Day 63 of growth, day 40-43 of flowering Big shoutouts all around🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💯💯💯💚💚💚 My seed sponsors: @fast_buds and @atlasseed My friends at @seedsman for the amazing hookups from their line of 🔥🔥🔥 autos. Thanks to @aeromixer for allowing me to be an ambassador for them(I hope I'm doing at least half as good a job for them as their pump is for me😁) The girls absolutely love the Bar2400 from @sunraise I'm hopeful that it will keep up in the new 4x4. I also want to show appreciation to @sensorpushtech and @inkbird_us for helping me get my environment under control. Thank you🙏🏼 As many of you know, if you've followed along long enough, I'm a bit disabled and and even more broke💸😕 With that being said, sponsors and friends are a big part of the content I can bring to you. So I could not be more grateful for these people. But I'm also thankful for those of you who follow me and like my content, and show support that way. My deepest gratitude goes out to all of my supporters 🙏🏼💯💚🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

***DIVINE SEEDS ***** *****OPIUM***** Sponsored grow Week 4 Germination April 6. Week 1 water only Week 2 water only Week 3 added recharge and* TPS1 increasing ppm to 570. Week 4 added calmag, did LST and defoliation. Before & after pics. Increase ppm to 685 This week 4/28-5/4 consisted of plain ph 6.6-6.9 water with recharge, calmag and TPS1. 4/24 updated my ACInfinity app and started using the advanced programming settings for early vegetation. This is keeping humidity in 70% with temps in 80. What I don't like is using advanced programming, the humidifier is at level6 . This spews moisture directly on my plants, into the drain tray and floor. 5/1 I did some LST and defoliation. Before and after pics above. Until the plants are big enough to go outside, I will be using my AC Infinity tent and equipment. Once outside, I will be watering with well water and recharge and any additional fertilizers or amendments will be determined at that time. Thank you @DivineSeeds Thanks for the likes and comments, I appreciate all the plant love💚. Have fun & love what you grow 💚 Sending love and light 💫 💫Natrona 💫 DIVINE SEEDS ***OPIUM*** Harvest:1000 g/m2 Divine Seeds developed Opium as a new champion strain, unprecedently powerful and loaded with unbelievable quantities of resin. Certainly, no average genetic base could be behind such brilliant parameters! Several Afghani Indica landraces, recognized as most potent and resinous, were bred together with a mighty Brazilian Sativa which Opium inherits its bright berry taste from. Then a great deal of work followed aiming for the highest THC level and endurability as well as a branchy structure that would provide maximal yields. Now we can proudly title Opium the best Indica you could dream of growing! Indoors these plants mostly stay mid-height (1.5 m), reaching up to 2.0 m out of doors. Depending on your height limitations, Opium flourishes universally in grow boxes, balconies, green houses and terraces. Due to its Afghani parentage, this strain can stand hot weather if provided enough water and some shadow. Responds well to any training techniques: ScroG and SoG, LST, topping and FIM, supercropping. The start of blooming is marked with a rush of growth, when plants stretch almost 1.4x. Expect heavy colas that often require additional supports. Whilst ripening, Opium gives off a pungent earthy stench with fruity and berry undertones, also a bit of pine. Ready for outdoor harvesting in October. The stoning psychedelic impact of Opium is like being hypnotized (unless you’ve had too much, then it feels more like a blackout). Stone-lovers will appreciate every minute with Opium: its spicy taste immerses your mind into daydreaming, while the body rests flat. Recreation with this psychedelic Indica means silent tripping from one insight to another. Mighty enough to kill chronical pains, Opium is also medically efficient against insomnia, nausea, appetite disorders, muscle spasms, headaches, irritation, fatigue, panic attacks, epilepsy. Best consumed at night time, the effects keep going for up to 4 hours. Plans this week: new bluelab guardian