark period! I’m no longer giving any nutrients and I’m letting the plant deplete all the nutrients in the soil, I’m also only using water for now own. I have her in a 11.5 hour light schedule. There’s slight nutrient burning too on some parts but it’s nothing drastic.

Final week, had issues with PH. Lacked Nitrogen in the beginning of flower due to incorrect PH levels.. Oh well, still finishing this weekend.. 🌱🤔

Major defoliation/ lollipoping that happened this week right on day 20 my main concern was looking for more hermies (due to stem cracks from lst) and also cut out any lower branches that where going to make larfy buds. I only cut up the branches untill the point that the budsites where at least a nice pistil cluster (10and up ) some branches got a good 6-7 inches shaved off some more like 2-3 just depends on the plant with so much variety. Also my plants are like touching the lights it just wont let me mark less then 4inches i have the ability to raise my light another 2inches so i will definitely be doing that. For now i have the taller branches off to the sides so the can outgrow the light without burning. Smells finally starting to come in with more gassy earth coming from DD and devine chocolate GG4 smell coming from the mellows Still see some nitrogen toxicity not sure if should cut all nutes in half considerIng week three biogrow increases to 3ml/L
