3 weeks down and into the fourth! This girl has started exploding in the last few days. I've now started to tuck the bigger leaves under the new growth as much as I can. The Gorilla Cookies definitely is the healthiest girl in the tent. As for environment, today I've turned the ventilation fan on 24hrs with no breaks. I started getting paranoid that hour on hour off is not doing them any favors and I'm just gonna have to suck it up and bare the brunt of the power bill. This will also drastically reduce the RH, which I'm not totally sure of the effects it will have on the girls. Low RH has got to be better than RH too high, right? 🤷‍♂️

She is so heavy had to lay the plant on its side to cut and remove trellis so her branches and even main stem did not split. Sticky as she can be, had to clean hands and trimmers (eyes once lol) many times for just a light trim. GENERAL COMMENT. WEEK 4 OF FLOWER. The week ran smooth, girls keep on growing well, my soil is becoming a bit compact, i usually use clay pellets mixed but this time i when straight with the soilless mixture, 50% Mosses and 50%p Perlite, with no organic correction so is inert, a pro is that you don’t see bugs such as gnats, till now. For the moment @B4RNS gave a nice idea on how to improve the aeration by using a knitting needle, to poke the soil, and that was easy to do, with minimal damage. Is a regular plastic pointy stick. Had putted up the lamp to around 40cm from the canopy. EC continues at 3.1, and added overdrive to the feed, lowered the B-52. Cal mag more diluted 1ml/l one time a week only. RQS NORTHERN LIGHTS AUTOMATIC COMMENT. As usual, the Pheno i have got is more sensible, have to do a second run to understand better the genetics or get a seed directly from RQS to make sure. Also with that since the beginning, spotting and ect, the girl si shooting many colas still and is crowded with bud spots, had removed some spotted leaves to be able to see if spotting is continuing. Light positioned up because this girl looked a bit stressed. As far as training i decided to super crop the top, to create a more even canopy, lst was not possible as the stem is hard as iron.

8/19 (Day 63) - Pretty normal/typical today. Have just been monitoring since the defoliation a few days ago. Environment has been stable, stay around 78/79 degrees during the day and around 73 at night. Humidity fluctuates between 55-60 RH. PH stays 5.8/5.9. I did accidentally feed a bit much and have been watering with just RO water and they have been drinking fine, a few deficiencies and I also lowered my light power by 10%. I may end up changing the res and water tomorrow just because I did mix my nutrients a little hot by accident and took me a few days to notice. Everything is looking pretty good thus far and we are getting closer to finishing! Pretty pleased with my first grow but excited for the second because I have more knowledge and have a few things that im going to correct and do differently. Will be updating throughout the week. Thanks for looking. 8/20 (Day 64) - Decided to just ride out and keep topping the res with RO water, Calmag, and Rootdrip. I think I added too much Calmag last week trying to correct the calcium deficiency I was seeing. Girls are drinking just fine and not showing any real issues. Everything is stays in check. Tomorrow is water and nute change. 8/21 (Day 65)- Woke up early and got the everything pumped out and fresh water and nutrients back in. Definitely over did it on the calmag last week by mistake but doesn't look like any real harm done. Roots and plants are looking good and getting big! All the plants seem at slightly different stages in flower though, not sure if its something ive done or just differences in plants genetically. All conditions are in check and gonna continue to watch them hopefully keep fattening up! As always, tips and recommendations always appreciated!

lovely OG to grow, touched my plants with oil on my fingers dumb move hey see video. This is 1 of the easiest strains I have ever grown in 0ver 30 years, topped once no lst and thrive at a ph of 6.7 they use everything around 5litres in 4 days the pots are light and dry but not bone dry.

the little one is rising quickly this week, I think it will last another week, a week and a half at most, before dedicating itself to full flowering. the seedling entered the pre-flowering phase a few days ago (2/3 days ago)

Hate that I had to chop earlier then I wanted but when life throws u a curve ball u have to adapt lol anyways she had mostly cloudy tricoms and smelt amazing 👏 but her she is I'll let u know the final results when it comes to dry weight. Also I'm revegging here 😆 🤣 😂 😹 she's one of my new mother plants now!

The stretch is amazing! This plant is a real sky king! Buds are really stacking well on most of the branches. A major recovery from the massive defoliation from last week! Internodes are Sativa like. Branchy. BHB 1 is a monster! Around 19 viable bud sites. She's taaall. Lollipopped the lower quadrant for airflow and to redirect the growth where it is needed. BHB 2 is the shorter, slightly younger plant. Shorter and has about 1-12 bud sites. Five branches are taller than the rest (This is a similar trend in #1). The buds are looking healthy. I do get the occasional burnt leaf from my heater at night. Another week of stretching and another big defoliation and that problem should have sorted itself out. Just found out my res temp is at 62°F. I've started the circulation fan in my insulated box in sync with my exit fan. When it gets too warm, it'll start not only my exit fan, but also the box fan. Should raise the temp gradually back up to 65°. Where I like it. Still, no one has complained. Growth was/is still vigorous and healthy! Keeping the PPMs at around 800-900. Going to do a straight water flush for 24 hours, then start again at 500 PPMs or so. In soil I've always done periodic flushes throughout the cycle of the plant. Usually twice in veg. Once at around 6 weeks and another at transition. The third is at week four of flower and the last is the obligatory final flush. 24-48 hours after the flushes, there is a strong and vigorous spurt from the plant. three days later 'in soil' I go back to nutrients. DWC requires much less time to do the same thing, so 24 hours, it is! I've done two flushes so far and the experience in DWC is the same. Just faster. I highly recommend trying it if you haven't already. Although the root rot is essentially gone, I continue to brew my microbe tea using Advanced Nutrients Tarantula. I add a litre every forty eight hours to each plants res. This is just prevention at this point. There is so much peat moss and soil left in the root ball when transplanted from their soil, it just seems prudent. Future grows will be done 'sterile. With no organic material or biosphere (microbes)... unless we run into problems again. With the res temps so low, I don't think it'll be an issue.