connect coming (ph/ec/temp monitor for the reservoir tank) I think I’ll finally mount things neatly on the wall. More pruning the lower canopy; and some low stress training maybe. I hope the flowers keep maturing and start really gaining some girth this week. I’m excited and hopeful but a bit scared of the pk booster and overall nutrient level/EC increase - I’ll keep watch for nutrient lockout etc. Other: Utility sink/drain/water line install I hope. This grow is taking up all my “project time” - Hopefully I can finally spend some time on my arcade cabinet project starting this week. The plants didn’t get light for 37 hours the other day (6/23?) . I had removed the lights to build the frame. I thought I had everything ready for a quick swap. And then I got sick; daughter’s car broke down; my plan for the light frame wouldn’t work; I ran out of angle aluminum; and did I mention I got sick. Anyway they missed only one 12 hour light period plus 1 extra hour (plus their normal dark periods before and after- so that’s how I calculate 37 hours) They actually seemed to mature and redden a bit faster with the extra darkness. Gotta think positive. Upgraded the tent! (6/24/19) It’s now a hydropolis 3x3 “plus size” (extra few inches bigger all around and 8 inches taller than my old vivosun) - much nicer. Wow what a tough job. Very tight space in my room. This is way too late to be moving plants to a new tent - but sliding the old removable tent bottom with all four plants and scrog all at once over to the new tent wasn’t as bad as I feared. Setting up the whole tent again and moving everything was a pain in the ass though. I did a little pruning of the back side of the plants which I hadn’t gotten to in a while - some dead leaves under the scrog mostly. I wonder if all this trim (from recent days too) is gonna yield any amount of even sorta decent bubble hash. I’ll freeze it and try. I hope they like their new home. I did a lot of the swap and setup with the lights totally off in my basement and using only a green headlamp. Argh. I partially failed in my effort to make a complete aluminum frame. I didn’t include the 4 solstix in the frame. But I did make a frame for the two HLG 135s - I re-hung the solstix individually and with their lame individual drivers that are underpowered (I’ll get to the the rewiring and driver replacement one of these days)- I added the far red puck, and I finally added the new HLG QB36 UVA (I’ll try it for the first time tomorrow - with sunglasses on!) - update: tried it. Seems pretty sweet - wish I had some directions or some idea if I should only be using only one stick like I am or the entire 4 that I think they sent me in error. I’ve got a reasonable amount of space between my lights and top of canopy now (15+ inches) - if the damn stretch is finally done I might be ok. I really shoulda flipped sooner like everyone warned me. Live and learn. The utility sink/drain line/water line is still not installed - so I’m still carrying water up and down stairs which sucks. I’ll use pk13/14 this week after this rez tank empties and I give it a good cleaning in a day or so. I’ll also continue to use mammoth p and all the other nutes. - ok tank cleaned and making a new soup for feeding later today (pk 13/14 started on 6/25/19 11:30pm - I plan to use it for 7 days??) I changed the drain/waste bucket to a small bin - and placed it inside the tent — it works well with the condensate pump- so tomorrow I’ll drill holes in it, install grommets and run the drain lines to it permanently - which will be much better than the 5 gallon bucket sitting outside the tent in my small space - plus the gravity drain lines were a pain coming out of the tent and I had to weigh them down to keep their height below 2.5” - now it’ll be just one pumped line. - ok done. I drilled a bit too fast and cracked two of the holes. Siliconed it for now- I’ll replace the little bucket this week or next - it’s fine for now. (6/25/19) So much better! - now no more gallons of water weighing down the drain lines and no more drain lines coming out of the tent - except for the single pumped line that goes out the standard tent hole. And so much neater in the tent etc. Woot!

