There is so much to discuss ! I have been extremely busy as of late trying to get this Harvest together, but i am happy to have it here for you now ! I Seriously under estimated the amount of time, help from others, and my own necessary skills to pull this off.. and i still kind of screwed it up lol ! But its worth noting i have never actually done this before and trying to document it during....was extremely hard. It is next to impossible to work an iPhone with rubber gloves on ! First I want to discuss everything step by step so before you jump straight into the comments on how the end product is so small in "quantity" Rest assured i am happy with its"quality"...and thats all that matters to me because Life is a journey not a destination! and i have learned so much from this grow that I couldn't be any happy even if i messed some things up :) But at the very least I hope you read through this entry in its entirety with an open mind and focus more on the process, rather than just the outcome! I ran out of Ice & i was only able to wash three times..(normally I've heard you should go sometimes 5-6 washes) Preparation is Key & things will be much better next round :) Photos 1-22 These are pretty self explanatory but for those of you just tuning in now.. this is what happens to a very happy plant when you don't have the necessary tools to monitor key components of growing cannabis.. Ph, as well as EC levels play a very key role in the outcome of your grow lol that being said I was just able to save this plant by purchasing both tools but that doesn't mean the plant didn't suffer because of the prior events.. This was a Huge reason behind me choosing to turn this harvest into what i would consider "Solventless Hash Rosin" from "Ice water extracted Bubble hash". Pictures 23 The idea here is the process of using "fresh Frozen Cannabis" this has been discussed many a time online on such sites as instagram and here on grow diaries as well.. I personally have Never tried the process so i decided to try it out and make a judgement for myself.. Video 24 The Cannabis has now been in the freezer for 72 hours making it very well frozen.. as you can tell i struggled getting it all into the 25u Screen Wash Bag. One thing of note i would do differently is i will de-stem my next batch as i also believe this played a part in the amount of plant matter that escaped through the sieves. Photo/Video's 25-28 The idea here is "ice water Seiving" & especially with the bags that I am using here that are only have screen material on the bottom portion of the bag it is very important to have spaces in-between the screens to allow the water to pass directly through the screens into the bottom bucket with the least amount of resistance.. because the hash is so extremely temperature dependant if it gets warm on the side of the bag.. it will stick there and not make it to the bottom to become use able product.. 29 You do not need to use as much Ice as i used here lol... the idea is to keep everything very cold..i certainly achieved that but at the sacrifice of using so much that i ended up grinding product and producing "contaminants" but in the end they are just plant matter that i would be smoking when i rolled up my joint either way so.. I'm not super disappointed.. But it should be noted that what you want to achieve here is a Layering effect where you have the wash bag between two small layers of ice while the "water current" washes the Trichomes away allowing them to be separated by the screens setup below :) Before Starting the machine you should allow some time (i.e.;10-12minutes pre soak to allow the product to become saturated) before the first cycle. By video 32 I have just ran out of ice lol.. Video 33-34 Here I have a tip for you.. to separate the screens that you sieve through.. cut 5 gallon buckets to stretch them across nice and tight.. it'll make scooping your Bubble that much easier ! i learned this from the many "Frenchy" videos I have watched :) Picture 35 Here in lays the problem for most people.. drying your hash without loosing vast amounts of "Terpenes" whilst also stay ever vigilant against mold ! Thanks to all those videos I've watched on youtube.. id like to think this was one of my most successful parts of this process.. Things to Note; Terpenes start to seriously evaporate at temperatures 68F or 20C you need to stay as cold as possible whilst bringing the Relative Humidity in the space down into the 40-30% to stay away from that nasty mold ! I used my cold storage room in the basement.. with a dehumidifier running to keep the space at 45% RH & staying at a constant 15c. All while spreading the hash as thin as possible across parchment paper, on top of the white screens with a fan moving air across both sides of the paper. Pictures 36-38 These are some macros i took in the middle of my drying session I fell in love with the colour. Yes i know the black spots are plant material but they will get caught when i bag the hash & squish the oil out. Thing to Note; at this stage it is important to ensure you 'micro plane" the hash down as fine as you can whilst staying weary of the temperature... any "chunks" will hold pockets of moisture.. that lead to potential problems..ie; mold ... Picture/Video 39-41 Successfully planed bubble hash ready to be bagged and Squished ! Picture 42 Ive decided to follow Pedro.. from Pedros Grow Room and double bag to be on the safe side so i don't have any blow outs. So thats One 25u bag inside one 160u bag ! :) Pictures 43 This is almost 3 grams of the bubble hash from above, already melting in the bag.. this is where i ran into trouble again lol things started getting to warm in the house and i was only able to get one of the three squish's i did on video :( things started getting sticky. Picture 44 This is basically just a photo of the equipment I'm using; 3x5 LowTemp Cage in the frame I built myself, with a 20Ton bottle jack. Something to note here is this is an older Lowtemp model with only a single heating zone which is which i have it closed here heating Both sides of the press :) As well as the importance of having adequate pressure on your plates.. my rig is very overkill for the size of hash bags..lol Video 45 Here is the lovely press video.. its didn't quite work the way i wanted either lol my directional folding wasn't quite tight enough for a big "drip" :) &the Press was set to 65°c Photo's 46-50 are pretty self explanatory :) I had a blow out.. but still managed to pull an 80% return from the hash once squished...& yes it tasted amazing :) Was it worth it in the end... that could be debated.. for some..i understand..its not your thing, but for those of us that are interested in making our own concentrates.. free from Solvents... The summer is here. Black cream showing some colors but not what i imagine. But with out a dought some of the best buds i Have seen. Shes know senescence. Just let the lower buds get some power in 2 more weeks shes done. Im liking a lot the way CoshKush is going Very promissing branchs and a inner purple color to the picilis. Lets se as she fatns. Weeding Cake its looking like shes reduced grow speed. Like the tick piscilis now starting to go orange Bomberry looked so promessing in vege and now not so much. Late as allways.... This plant was the first of the 4 to come up, it also basically exploded out of the shell in the germination process. While she was still in water I could already see green leaves lol. She’s really plugging along. This is a cross made by a friend of mine and is the first time it’s being grown.

