Well CDG#4 had gotten so bushy it was messing up the netting and it was getting very hard to tuck due to all the growth. So I had planned on doing the 1st major defoliation a week after I flip but decided to do it early or risk something happening to my girl. So I did it Thursday night after Thanksgiving dinner. Damn did she protest the next few days. It's Sunday night and she has bounced back 200%. Just like they like to do. So flipping her to flower tonight. Nov 27th. Just replaced her water with the flower nutes. Also go my new cogs and parts in so I finished the light upgrade. It's pvc & alum. Angle so it's super ghetto. But it works and works awesome. 376 watts on high. Measured at the outlet. 8 citizen1048 cogs 3500 full spectrum. These have huge as heat fins. And at $18 each fin it's by far the most expensive part of the build. I've got 8 of them.

Great to see you and I missed you, I had some time so I created a video to thank our lovely foster company, who were so kind to let us try their light in return for a review. Now, most of you don't know I'm also into making music, mostly Techno but I also love HipHop and Gangster rap, mainly 90's Westcoast, although I'm fond of East Coast and a little dirty South, so this was an excellent time to showcase one of my tracks. So please check my Autumn-themed, not commissioned, or approved by Mars Hydro, visualization video in thanks for @MarsHydroLED. The grow has been going great! If you don't count the about a thousand fungus gnats I have been fighting. I'm manually manifolding and training the girls, into the desired shape, which is a bit hands-on but I see it as a collaboration more than a 50 shades approach to training. You can't just bust out a rope and domination on girls like that. We ease it in there, going to the limit every time, making them stretch and curl underneath the touch of our tender but firm hands. And when they are used to a little groping and fixation, we might bring out a few ropes here and there to spice it up a little. Anywaaaays.... I'm getting carried away here, back to the grow. I had bought some coco-peat, after leaving none for the top layer as I suggested to all of you in the previous weeks of my grow (if you missed it, click one week back for a full recipe (the yellow image) for everyone in Europe) left me with enormous amounts of fungus gnats. Its seems to alleviate the problem already. As it did with my previous grow the Gelato 33 Golden Canopy from Heaven. In the meantime I notice my temperatures going down so Im trying to fix that too. All in all it had been a good week and this Orange Hill Special is promising to become something special! Thanks for visiting again, see you soon!

Week 10 - Harvest In the last week i let the soil dryout for a little stress simulation, honestly a little to much. She turned yellow in 2-3 days after last watering. I was a little shocked how fast that went down. But in the end she survived it and developed some great aromatic buds, smells sweet right now and im waiting for the end of drying and curing for an final update. Thanks to Zamnesia and Plagron for sponsoring this Contest!

My Northern Lights #10 plant is a real beauty. I love the old-school look of the leaves and the way it's growing. It's stacking up so nicely and getting huge! It's definitely a standout in the garden. Okay, This past week has been absolutely fantastic! The weather has been incredible, and I've been able to keep the windows open almost the entire time. My plants are thriving in the humidity, and the VPD has been perfect. Everything just feels so balanced and in check.

Day 106 12/25/2021 being of a new week and this will be more than likely the last week this lady gets any nutrients thinking Wednesday. After that will start flush with collected rain water. After checking trichomes they were about 85% cloudy about 10% clear and 5% amber which is right where she should be since the end is coming fast. Day 110 12/29/2021- Started flush today and will continue to just feed rain water until next Wednesday. Will cut her down next Friday 01/07/2022.

Fed my girl her last flowering compost tea about 3 days ago. She is absolutely beautiful. Loving her environment and thriving. Bud production looks lovely and even producing tricomes already. I'm very please with this week. Will water with recharge on day 21 and then one last defoliation. Very easy going plant.