So after 106 days + 11 days drying im finally done with my first grow. Got 97g dry buds + 30g shake Way more then i anticipated. Alot of the buds are pretty airy but the top ones qre pretty solid and all of them have amazing coat of trichomes. Im so greatful i had this experience. I learnt alot and have way more confidence to grow more and my plan was to have my first grow to anwser all the questions i had. Im cant believe i spent less then 300$ on this setup and harvested equals to like 1,500 - 1,700 $ of buds(prices in my country) thats definitely going to help me with the economy situation right now. And all this was stealth inside my closet, i had family members comming and didn't notice nothing i just had to turn off the blower fan since it's the only thing in my setup which isn't stealth. I know i didn't gave her the best conditions but she showed me how strong is a Cannabis plant 😍 Im just starting my 2nd grow - Auto Northen Lights. Stay tuned

Outside of issues that were due to my learning curb definitely happy with the results. The plant that is actually dolato has such a wonderful scent. If it was certain that I would 5 of 5 dolato plants instead of 2 out of 5 with a Gelato I would do it again

10 September Harvest - see pictures. While some growers leave the plant whole when they cut, I do not. It is a personal preference and situational convenience if your a home grower. I chose to cut large, long branches, and remove any whole water leaves, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the bud formation. I don’t trim yet. This is done for a few of reasons: 1) It’s my last good close-up look at her until another 5 days or more, 2) I don’t want wet leaves drying on my buds if I can help it, and 3) I occasionally like being able to shine a small LED flashlight on the flowers while its drying. Mold is our greatest problem as growers, it can destroy a beautiful grow right up until the end process. Then I hang it in a dark closet, provide circulation and ventilation. Light and heat, anything above 80 degrees F, will start a break down in cannabinoids during the dry, it is ideal to stay away from both. I’m fortunate that a humidity level of 50- 55% and temperature of 65-70 degrees F is fairly consistent and easy to maintain. Anything below 60 degree F will prevent the adequate drying out of chlorophyll. Almost all my flower routinely take 5-7 days, some a little longer, to properly dry out. 15 September Trim - see pictures. First you’ll notice the buds have shrunk up to half their original size. This is just a fact that we growers have to deal with. Due to evaporation without uptake of water, it takes about 3 days for the chlorophyll to dry up, then slowly go through a chemical change. Along with the leaves, cannabinoids also begin a chemical change after 3 days called decarboxylation. A slow process where the THC level increases while curing. You want the leaf to be dry so they can be hand trimmed easily, but you do not want that bud so dry that it starts to fall apart in your hand. Try to handle carefully by the main stem to avoid touching the bud all together. A lot of these cut leaves will be covered with trichomes, good for making oils, or other products, it’s an option worth looking into keeping it. After trimming, I do separate a few premium flowers for my first smoq. Then loosely fill wide mouth quart mason jars with about 1 oz/28 gr of product per jar. I seal the lids for a few hours to determine what relative humidity they are at, see hygrometer pic, before making a decision to put in a 62% humidity control pack of my choice or to wait, then place in secure in a cool dark place with stable humidity and temperature. It is very important to then observe/burp or exchange the air as needed, up to several times a day, until 62% rh is achieved. Once your close to to your mark, put in your desired RH level control terpene shield. If you have a problem getting there: 1) it has dried out too much, no real solution, try to put several large cut stems left over from harvest into the jars with the buds to try and increase humidty, 2) it has not dried out enough, in this case no problem, just remove and dry out a little more. This is also a personal choice, some people like it drier in the 50% plus range. Whatever you do, research and preserve. At that time burping is no longer required. Cannabis will reach its peak potency potential at about 40 or so days into the cure. The finished product should be a perfect grind when cured correctly without clogging up your grinder, this could take a month. Now that I’ve said that, I’m sure someone has grown something that they have not been able to grind. It can remain in this state for an easy 6 months with little change, locking in all the terpenes and potencies. All you need to do is occasionally check the product to ensure there are no molds. If your grow/harvest/cure techniques are good this should not be an issue. It would not be uncommon to find many cannabis strains will last, with small degradable change, for up to one year after being stored this way. Using an airtight glass container, controlled relative humidity, maintained low temperature, and kept in darkness will equal maximum shelf life. Always avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 80 degrees F. The reasons I’ve ultimately chosen Deep Water Culture as a grow medium. Each has their own pros and cons indeed. I found the most efficient, less maintenance and ideal solution for my situation was DWC. Burdens to overcome depend on size up set-up; initial equipment cost, size of containers, ph monitors, air pumps, type of water to use-reverse osmosis, RO cost/set-up/maintenance, ways to transfer/change water and nutrients, what nutrients to use and schedules, takes several grows to learn and understand, a 1 year learning curv, easy to nutrient burn. The Benefits of growing in water; no dirt, no bugs, no diseases, rare nutrient deficiencies/toxicities, steady and rapid growth that enables the plant to reach its genetic potential. After harvest, there is about a 1 hour equipment cleanup, sterilization and turn around process before replanting. Cannabis will perform in so many different ways and mediums, no one way is the best and the best way is the one you are using, right. Chose what works for you in the long run. There will always be an initial cost in set-up. My advice if one were in need to cut corners, I would not recommend cheap lights. This single factor is the most critical, afford for the best. The notion that organic and water has a different taste, flavor and potency effect is absolutely debatable. The more we learn the better we grow and experience is always the best teacher. This is what works for me and my methods of growing in general from beginning to end. A BIG “Thank You” to everyone who stopped by to take a look. My next diary will start at the beginning of October 2023 with a Forbidden Runtz Auto. There will be minor differences during the grow. I enjoy Auto strains simply by what can be achieved in a short time. No matter the strain they will unveil one thing in common, the demand for attention. Many times over it is the anecdotal gardener that surmount plant scientist. Last should I mention, do not forget to stop and enjoy the fruits of your labour...

