The plant on the left exhibits noticeable black tips, indicating a late-stage deficiency during flowering. It’s significantly larger than the one on the right, which shows less signs of deficiency. As the left plant gains weight, it struggles to support some branches and develops foxtails. The aroma in the tent is delightful, with the left plant emitting a sweet, cake-like scent, while the right one exudes a strong gas-like odour. It’s remarkable how different the plants are despite being the same strain.

Hallo liebe growmies, ich hoffe euch geht es allen gut! die Woche war wieder eine erfolgreiche Woche 😁 ich muss sagen ich bin erstaunt wie gut die runde bis jetzt läuft und wie schön sich meine Ladys entwickelt haben, bis jetzt habe ich noch keine Mängel vernehmen können und die Damen sind meines Erachtens nach auf dem besten Weg zur sicheren ernte aber nun zur Woche Am 08.03.23 also einen Tag bevor diese Woche begann habe ich den compost Tee angesetzt dafür habe ich 2,5L Wasser was ich ja eh in der Tonne ab stehen lasse entnommen und habe es in einen leeren behälter von destilliertem Wasser getan, dem ganzen habe ich 2x luftstein hinzu gefügt mit Belüftung's Pumpe (Eheim 200) eine kleine mini heizung für 8 L Aquarien (regelbar) auf 20 Grad eingestellt. Dem ganzen habe ich dann 15g/L wasser compost Tee (37,5g bei 2,5L Wasser) hinzu gefügt bactrex drauf 1g/L wasser (2,5g bei 2,5L Wasser) und 5ml/L orgatrex ( 12,5ml bei 2,5/L wasser) gab es auch noch hinzu das ganze habe ich dann 24 h belüftet und bei ca 20 Grad Wassertemperatur gebraut (Bactrex gab es jetzt 1x bei dieser gabe hinzu,bei dem nächsten compost Tee fällt bactrex dann weg) hab jeder Pflanze von dieser Lösung jeweils 0,5L an die Pflanzen basis gegossen vorher habe ich die Ladys aber natürlich Gewässer mit 2,5L Wasser und Dann Die Lösung oben drauf. Danach saß ich Dann knapp 4 Std vor dem Zelt und hab ausgeschnitten unten rum (alle Blätter und Triebe unter dem netzt entfernt) danach hab ich noch ca 1 Std damit verbracht Triebe von oben heraus zu entfernen die zu dicht an anderen standen ( war echt nicht einfach da nicht zu viel weg zu schnippeln) aber ich glaube ich bin auf nem guten Weg. Den Rest der Woche habe ich nur noch gehofft das sich die Pflanzen gut erholen von dem was ich ihnen angetan habe, und hab die Fächer Blätter so gut wie es geht täglich runter gedrückt unters netzt damit genug Licht eindringen kann in den Baldachin, aber irgendwie hat die Damen das harte ausrasieren nicht wirklich gestört da wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist der stretch immer noch in gange ist, aber schon deutlich weniger geworden zum Ende dieser Woche. Am Sonntag dem 12.03.23 gab es nur Wasser zum trinken hab jetzt 3,5L Wasser gegossen und somit den Topf komplett mit Wasser gefüllt es kamen dabei ungefähr 20 ml Wasser unten raus, was halb so wild ist, aber immer hin Weiss ich jetzt die gieß menge um den Topf gleichmäßig zu füllen. this is the last week of growing I just want to say that to this point I didn't know what I was doing . at that time I bought a book and read it so I could understand more about what I should do.

Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. Willkommen in Woche sechs! 🌱 Die fünfte Woche lief perfekt – alle Parameter stimmen. Ich habe die Leitfähigkeit des Wassers auf satte 3000 erhöht und den CO2-Gehalt auf 1200 angehoben 🌿. Die Lichtstärke beträgt jetzt 1400 µmol in der Mitte und 1000 am Rand, was dafür sorgen wird, dass die Pflanzen stark im generativen Zustand bleiben 🌞. Ich werde diese Werte bis Ende der dritten Woche beibehalten und dann langsam damit beginnen, die großen Sonnensegel zu entfernen, damit die Blüten ordentlich Licht abkriegen 💡✨. Das sollte der Photosynthese einen letzten Schub geben und das Wachstum der Pflanzen maximal fördern! Bis jetzt sieht alles fantastisch aus! Die Black Cherry ist in verschiedenen Versuchsreihen gut angewachsen, und am Ende des Grows werde ich einen ausführlichen Bericht darüber abgeben, wie sich die beiden Sorten am besten pflegen lassen 🌺👌.

Es wurde Zeit, das Wetter wurde ungemütlich, kalt und regnerisch. Die anderen Pflanzen hatten bereits Schimmel entwickelt und es war auch kein weiteres Blütenwachstum festzustellen. die Trichome sahen auch leicht angebräunt aus, Deshalb wurde geerntet und verarbeitet. Die Ernte der zweiten späten Pflanze war wesentlich geringer aber noch passabel.

Been too busy to update the last few weeks, but they’re surviving longer then I expected. When I received my new light I did not take in consideration of the heat output and within the first night of use the tent reached a scorching 88 degrees

This week growth has been steady. I needed to do some more LST on the left plant because the 3 top sites had all stretched much more than the plant on the right and therefore I was having to move the light further up which meant the plant on the right was getting less light. After tying the 3 tops down, the next day they had readjusted themselves and I have a really nice flat canopy now. Es war eine sehr gemischte Woche mit viel Regen, etwas Sonne und eine Menge Wind. Die Durban Poison lässt sich davon wenig beeindrucken, sie ist am Stock festgebunden, steht kerzengerade und lässt ihre Buds weiter anschwellen. Leider habe ich bei sehr genauem Hinsehen doch ein welkes verdrehtes Blatt in einer Blüte gefunden und dieses mit der Blüte sofort entfernt. Weiteres Untersuchen brachte aber keine weiteren beginnenden Schimmelstellen zum Vorschein. 100% schommelfrei ist sie also nicht... Das Wetter ist jedoch sehr schimmelförderlich zur Zeit. Ich freue mich schon auf die Ernte, in ca. zwei Wochen dürfte es soweit sein und und dann benötige ich viiiel Platz zum Trocknen. Die DP ist dieses Jahr etwas kleiner als im Jahr davor, was sicherlich an der Düngemenge im Topf in der Vegetationsphase liegt. Entscheidend wird sein, ob das Entlauben etwas am Erntergebnis verbessern wird. Letztes Jahr hatte ich mehr Blätter an der Pflanze gelassen. The Durban Poison is not particularly affected by this; it is tied to the stake, stands straight as a die and continues to swell its buds. Unfortunately, upon closer inspection, I did find a wilted, twisted leaf in one of the flowers and immediately removed it along with the flower. Further examination revealed no other signs of mould. So it's not 100% mould-free... However, the weather is very conducive to mould at the moment. I'm looking forward to the harvest, which should be ready in about two weeks, and then I'll need a lot of space for drying. The DP is a little smaller this year than last year, which is certainly due to the amount of fertiliser in the pot during the vegetation phase. The decisive factor will be whether defoliation will improve the harvest yield. Last year, I left more leaves on the plant. Thank you very much for visiting and best wishes for a mould-free week! 😀