Hi everyone . That was the last week, because it is very ripe and doesn't do anything anymore :-). Unfortunately, as expected, it will not exploit the giant, because I did not feed enough in weeks 3-6 ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜‚. Unfortunately, this happened because I was very busy and stressed, etc. :-) But half as wild, but the quality was sensational ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘. From morgeb onwards, the last time you get fresh water is set at 0.4 Ec for the next 5 days, because it is then harvested ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป. I usually clean the system after one day and immediately insert new cuttings. I have not cut any because I am currently considering which mum cuttings come in this time. Either again the same Blue Gelato 41 Pheno from Barney's Farm, or the Gelato from Zamnesia. The blue gelato I could cut my 8 directly, with the gealto I would have to wait 3-4 weeks, that's the problem. I will decide spontaneously the days ๐Ÿ‘. I wish you all a nice weekend, stay healthy ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป and let it grow ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘ Strain Blue gelato 41 clone from mother (Barney's Farm) โ˜๏ธ Genetics: Blueberry x Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies x Sunset Sherbert ๐Ÿ‘ Vega lamp: 2 x Todogrow LED CXB3590 COB 55 W 1 x Sanlight S2W 62 W ๐Ÿ’ก Flower lamp : 2 x Todogrow LED CXB3590 COB 55 W 1 x Sanlight S2W 62 W ๐Ÿ’ก โ˜๏ธ Grow Aero System : Growtool 0.8 โ˜๏ธ Fertilizer: Canna Aqua Vega A + B , Canna Aqua Flores A + B , Rizotonic, Cannazym, CANNA Boost, Pk 13/14, Canna Cal / Mag, Canna Ph - Grow, Canna Ph-Bloom โ˜๏ธ๐ŸŒฑ Water: Osmosis water mixed with normal water (24 hours stale that the chlorine evaporates) to 0.2 EG. Hello Diary, The first week of flowering is behind me and as you can see in the photos, the Medusas are developing very quickly. The flowers have formed and now the flowering begins. Trichomes appeared around the flowers on the leaves, which is a great sign for this stage of the plant. What you can see is that the plants differ slightly in structure, one is taller with fewer leaves and a more sprawling structure, while the other is more of a bush shape with lots of leaves. In the description of this strain, they should be equal in structure, which is not the case, at least for me. I removed the humidifier so that the humidity in the air dropped to about 50% and the temperature rose to about 24 degrees. Watering has become a little more frequent, which is to be expected given the size of the plants. Here's what it looked like last week. 18/02/2023 - Day 25. Watering. I prepared 5 liters of water, lowered the pH. to 6.0 and watered both plants with that amount. 21/02/2023 - Day 28. Photographing and height measurement. Medusa F1 #1 - 47 cm Medusa F1 #2 - 40 cm That's all for this week, see you soon and thank you all for your support.

She is much prettier than she was a week ago :) I remembered that I have my first grow light, which is more compact and it will give me more space, so I changed my light, now the girl's side branches get light too:) I add a lot of video memes, because I really want to win Iphone16 pro ;) and those who don't take risks don't drink champagne:) good luck to everyone.

week four of flower I have a feeling these are going to be monsters. I have never had an Auto flower this big before all my other grows with then they have been on the smaller side. so far, they look like they are going strong adding bulk and one is starting to fade in the fan leaves using up the N as the plant needs it. I did do some defoliation. on some fan leaves bigger than my hand this was the warehouse for the nutrients it has been grabbing from the soil. I might do 1 more round of Bloom booster and a Cal mag. the stems are pretty strong and are holding the weight of the buds well. nothing needs to be supported at the moment. cheers all P.S, Roll 2 fatties.

