Still having major problems with fungus gnats and the populations have exploded! So I ended up doing a drench of hydrogen peroxide to kill all the eggs on contact that where in the top inch or so of the pots. Also on the pots that where worse I added sand to the top just as an extra precaution. I added my second and final layer of trellis. I mostly use the trellis for support and for spreading out the canopy and opening up the lower bud sites to the light. We can see the bud sites are starting to set and are looking pretty great for 2 weeks of flower!

Decided to start dark period(24-48hrs) day 85 mostly milky not much amber maybe some amber on the sugar leaves. I wanted to go 90+days with this auto but I needed the space in the tent for my photos and she looks almost ready, would’ve liked to see a little more amber but nevertheless I haven’t grown much at all so don’t have too much preference yet on trichomes. I’ll chop in a day or two and dry in my smaller tent and hopefully it goes well, my first harvest I dried too fast in low humidity and wasn’t that pleased with the end result. This time I’m planning on lowering exhaust speed and to not be so scared of 50+humidity in drying area and raise it to around 60humidity after a few days. Can’t think of anything else to write, but I’ll update after the chop and dry and 🙏 hopefully all goes well.

Ha ido bien. Hace 5 días que esta afuera y recibe la luz y el clima de invierno,11° a 23° Celsius y una humedad relativa del 35 al 40 %. 11 horas de luz de las cuales 5 son directas y el resto indirectas. Lo que ha hecho que los tricomas no se degraden tanto tal como los terpenos. Huele DEMASIADO en comparación cuando estaba dentro del armario de cultivo. En breves actualización con el corte final y su peso. Me gusta mucho esta genética y se ha convertido en una de mis favoritas.

Smell of the plant is amazing. Smells like red Berries. Buds got huge and medium dense. I only harvested the 3 main buds as they are developed the most. The rest of the plant can stay for one more week. I Also removed some dead leaves.

Another good week come and gone. A couple of the girls needed nutrients so I add some general hydroponics blend into those that needed them. Didn't seem to make much difference yet. But they are getting into late flower. This Gorilla Cookie is my girl in this tent. She's doing well and hopefully will start turning more. Looks like she'll go the longest out of the crew. The blue dream is finishing off the bloom cycle. The plants leaves are fading evermore leaves are practically yellow. The stalk is beginning to decay. The aroma emanating from the plant has increased smells like fortified wine with a floral essence. The try chromes have covered all the flowers and are most of them are milky! This strain is beautiful. It loved the LST and grew very well without any problem. Today I lollipopped her, so now the plant can concentrate all her energies on the top colas. The colas are just beautiful, and the smell is soo good, the best I have ever smelt.

I gonna start to cut some shoots at the bottom of the plants, I already know these small ones won’t reach the top. And will start to unplug some few big fan leaves, that are covering shoots just below the canopy to give them some light. ✅New Growers Tips ✅ ✅Switch to 12/12 light flowering cycle when your lights are half way to the ceiling. ✅Stick on your Veg. nutrients to give them Nitrogen to support the stretch and avoiding any dieback situation (plants yellowing from the bottom, moving their Nitrogen to save the top) around week 4 of flowering. Almost 2 weeks into flower and I’ve been busy tucking and trimming. Stuffs exploding in growth. Did a second defoliation at day 13 into flower and this time I decided to switch it up and try going opposite of what I normally do. This time I removed a very large amount of foliage and really opened up everything instead of just removing what I absolutely had to. Hopefully I didn’t stress them to much but they didn’t even seem to mind it anyway. Couple days later and didn’t even look like I did anything, except fill more screen out... lol going strong still anyway! Cheers 💨