In der letzten Woche hat die Pflanze sich sehr gut entwickelt. Wenn man couch-look nicht mag, reichen 9 Wochen Blütephase. Der Besitzer der Pflanze konnte in seinem ersten Indoor Durchgang sehr viel lernen, an Erfahrung sammeln und sich den ein oder anderen Fehler gleich abgewöhnen. Auch muss man dazu sagen, das die Pflanze sehr heftig unter den Temperaturen gelitten hat. Teileweise waren es zwischen 13 und 30 °C. Auch war eine lange Durststrecke dabei. Alles in allem, für die erste Pflanze doch recht in Ordnung.

Gave the photos a haircut today. Removed some fan leaves and lower branches that wouldn't amount to much. Gave the branches to my horse because he loves them! Tried enticing the ducks with fan leaves but they weren't having any of it. They prefer lettuce, not "The Devil's Lettuce"😂 I added in a little 5-1-1 fish fertilizer to my feeding regimen as well. Still picking off inchworms. And as you can see I made it to the hardware store and put up this baby almost completely by myself. I only asked my husband to hold the center roof panel support while I screwed it in. Couldn't have been better timing since hurricane Dorian came through yesterday and we had plenty of rain. Of course it didn't fully protect them but the majority of the rain hit the roof. And then it got down to 49 F last night. It's really Fall now! This girl is frosty and she ain't near done, those pistils are like a white walker! So looking forward to this finish, because it's gonna be better than last year for sure!

Cookie back under the net and a new 300W led and loving the all the room. Cherry still doing good in 2x2 but still has shown no white pistols yet.

And she’s up and drying! Massive yield, piney earthy terps— perfect structure. Just a great plant all around! More to come

I moved the dirt around dunno if i should’ve done that lol. *** FAIL *** Germination : 10/7 2pm wet paper towel + Myco All 6 seeds popped but I cooked them while trying to keep warm…RIP 420 mystery pack Germination I0I6 6:30 pm glass of room temp tap water + few drops of h2o2 Day 2 Moved seeds to “dookie”paper(myco), all seeds have visible tap roots popping out except amnesia zkittles , which was the biggest seed, and looks to just be opening up. Day 3 AZ caught up and GP has a fat chub of a tap root lol. Planted all the seeds into holes with myco. Was a bit sketchy some had weird root shapes and hopefully I didn’t plant them too deep. Sprayed with dechlorinated not PHed water. Day 4 - Girls in the dirt. Watered a few oz with a spray bottle. Not PHed with FishSh!t New grow. Going organic and auto flowering this time, so new experience. My plan is to just lst with minimal interference since they grow fast, and maybe top 2 of them just to experiment. Also planning on adding some more light. Any advice or comments are welcomed and appreciated.