Another demanding week for these ladies but they have reached a milestone. Week 8, and my custom fit SCROG has been installed! โค๏ธ At Day 50 I separated my 7 gallon girls and my 5 gallon girl. Once done, I began the very easy process of adding my โ€œfloatingโ€ SCROG. I use ratchet straps, just like the ones that come with lights to secure the four corners of the screen to the top of my tent. This allows me to adjust the screen height as necessary when 1) first installing and 2) once the full stretch of flower has occurred, I can tweak it a bit to balance the canopy as best as possible. Itโ€™s not 100%, I still get some over achievers, but I find it useful as another option. I like to do a major defoliation before I set the ladies in. Typically till this time, I have done almost no defoliation, just LST and some HST techniques. I adjusted the ladies placement to allow growth out all sides of the screen, set the screen height and began tucking and bending. The defoliation and bending allows light to penetrate all those side shoots that would have amounted to nothing, and they become top shoots as they grow up and form an even canopy. I donโ€™t like to weave, it can damage the new shoots and cause growth problems, but the goal is to get as even a coverage as you can while allowing for plant growth in all directions. Once complete, I will give the girls about a week to recover and grow those new shoots. I like to have about 80% coverage of the screen, before I change my light cycles to flower 12/12โ€ฆ and if they are healthy and strong. Iโ€™ll decide this weekend if it is time โค๏ธ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ˜Ž Happy Gardening!

Week 1 went off perfectly, purples babies reaching WEEK 2! ๐Ÿ˜ PRESENTATION OF THE LADIES ๐Ÿ˜ ------------------------------------------ The four plants are the same genetic. But they already have a different look, and I would introduce them to you :) 1) The Ugly - She have terrible first leaves. But she isn't late compared to the other. So I still believe in my Ugly! 2) The fatties - 2 of them grew wide leaves. It's just about leaves shape for now. 3) The solar panel - This one grew less wide but longer leaves. Regarding the Ugly, I must say that for the 4 seeds, I had to manually remove the shell when they sprouted. They all had their shell on after sprouting, and I don't like that. Probably a bit old seeds? For now, they share the same needs, and seems all happy. But this might change. I may even not be abble to recognize them, except if I cheat on them by putting labels on their pots ^^ ๐Ÿ’ง WATERING ๐Ÿ’ง ------------------ Luckily, the weather is offering some rains, and I been abble to put the ladies out under the rain during day 7 and 8. Not that long, they still got watered on Day 8, some hours after the rain. With feeding for the first time! ๐Ÿ— FEEDING ๐Ÿ— ------------------ First feeding. Used Fish-mix at 0.8ml/L. I plan to have a second watering in the week, but without nutrients. That's why I written 0.4ml/L in diary settings. If you know me, you also know that I like Fish-mix, but that I'm also effraid of it ^^ As foliar later during veg, it's an awesome products, easy to see that plants love it. But it seems verry powerfull, and need to be used carefully when given to plant. My rule is to limit to 50% of recommended dose. For now. Anyway, Fishmix right after a rain must turn on every form of life in soil I believe ๐Ÿ˜€ Even life coming from rain. ๐Ÿก GROWING CONDITIONS ๐Ÿก ----------------------------------- Starting an indoor session on the end of summer seems a good choice for me: - Some rains that provide me better water - I can put the ladies out if verry sunny, to save electricity/money - Perfect temps in the grow room. My house is always windows open. โ€‹The growroom lightup in the end of the afternoon, when the day get cooler - Plants will flowering indoor during winter. I need heat during winter, so thanks grow room :D And cold air mean verry dry air! So reaching low humidity on the end of flowering will be verry easy! Pests : Nothing to report for now. I'm expecting a visit of my good old friends the thrips in 2-3 weeks ๐Ÿ˜Ž Grow tent & Light (XS2000 ViparSpectra) : Something I notice just now: I'm abble to close the grow tent without air-extraction. I never been abble to do that in the past. This light is waaaay more efficient, and produce way less heat, because I couldn't keep tent close with my previous Mars Hydro TSW2000. Don't be effraid, I still renew the air in tent multiple times a day ;) ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ Thanks for reading guys :) Thanks for crossing your fingers last week, as you can see.... it worked! PS : Improved my skill with my new camera. But except more and more better ones as I practice ^^ ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ Update Day 13: Plants watered with PH 6.2 water. Look at that Hugly... She really have a problem ๐Ÿ˜… I'll try my best with her ๐Ÿ™Œ

