Wow, what a great week for the plants! Despite some challenging weather conditions, they really thrived. We discovered that watering them more frequently helps them deal with the sun and dryness in the greenhouse, which is fantastic news. We've also taken steps to control pests by using peppermint and more neem oil around the house, and we've improved the greenhouse's foundation. It feels great to see everything coming together! While we're aiming for the best, we know there's still plenty to learn and do. Next week, we'll likely start implementing some new growth techniques now that the plants' stems are getting sturdier and more leaves are sprouting at the lower levels. It's exciting to see them progress through this vegetative stage! One of the Sour Diesel was beginning to flower so we had to cut it off. She was putting all of her energy towards growing it and it was eventually going to kill her. RIP

Flowering Day 63 As I mentioned last week, I have to harvest today because I'm going on vacation for a week tomorrow, and I don't want the rest of the buds to start molding. I had to cut off about five thick buds within a week. I didn't find any more moldy buds when harvesting. The flowers of the three phenos looking beautiful and all different. I'm curious to see how they smell after drying. At the moment, they smell very pine and floral. Update and conclusion follow soon.

Hi Gromie's, upped nutrients & turned light up to 75% (360w), wich has helped bring up temps to 22-24°c really good growth. DD#2 ,DD#3, DD#4 are 1 week younger than DD#1, had originally fimmed 2, 3,&4 but changed my mind & decided to top them & mainline them. I have topped DD#1 for a 2nd time & I am following nebula haze's (grow weed easy.com) method of mainlining keeping the first & 3rd node's to give me 4 cola's per side, 8 total. So till next time Gromie's, ☮️👍🤘

21 branches over 40 bud sites only to be handled with nylon gloves. Bent the top over slightly to allow better distance from the light she is much taller than I thought I allowed for. Not complaining lol. I stopped adding the fast grow a while back it just never stayed deleted. Also added an extra light down below to give light to the bottom 45watt led at 30 cm away from closest branch. End of next week I will be adding extreme boost and removing the monster bloom.

01/01/2022 Potting up and amending with 5-2-4 to give a little kick before mid flower #6 is first girl to show herself, also got two different males and only difference is that one is lighter green and other darker green (also dark green one seems to drink more than lighter green) 💚. Other than that structure is very similar I wonder which is a better breeding male? I guess I might pollinate and LABEL TWO BRANCHES ON each female one for each male. and find out.🙏🏻 01/06/2022 #3 showed today, reppoted and into flowering closet, along with#6,who showed earlier this week lights at 14-10 see how they respond to that schedule, which should help use up the 5-2-4 going into week 3 should help with her stretch. Which isn't really that much I believe maybe double her current height, which I will check at lights on.Week ,#3 if I think of it I'll give a good fungal dominant tea.

Its own personality At Kannabia Seeds we have put all our effort into bringing out our own feminized Monkey Grease, a cross between Monkey Grease x White Widow, focusing above all on giving it its own personality in flavor and aroma (frankly unmistakable) and, of course, in Highly demanded characteristics, such as high resistance to diseases and pests, and adaptability to all types of growing conditions, making it close and easy to grow to the widest possible range of growers. The result is a really powerful and versatile indica-sativa marijuana seed, with a powerful relaxing effect, ideal for those moments when you want to disconnect from the madding crowd. Cultivation of Monkey Grease Which cultivation method would be most appropriate for this variety? Good question… and one that is easy to answer. Its versatility and adaptability make it a true all-rounder, with remarkably uniform results, whether you choose SOG, SCROG, hydroponics or guerrilla growing. Moreover, we invite you to experiment and play, varying the techniques from moment to moment, and to draw your own conclusions. We are convinced that in all cases, apart from minor variations, the results will always be optimal, giving remarkable yields and in a short time. Attention should be paid to its high bud production, which can be fat, dense and heavy, although its sturdy branches are able to bear heavy loads without major problems. If you are a fan of extractions, our Monkey Grease is also optimal, given its high production of caramelised resin. If it is already amazingly productive indoors, this variety excels on its own merits outdoors, where it can easily reach 200 cm in height, and can reach between 700 and 800 grams per plant. It is therefore an easy and grateful plant, which demands little from its gardeners, making do with simple basic care, and with little or no propensity to develop diseases or mildew, or to attract pests (despite its striking aroma!). Taste and effect of Monkey Grease Our Monkey Grease stands out first and foremost because of its powerful, strong smell, which is hard to camouflage. A penetrating aroma that unfolds, in a balanced way, on the palate in the form of a wide range of spicy and sweet flavours, reminiscent of wild honey, nougat and cinnamon, and distant notes of milk chocolate. A delicious treat to be savoured calmly, without haste, as a preamble to its pleasant effect: extremely relaxing and narcotic, powerful, ideal for meditation and moments of introspection and meditation. Don’t be in a hurry with Monkey Grease. It can be your perfect ally to treat those stress and anxiety problems, but for that you must let yourself go, surrender to its charms, especially if you are inexperienced. ________________________________________________________ Setup: 140x70x200 cm Spiderfarmer tent 2x Monkey 16W fans (not oscillating) 1x box fan 50W oscillating (on lowest level) LED Full Spectrum 320W AGLEX AGL-320W-MA 5,6 kg foldable, dimmable 864 pieces Samsung LH301H 864umol/s 2,7umol/J full spectrum white + RED 660nm + IR 740nm wavelength range 380-780nm covering 3x4ft Green Buzz Nutrients https://greenbuzzliquids.com/ ❗ Use code GD42025 for generous 25% discount (for orders of minimum 75€) 💚 Plagron Growmix Can Lite Filter 125/ 400cm³/h PrimaKlima exhaust EC 125-400/240 cm³/h tab water pH 8 - EC 0,25 with Calmag to 0,5 Advanced Hydroponics pH minus Grow + Bloom to pH 6.2 💧 🐒 🍌 🌴🐒 🍌 🌴🐒 🍌 🌴🐒 🍌 🌴🐒 🍌 🌴🐒 🍌 🌴🐒 🍌 🌴

