Day 36 Grow Diary Entry – Day 36 (Flower Day 16) Strain: Sour Frootz by Karma Genetics Plants: 4 clones Training: HST + SCROG Today is Flowering Day 16, and the Sour Frootz ladies are officially deep into the early-to-mid bloom stage. Bud sites are now well-defined, and the pistils are stacking up nicely. The stretch phase has slowed down slightly, giving a good window for structural management. To keep the canopy even and under control, I applied high-stress training (HST) by bending and tucking the taller tops through the SCROG net. I also reduced overall plant height by about 25 cm, evening out the top layer across all four plants. This should help maximize light penetration and bud development across the entire canopy. The plants handled the stress well—no signs of wilting or shock so far. With this structure locked in, the SCROG net is now fully supporting the horizontal spread, allowing more light to reach secondary bud sites. The aroma is intensifying slightly, a sweet, fruity tang starting to build up when brushing against the leaves. Everything is on track. Great week. Plants growing nicely. Healthy leaves nice color. Main stem is quite thick, LST was a bit more difficult with main stem. So far so good.

Last week wen smooth as it is supposed to go, girls are loving the conditions so its time to start feedings, for this run I’m using all in one pallets as food and just watering with Regulator ( a must in my water) and some microbiological help and iff and wen needed, only them i will complement extra N, P or K as needed. Defoiled alot of leaves underneath and some of the leaves that put shade on budsites Also defoiled for reducing RH and increasing airflow

Day 35 (day 1 flowering): Wow these ladies kick into flowering early. thankfully they have allowed me time to get them spread out. Today was a last attempt at getting them into their own space fornwach growing tip. even the lowers have been encouraged to join the party for the stretch period. Bring it on , we are ready !. lol The Mimosa lemon has really got busy the last week and her transition for flowering should be very positive with her l.s.t set up. She has so many growth tips that are joining the vertical climb. she is still very workable but is hardening up more now. I definitely notice the lack of using silicon fornthese so will start tonadd it early on I think. Seeing how well she filled the pot is a bonus too. she will be a good producer I think . she is at The edges of the 30L pot now and will be held there until late in flowering. Once she hits 21 days , I will defoliate her along with the Glueberry. The Glueberry is a thicket of new growth and hopeful main buds. The stems are so thick that she is nearly unworkable. with the breakages to her 4th node , I am hoping to keep her stress below snapping point till the finish. She has some serious thick mains fighting for the top slot and i expect a beasty of a flowering girl. Having g just hit the flowering , I hope to use the stretch to get her set up better. seeing her clumped up makes me nervous. Her structure is similar to a manifold but less planned that way. lwrs see what she does. be well.

She's also showing light green around the leafs maybe slight magnesium deficiency. 10/11/2019 - Yellow leafs showing up really fast so I 'flushed' the medium with 1l of 6.4 PH plain water, watered until some run off start to showing, change the watering plan again, now I only water when the pot feels light and dry at the bottom. 13/11/2019 - Pot was really light and dry at the bottom so I gave her 1.5l of water with 0,75ml of Grow, 1,5ml of Bloom and 0.75ml of Max BioBizz PH 6.5 until some runoff started to appear I think was too much again : also added a work-supplement led strip light. 14/11/2019 - Leaves looking pale raise the light to 45cm instead of the recommended by manufacture 25-40cm.

Permanent marker the 1st thing that comes to mind when I think about these seedlings is the stem out of all 12 seedlings I have going in the tent the 2 Permanent Marker seedlings stems are think when the fan blows on them they don't sway at all. 1 of the 2 seedling has some interesting wide leaves Last grow I overwatered and had to toss them because growth got stunted and a bunch if fungus knats got to the soil. This time I'm trying promix potting soil wish I had tried promix hp but the store close by isn't a hudro store and that's what they had. So this time I'm being very cautious with the watering I'm only useing a spray bottle I'm currently giving 45 spray per solo cup every few days when it dries out. This promix soil seems to hold water decent so the 45 spray there is 0 water coming out the bottom the cup yet. Here soon I think I'm going to double the amount of spray to 90 and start letting the soil get dry dry before watering again. Probably will hold off on any nutes quite yet. I'm going from 24/0 to 20/4 light schedule this week. There getting to the point they won't strech as much is 4 hrs of darkness and I'm rasing the light intensity a little it's been around 150 I'm upping it to around 175. Most likely by the end of the week I'll probably be pushing 200 or close. Hopefully I can get them into the big tent soon At this stage I like to alternate having the fan blowing on them I feel it gives them time to recover and get stronger instead of wind stress. Also every few days I will turn the plants so they are facing away from the light making them grow back towards the light I fell it makes them stronger

Great grow. I experimented with topping and topped to earley which hurt my overall yield but after all was said and done I ended up with just over an ounce of really good top shelf pot!!!

These are going to be some pretty in a month from now. The tallest is at approx 6” from the light at approx 380w so we’ll see so far no sign of light or heat stress.

WEEK 16 - (06/13/2021 - 06/19/2021) Week 8, Day 50 - FLOWER: 06/13/2021 After inspecting the trichome development for the last 7-10 days or so, I’ve decided that today would be the ideal time to begin flushing. The American Pie #1 does not look like it’s ready to begin flushing quite yet, as she appears to be about a week behind in maturity. Despite that, I’ll still begin flushing her today too. Recycled water: 70ppm, 69℉ + pH Up: 7ml Mixture: 95ppm, 6.4 pH, 69℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 895/800, 6.1 pH AP#1 - 529/434, 6.5 pH AP#2 - 365/270, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 624/529, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 8, Day 51 - FLOWER: 06/14/2021 Did a trichome check on the plants today. Spent more time with the Jelly Banana to better determine her maturity level. She actually looks like she is ready to harvest today. I’d say trichomes are 75-80% milky, with an amber trichome here and there. I’m going to try and push her through at least one more low-ppm watering and test the runoff. All the girls are looking ripe for the chopping. The aroma that bursts out of the tent when I unzip it every time is heavenly. American Pie #1 is still about a week behind in maturity, but she will get cut down with the other plants regardless. Jelly Bananen started to turn a lime green color so she'll probably get chopped and hung up in the next few days when my second tent arrives (4x2 AC Infinity). That wraps up this week! So sorry I missed a week! We were gone on vacation and I couldn't get good connections 😕 I removed most of her LST ties because her branches have hardened up enough Ahsoka Is doing terrific!! Her buds are really staring to get dense and sticky. And her smell!! 🤭 is wonderful! I'll try to describe it when it matures a bit more. So Ahsoka should be within 2 weeks to finishing so we have switched to regular water to get her a good chance to flush properly 🤞 Big new on the tent! I upgraded to a 4x8 and added 4 3500k auto cobs from cobshop.net And an AC Infinity 6" TS fan which is silent and awesome! Gelato been really glowing these last few days. :) just bent her over today and stretched out the lower arms. I'll leave it like this for awhile eventually the arms will all go upwards towards the light along with the main cola to make and even canopy. Or atleast longer arms has worked many times in the past.