Despite no A/C in the spot temporarily, things are going perfectly fine, no complaints! Thank goodness I’m just vegging. Temps have been around 87 ish, but the plants seem to love it.

day 85. Sorry haven't posted in a while. Things are ok, still defoliated here and there, removed some lower branches from all about a week ago. Bridal party was having some kind of P or K issue, like medium is too hot or some type of minor lockout, or ph issue. I have used BlueSky organics compost tea amendments, and just threw it in a 5 gal bucket of water without a compost tea bag, when the 5 gal is empty I just refill with still the amendments in the bottom breaking down, along with bluesky organics organic booster.

They're all very healthy looking, one has some slight yellowing which should disappear soon with our change but all plants are extremely small for their size.. we've been letting these dry out completely between watering so I'm convinced there's a genetic component to this. We've had a few other strains start extra slow for us in the past and one in particular that started slow and then took off like wildfire around week 5 so I'm not too concerned ..they're each using 3gal square (plastic) pots willed with fresh Promix-HP..they're getting a little bit of Big Bloom with smaller amounts of Grow Big with every other watering now and this has corrected the odd hue we noticed around wk3.. The Mars SP-3000 is about 2.5 away, it sounds far but despite the distance, node spacing is always really tight in that tent all through veg We're hoping for some explosive growth this week now that everyone is officially settled, we're still on the fence as to how we'll train these but odds are we'll do our typical 4 way LST after topping and keep under their skirts bare.. ..there no telling how long we'll veg these as size is always our determining factor but when the time comes, we plan to flower in this tent as well.. not too much else to report, its been an effortless week.. thanks as always for dropping by and happy harvests everyone!! 👊😺 ~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~_~ 8/17 We've gotten some fast growth in the last few days.. we figured they were just late to the party.. we topped all plants at the 3rd node yesterday and we'll eventually pull each plant 4 ways..apparently the "weird hue" is genetic, they all have a unique purple undertones..neat strain for sure.. we dropped the SP-3000 a few inches and they're praying to it almost around the clock..we're debating on building a 4x2 PVC scrog table for these girls if we find the time.. thanks for dropping by Growmies! Hi all👨‍🌾👋 Welcome to my another Fastbuds journey. This time strain of choice - Tropicana Cookies Auto. One of the strongest and tastiest autoflowers available. Just couldn't resist to give a go 😁🤤 Week 0 Germination Jan 25-Feb 1 Germination in propagator. beans landed directly in substrate within 5 min after opening the package. Started believing that all methods like glass water, paper towel etc. are really useful if seeds are old, stored incorrectly or coming from shady seedbank. If seeds are from trusted source with strong genetics wouldn't be bother trying anything else than planting your beans directly to substrate. So far 100% success This time both baby girls started showing their heads within 2 days after planting seeds. Jan 25 Seeds planted. Propagator at 20 degrees and 90% humidity. Jan 27 Girls popped through the soil. Warm welcome to Kitana and Aphrodite 😍 Jan 28-30 Both babies growing at the same pace. Jan 31 Time to move from this baby size propagator to a better and more comfortable place. Feb 1 End of germination week. All went painlessly and successfully. I am super excited for whats to come 😁 Hopefully this will be another easy and successful ride. Much appreciate all your likes, follows and comments. 🙏💚❤️💜 Peace and love brothers and sisters 👨‍🌾✌️💚 Stay tuned for more updates Links https://2fast4buds.com/seeds/tropicana-cookies-auto

I’m still not sure about the FIM job on the LSD, and the purple haze is looking a bit runtish, but we’ll see how they go. I cut some leaves on the PH today to give the bud sites beneath them more light. All in all, they are doing well I think.