🌿 Gelonade – Week 4 Veg Grower: Dogdoctor Strain: Gelonade (Zamnesia Seeds) Type: Feminized Environment: Indoor Tent | Dual Zone | Full Spectrum LED | Full Control Ecosystem ⸻ 🌱 The Plants: Branching, Glowing, Flourishing Our Gelonade girls are THRIVING. Four weeks into veg and both phenos are showing off, with no signs of transplant stress and a burst of branching energy that’s filling out beautifully. • Stems are strong, upright, and thickening nicely • Leaves are broad, vibrant, and reaching • Internodal spacing is tight — perfect for shaping later • Side branches are already declaring themselves We took both beauties out for a special photoshoot this week. The studio lighting captured their posture, color, and symmetry, and let’s just say… they’re already stars. 🌟 ⸻ 🔧 Gear Check – Ecosystem in Harmony This grow is powered by tech and intention, a custom environment designed for precision and balance. Let’s break it down. 💡 Lighting: We’re running dual light ecosystems in an expanded 8x8 grow area: • Future of Grow – Black Series 600 • Full-spectrum, ultra-efficient, deep canopy penetration • ThinkGrow Model One LED • High PPFD uniformity, smart dimming, daylight-mimicking balance Both are controlled via the TrolMaster system, allowing: • Timed schedules • Sunrise/sunset ramping • Real-time PPFD monitoring 🌞 Each light is tuned to deliver exactly what the plants need, no more, no less. ⸻ Sensors & Controllers The TrolMaster Tent-X Controller is the brain of the operation — feeding live data from sensors throughout the space: • CO₂ Sensor – Ensures levels stay in the ideal range for vigorous veg • Temp/Humidity Sensor – Live VPD adjustments and historical tracking • PPFD Sensor – Calibrates light levels and spreads evenly across canopy Everything is automated, or monitored manually as needed. This allows you to focus on plants, not guesswork. ⸻ 🌬️ Airflow & Filtration Keeping the air clean, fresh, and moving is a core part of this grow. Here’s how it flows: 🔁 Extraction: • Two 6-inch exhaust fans with carbon filters: • AeroFan 6” – Controlled by TrolMaster Tent-X • Spider Farmer 6” – Controlled by GGS Controller • Both extract stale, warm air through carbon filters, scrubbing it clean and odor-free before it leaves the tent. Intake: • 6-inch filtered intake fan constantly bringing in fresh, oxygen-rich air ❓ Why Carbon Filters? Even in veg, filters reduce: • Dust & spores • Unwanted scents • Airborne pathogens It’s not just about smell — it’s about clean air = healthy plants. 📹 A video walkthrough is now included in the diary to show this airflow system in motion, stay tuned for a narrated version soon. ⸻ 💧 Feeding This Week The girls are still on the Aptus Veg Foundation Mix, focused on: • Cellular strength • Root expansion • Balanced nutrient delivery Feed Mix (per liter): • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml: Cellular support, heat resistance, uptake enhancer • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml: Frame and photosynthesis building • Aptus All-In-One Liquid – 1 ml: Broad spectrum nutrition • Aptus Start Booster – 0.2 ml: Ongoing root + early leaf architecture support 💡 Why keep Start Booster? Even at Week 4, it helps support the rapid branching phase and assists in developing feeder roots that stretch out horizontally. ⸻ 🌼 Looking Ahead Next week, we’ll begin shifting the feed to support the pre-flower transition. It’s not flower time yet, but the plants will begin “asking” for more energy and structural support soon. No rush, just flow. Expect: • More branching • Thicker stems • Early pre-flower signs (depending on light cycle) We’ll be watching closely, letting the girls tell us when it’s time. ⸻ 🌞 It’s Summer – and So Is the Grow The seasonal energy is flowing right into the tent. Life is pulsing. Roots are diving. Leaves are dancing in the air current. From animals outside to chlorophyll inside, everything is alive right now, and the Gelonade girls are right in rhythm. This is the joy of veg: potential made visible. ⸻ 💬 Final Thoughts This grow isn’t just about growing cannabis, it’s about building systems, creating harmony, and telling the story of life through plants. The Gelonade run is a flagship grow: Precision gear, intentional care, vibrant phenos. And above all, love in every step. We’re not just growing plants. We’re growing a garden of learning, beauty, and experience.

I'm doing an organic soil grow using Purple Cow Organics for the substrate. For germination and seedling phase, I'm using their Seed Starter mix. Once they are ready to focus on vegetative growth, I will transplant them into 5 gallon fabric AutoPots using Purple Cow's Indicanja soil. This is a "water only" soil that I will be attempting to use without feeding much additional nutrients, except for Bloom City Cal-Mag, since I will be using RO water. My tent has CO2 enrichment, so I will be using ~25% higher DLI levels starting at week 2 or 3 than are typical for photoperiod grows. I will adjust as necessary based on how the plants react. #2 and #3 emerged from soil after 2 days (August 22). #1 and 4 took two extra days to be fully emerged with open cotyledons (August 24). During germination, I had VPD set to 0.5 kPa. PPFD was 200 and DLI was around 13, with an 18 hour light cycle. CO2 levels are between 1000-1400 ppm. I included a video showing and explaining my AutoPot and AirDome setup and my general plans for this first grow.
