With the majority of trichomes now turned milky with some turning Amber, i have decided to begin a 10 day flush using nothing but ph balanced water. Doing a shorter than normal flush as the plants with deficiencies don't have much nutes to use up.

Going to be a big weekend for the babies! Getting transplanted into 5 gals and getting the scrog put in! Getting ready for flower hopefully by next week! Also need to grab cuttings from each baby!

11.29- the 4x4 went up yesterday with a brew new LED. all plants are happy since overnight, watered this morning. Older GDP id's showing me purple hues on sugar leaves, along with cannibalizing its lower fan leaves. The diary GDP is doing great as well, we are in the 5th week of flower, could not be happier. May brew a P K tea for the 5gal just to get it to end of flower, but no more dry nutes to either plant. The main diary plant is packing on weight, continuing to move leaves off of bud sites and tucking them under. All in all things are good, temp is very dropped in the tent (68f-74f) and RH is steady 35%-45%. More pictures to come as I will be going to the garage often to monitor environment. Quite cold in that tent at night, hovering around 61f. Minor defoliation performed 12.1 to remove some sickly leaves and provide light to lower canopy. Trichomes are appearing everywhere also. Time to stop thinking I'm doing something wrong and enjoy what this plant is providing. Next watering will help the plant get to the finish line for sure. *3gal not tracked on diary stats, but harvesting 12.7-12.9 on the full moon. Trichome check shows 50/50 clear to milky. Darkness will ensue 3-4 days before chop...i will also only be giving one more watering to the 3 gal of un PH'd water. Water for both again 12.3. Going to let this plant ride past the 8th week of flower to ensure its reached it's full potential. It's covered in trichomes though already and pulling from its leaves. Rolling into week 7. Time to dial down the nutes and start my UVB regiment. I use Reptisun 10.0 bulbs due to LED UV's giving far less than optimal performance. Reptisun 5.0 bulbs work 2. I only run them from week 7 to flush and for only 3 hours a day within the current light cycle. Update day 45: After doing a trichome check, it finished EARLY!! Time to do a quick flush then harvest. I was going to add the nutes to the fresh water today 😂😂

We harvested one of the Tropicana XL girls , this is going to be a weird entry because I decided to not make a harvest entry till the other one lady finishes. Unfortunately because of my sticky fingers from all the trimming I did not make many pictures/videos of the grow itsels, to fill this void I decided on including the harvest videos and photographs. Although the final weight will be summed up in the final harvest. This week was a good one . Stellar initial growth this round after upgrading lights & using homemade super soil. My 3 day old plants looked like 9 day old plants of my last run to give an idea . I watered for the first time since planting on 5/17 . I had to itch to test the runoff since it’d only take a sec right? All the ph’s came out almost 2 points lower than when they went in so I decided on a flush even though I’m using Dry amendments. Honestly I didn’t have the problem of fluctuating ph’s before I added that Peat Moss to my supersoil in hindsight I wish I would have just ordered 1 more 11lb brick of CoCo Coir . I had the idea that I may need to flush a day or two prior to watering when I noticed all my stems purple. I get it could be genetics but ALL of them where purple . Here today it is 1 full day since I flushed & all of the stems are now Green with the exception of my Runtz seedling. 3/17 will make day 7 for Runtz & #1 of the GDP 3/18 will make day 7 for Zkittlez & the 3 remaining GDP. I intended to transplant these ladies day 13 preferably into their forever homes of 3g fabric pots . Fingers crossed day 14 they’ll be ready to start some LST.

well, another week goes by and it's growing not like I expected hehehe but that's ok, living and learning, and for now I'll just wait for this cycle to end to start a new one and post it here and I'll tell you right away that I ordered a kit advanced nutrients starter and will test it on the new cycle. =D

Unfortunately what we never want to happen has happened with my baby.. bud rot.. on day 98 of cycle I found 1 bud with bud rot, cut it off, checked the plant and could not find more.. flushed the plant and wait next day to see how it goes. After 2 days main bud was identified with bud rot too.. so sad.. probably due high humidity in my environment + colder weather we are starting to have.. so on day 101 harvest it.. could go few more days to get more amber trichomes but decided to harvest it to avoid lose more buds .. I will keep watching it to see if no spread when drying :(

Well she need s bulb swapping but due to funds unavailable to do so but she is producing some very nice small nugs covered in tricomes can't wait to see the final results was a free seed from discreet seeds.com

Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. 08/04/2025 - 11 weeks 1 day since seeds were sown. Plants fed on 7/28/2025 (week 4 extended of NPK RAW schedule) Except plants everything sprayed with AzaMax. Critters be gone. Plants sprayed two weeks ago, no more whiteflies. Watering has not been necessary as the past two weeks we've had several gentle showers. The beginning soil amendments have proven to be good. Plants are very healthy and could grow on their own. So, the plants are not tall. 5 plants show female. The front left runt has a banana tree. That one I have to monitor for pistils. The wife wants seeds (you can never have enough seeds), and I have enough for the rest of my life. I am hesitant to pollenate with this male. Not real vigorous. After the flower stretch I'll be lucky to reach 5'. The grow tips of all but the male have been topped on 8/3/2025.

Week 3 of flowering is in the books for the Auto Gelato girl from Fast Buds Genetics <3 ... this week I did some minor cleanup with dying leaves, and the lower branches that were being blocked out by the top colas. This girl has recovered exceptionally well after being supercropped the previous week, so excited to see how she'll continue to grow and stack up in the coming weeks! Considering I snapped the stalk while cropping, I was really surprised to see just how well the wound healed up over the week. These plants are awesome!