Day 70 ..... lookin good.... she stable in flower now... neuts good, and stable... got her into a beautiful rutinue for the rest of the flower..... really happy with how it's going, she has a long flower 65-70 days i think.... thats 8-10 weeks in flower, so maybe 4-6weeks to go (6-20 dec) ........ she's going to be alot of work but will be well worth it, tasted her alittle, just the trim that had to come off, was enough to taste..... (dried the trim, curin in jar, try to add pic if i remember, lol) was a new experience goin thru the difficulties of transition to flower in dwc iws system ....... listed general nuets that i am using, however the 1-2 lt mix i put in every day or 2 is mixed up at the time, and is specific every time to ensure the tank remains at 5.8-6.4 ph-1-2k ppm.... i've stopped using the ppm meter for accuracy and use it only to get a general reading... in fact the ph meter and ec/ppm meters are not really workin properly any more, lol the blood bone and all the different stuff that i'm using puts alot of the readings as false/wrong ..... i can see where a nido system would be handy, maybe if i had the cash.... i gotta do all this the old fashioned way... elbow grease, hard work... haha this is some crazy news... random unknown mazar in that iws dwc pot... it's female as of the 2 hairs i saw this morning.... haha... so i'm thinkin, i may be able to put the mazar and ssh in main tent with all resources used.... that would put both mazar and ssh in iws dwc perfect pots in perfect conditions with max light and resources..... might do that, it would increase both flowering plants to 280 W leds... .... the reason mentioned this is because i can see she needs more light, the coloured light panels are poor quality cheapo..... gotta get my home made kick azz lights back in there.... lol ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘Š

We're halfway through the first week, day 10 to be more precise at the time of the photo. We've chosen to stay on 24/7 for at least the first few weeks, as we're in a hurry to finish at least the autoflowering plants so we can have some weed for Christmas. Our Karen Kush Auto is the best of the bunch, the queen of our autoflowering plants right now. Anything can happen, but look at the difference compared to the others. It seems incredible that she did all this in 10 days, but it happened. This is thanks to the 24/7 light, a practice that in my opinion is a bit aggressive, but one that growers in a hurry to harvest absolutely must embrace. I'm now going to switch to 20/4, but many are leaving it until the end. Naturally, it changes the nutrient intake a bit, and there are some delicate aspects to be careful about. The chosen soil is the recently released Plagron Bio LightMix, which will allow us a more regular and reliable start without the sudden changes that liquid fertilizers can cause. We've started fertilizing for vegetative growth: - Pure Zym 1 ml/l - Power Roots 1 ml/l - Sugar Royal 1 ml/l - Alga Grow 1 ml/l I calculated my personalized data sheet directly on the Plagron website. If you have the organic light mix, which isn't available yet, download the organic one; the values โ€‹โ€‹are the same. www.plagron.com This seedling started out very well; the other had trouble releasing the seed and placenta, and germination stalled. I'm germinating another one; it's arriving very soon. https://www.zamnesia.io/en/10783-zamnesia-seeds-karen-kush-auto.html Zamnesia Description - There's no need to complain about this strain: Karen Kush Auto will satisfy even the most demanding smokers with its dense flowers, fragrant terpenes, and high THC content. Created by crossing Monster Bud Kush, White Widow, and ruderalis, Karen Kush Auto boasts first-class genetics that leave no room for complaint. Inhale its sweet, spicy, and diesel aroma and enjoy the physical buzz that envelops you. After a few minutes, the only thing you'll want is a comfortable place to relax. And best of all, you won't find this strain anywhere else, as it was created by the geneticists at Zamnesia Seeds. www.zamnesia.com

Last week for these girls, I'm so happy the way they turned out , started a 10 day flush in the middle of last week , amber tricomes has just started to come in so in a week come harvest it will be around 10-15 amber which is what I was aiming for. The color between all 4 of them is amazing and buds are so fat. Did some light defoliation of the lower fan leafs yesterday and the colors came out even more today. My co2 ran out but got it filled up within 2 days .

Start of week 2 of flowering. Week 1 went well, but she showed signs of deficiencies and as such she got an extra 2 liters of nutes + water. Shit ton of bud sites on this girl!