All round great strain to grow , responds well to lolly popping technique , produced around 8/9 good main colas ,, covered in resinous terps with a strong earthy smell … I cannot wait to try this one she’s a beautifull looking plant DRSHOTZUK🍀🍀💚💚

FBA2502 Week 3 April 13-19 Veg 2 This week I introduced nutrients to the watering schedule. My planned feed schedule will be to feed, feed, water each week until the time to flush. , adjusting nutrients per the growth cycle. Hopefully this will keep from overfeeding and reduce salt build up in the soil. Nutrients: I will be using General Hydroponics Flora line at ½ feed rate and Cal mag throughout this grow. My tap water measures 8.3-8.5 so even after adding nutrients, I have to PH down my feed solution. Regarding nutrients, I’ve tried Fox Farm, TPS1, Plagron and now General Hydroponics. What I am looking for is organic, ease of use, minimal individual bottles that will yield large, dense sticky buds that hit hard in effect. Plants range in height from 5-7” except #1 which has been pinned to the soil. I will try wrapping her around the perimeter of the pot. Since she leaned over, I pinned her down and have been anchoring along the rim, twisting the stem so the node is on the side or top rather than underneath. I don’t think she likes training since the stems are a bit floppy. They are all still in veg, bushy with large indica leaves. I’ve been tucking the large leaves under the bud sites to give more light under the canopy. I’m tempted to top one of the bigger plants to have a comparison on resistance and final yield. This week I made a short video for each 2502 tester and a pic or 2. GH Flora Micro ½ tsp /gal Gro ½ tsp /gal Bloom ½ tsp /gal Fox CalMag ½ tsp /gal PPM 573 & 715 when I added Plagrons Royal Rush 4ml. Same this week. Some stretching and lst as it follows.In the second watering with 1L saw run off for first time. I think that I will lst again in (if necessary) the first days of next week and then stop.

I thought I had major issues, and stunned this plant during growth. Apparently this plant is a very short strain. I didn't mess it up as bad as I thought. I did have issue with the grow. Bud smells very intriguing, and looks potent. I don't have much else to report, but am curious to how it smokes. Have done some more LST and defoliated this week. Its another slow grow, but not seeing any health issues so far.

Inicio de floración , fotoperiodo 12/12h. bajo 300W, ATS Pro 2,7 µmol/J. Por lo que hace al cultivo. Una segunda aplicación foliar con Spider boom 3ml/l para prevenir posibles plagas de araña roja. Todo y habiendo unas temperaturas en el exterior de 0ºC en el interior se está bastante bién. 😋 Así de primeras diria que esta luminaria me parece de lo mejorcito que he tenido nunca, reparte la luz como ninguna otra penetrando mucho mejor. Otra es la comodidad para bajar o subir la potencia y la posibilidad de añadirle un controlador que monitorea la temperatura de la sala de cultivo, el fotoperiodo y la intensidad, así como la atenuación de potencia. Esta semana cansado de ir bajando o subiendo la potencia del extractor durante todo el año he decidido probar un SMSCom Smart Controller. De esta manera espero no sufrir tanto por las subidas ni por las bajadas de temperatura. Muchas veces son las que por A o por B descuido el interior y casulamente son los dias que el tiempo cambia repentinamente. Un primer foliar con Delta9 para que se pongan fuertes para lo que les viene.

The prefect plant if you want something fruity with a short flowering time! This plant explodes in thc and even considering she was not in optimal conditions. I had some bugs, trips to be precise, so i applied neem, but the concentration was too high so i burned some leaves and stems 🤦 Finally the yield was highly affected due to the above mentioned, still the buds are amazing, highly covered in snow, specially from the smaller clones i had, the suggestion is to use support to ensure the plant can manage the buds

Day 63 — All progressing well. The Sensi bloom fertilizer has fixed all issues and the buds are really coming on now. I still have no explanation why one LB is tall and lanky and the other is stocky and thick. Only difference was I topped them a week apart. I switched to 12/12 schedule today. Read somewhere that resin production increases on that schedule. I am also just running bloom lighting for the past week. Seems to benefit them so will continue. I figure another 2-3 weeks and it will be time to harvest. Cheers!
