📆 Week 17, 14-20 May 2024 14 May - Defoliated yellowing and older leaves. 15-16 May - Observed and let the plant mature. 17 May - Decreased DLI to help mature buds. 📑 Another decision was made to defoliate more yellowing and older leaves. There are plenty of green leaves left and the light now penetrates to the bottom buds. With about 2 weeks left in flower, this gives her ample time to get as close to matureing as a whole plant as possible. Flowering is on, two plants showed pistils a few days ago while third one showed today. I upped bloom nute dose to half strength preflowering. At the very end of day 27 rn. Got hold of some string and started LST around week 3, gently bending every few days and as it grows bigger, not touching any budsites. Tallest one is almost a foot high, curious as to how much they will stretch, they're supposed to reach a minimum of 3 feet so, yeah I guess we'll see :) Faint but distinct super sweet dreamy smell from the first one that started flowering

Como se puede ver en el timelapse de la semana anterior la planta va dejando atrás esos problemas de crecimiento de hojas y cada vez va más rápida ayudada principalmente por ese gran par de hojas del segundo nudo. He realizado una poda apical justo después del cuarto nudo como se puede ver en las imagenes. APlicaré LST cuando esas dos ramas principales estén claramente visibles, lo que calculoque será en un par de días y posteriormente colocaré la maya de scrog (calculo que esto será sobre la cuarta semana de crecimiento), dependiendo como vea la malla entonces pasaré a ciclo de floración o dejaré otra semana de crecimiento, pero máximo 5 semanas de vegetativo. La fertilización la mantengo sin cambios, aun queda bastante solución nutritiva en el depósito, la cual mantiene el ph a cerca de 6 (6.07) y la ec al estabilizarse ha subido un poco 1,7 que sigue siendo un buen valor.

Day 63 — All progressing well. The Sensi bloom fertilizer has fixed all issues and the buds are really coming on now. I still have no explanation why one LB is tall and lanky and the other is stocky and thick. Only difference was I topped them a week apart. I switched to 12/12 schedule today. Read somewhere that resin production increases on that schedule. I am also just running bloom lighting for the past week. Seems to benefit them so will continue. I figure another 2-3 weeks and it will be time to harvest. Cheers!

1/4: Crazy stink suddenly erupting from the closet over the past few days..ordered a new carbon filter and replaced all other carbon filters in the house...and 3 jars of skunk scrubber...worth a shot... 1/5: Now just have 13 plants in the closet, so maybe I can increase mass and density on the lowers a little better now. Moved the Platonium, Velvet Sugar Breath (Sugah Bref), and the GG4 into the tiny tent under a pair of Mars Hydro TS1000W's. They spent the first month of their lives in this tent, and they'll spend the last month in there as well. There's barely enough headroom for them, but they have a little more elbow room than they did in the closet. I think I'll put one of my 70w 3000k waterproof boards on the floor of the tiny tent facing upwards tomorrow and see if the temps are still manageable on mild days. 1/10: Very happy with all these girls! Even the Berry Bomb is showing potential, but the Wicked Stix plants are absolute stellar whoopass The trichs on the green Sucrose Overdose pheno look like river sand, or maybe brown sugar. Sexy. The red-leaved pheno has frost half way out its fan leaves and smells amazing. The Muscadine Wines are my favorite plants in the crop, though. Every bit as frosty as the SOs, but the sexy burgundy colorations make them special. Platonuium and Sugah Bref are also coming along very nicely. You can tell they've got something special brewing...wonderful aromas. The GG4 is the slowest flowering of the bunch, but she's gonna produce very well. Her branches are all over the place.

Easy week just maintaining the girls. Watering them every few days. I undid the ties because they were cutting into the stalks. I will be putting a trellis net up next week for more LST using a SCROG method. About a week or so after that I'll flip into flower. Thanks for checking out my diary!

Today I moved two plants to their final pot (3.5 gal). Each of the plants has 2 nicely formed nodes. The root structure looked very strong. They were started in Pro-Mix HP and transplanted into the same medium. I just sprayed PH balanced water on the top of the soil to help them acclimate to the new pot. I still have 2 plants that have stopped growing so I am going to leave them in the seedling chamber till they get a little farther along.

Still motoring along in the vertical growth department with about 7" last week, the big girl has begun to flower quite clearly, v2 not so much, but showing clear signs of starting to get serious flowering. I noticed flowering get going a couple days ago with the big girl. The food I gave the big girl was hybrid feeding powder, while I gave v2 "grow" powder for probably the last time. I'm also using the Green House Feed on my White Widow (she's a monster), and I even gave a little to my Gorilla Glue because I didn't like how she was looking with my usual nutrient setup. I'm becoming a fan of the powder stuff as opposed to the multi-part liquid system I've been using for the last couple years for the simplicity of it if nothing else. I'll have to do some math to make sure I have enough of the hybrid powder to last thru the summer to cover at least 3 plants before I let the GG in on the action. The temps have been quite warm the last couple days.... about 90. The only thing predictable is that the forecast will have the temp 5-10 degrees on the low side. There has been almost no fog to speak of so plenty of direct sunshine to gobble up. I'm going to have to up the amount of fluid I've been giving to v2 lately. I was generally going 1.5 gallons/day on the big girl and 1.0 gallons/day on v2... but she's telling me consistently she wants more water - so she'll get the same as the big girl for the next week and we'll see how she swims.

I’m very happy with the buds. I really didn’t think she would fill in the runs from her stretch but she has almost solid colas and an awesome calyx to leaf ratio.

Got everything hung up. Stripped the fan leaves and broke down into sections. Run 60/60 or as close as i can get until the stems snap.

I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. I have added some bat guano for extra phosphorus during late flowering, as well as Ecothrive life cycle, to deter pests and replenish the microbial life. I also mixed in some diatomaceous earth mixed into the top dress. I have opened the two tent doors, as the humidity is at 72%. Minimum humidity with tent open is 64%. Also my tall oscillating fan can get through to the plants more effectively. FBP1 and FBP3 are well behind FBP2. I estimate they have another 3 weeks or so. While FBP2 may be ready in approximately 10+ days. I have noticed some possible Nitrogen deficiency in FBP1 and FBP3, so I will be adding extra in this coming week. The Bat guano does not contain Nitrogen. I've continued to defoliate lightly, to expose covered bud sites that are shaded by larger fan leaves. Additionally I move the plants around to adjust light exposure accordingly. The plants are drinking heavily, and I'm not letting them dry out, to preserve the microbial life. They never have run off either. Happy with the progress especially of FBP2. Thanks for reading my diary 😊

Starting to bud now. The plant has grown rapidly and is getting taller. Had no issues so far apart from she is very hungry. No smell or anything yet.
