Was considering a 20/4 cycle on flowering but after snapping the stem I've brought that in now to try and aid recovery in any way I can. Spotted pistils after a trim to the Strawberry Banana on day 22, thing about to get interesting! Last bits of LST and such for her this week but the Gorilla Cookies still has a bit to go and probably even more after the stem incident 🤦‍♂️Speaking of which, little RAM fan gave up this week so I got a bigger one to cool things better but in the process of setting it up I took out a lower branch on the Strawberry Banana, not to bad as it was only a spindly little thing and the space has been utilised to bend some others over giving even more light access. Going to start adding a small amount of bloom to the feed for her now but the Cookies are still on a 10th of the recommended dose but doing well for it spreading out nicely! By the end of the week pistils were really coming out on both girls so a big trim was given and a probable last round of LST to really let the light in! All looks good right now!

no he podido actulizar la semana pasada ya he hecho muhas cosas pero estoy de vuelta. comenzando la semana solo hechaba agua nada mas ya q tenia pensasdo cosechar la mitad de la planta el viernes/sabado ya q estaba haciedno mucha humedad por el frio y estaba apareciendo botritis y hongo rn algunos cogollos.

Que locura de variedad , me encantó cultivarla, que aromas y que flores aparte de piedras, se ven muy resinosas y muy apetecibles. a sido una genética con la que disfruté bastante todo el proceso, crece bastante vigorosa y al final saca unos tonos llamativos y muy pegajosos. No supuso ningún problema todo el ciclo fue perfecto. Seguramente aproveche los restos y las flores pequeñas para extraer en seco a 160 micras. After a week of super stretch to today 52 centimeters which crashes the 100% growth mark finally bud sites became clearly visible. Now for the final phase. Water intake is massive. When I upped to 2.5l per plant per 2 days from before 1.5l I saw zero difference in how fast the soil went dry etc. The plants stopped transpiring as much such that my humidity came a bit down. I was up to 60% at some times during the day. But it’s down to 50-55 again. Depends a bit on how often I vent the room. Gotta have to have a final stress point which is that I might have too move. Will share some pictures of how I’ll pull it off. Stay tuned.

Ya se acerca la cosecha! Última semana de vida y ya comienza la cuenta regresiva. Los tricomas están lechosos en su mayoría y ámbar en menor medida, para mi este es el punto perfecto de corte.

Звучит интригующе.😏 Теперь пару слов о проращивании: обычно после замачивания в стакане воды(RO water), я проращиваю семечки во влажных ватных дисках и зип-пакете(так мне легче контролировать нужную влажность). Но при этом способе нужно следить за корнем, есть риск вростания в ватный диск, что и случилось с одной из семечек. В этом случае извлекать семечку нужно предельно аккуратно(см. видео). Видимо в следующий раз я попробую менее рискованный способ проращивания. Ах да, перед стаканом с водой я слегка подпилил семечки по острой грани маникюрной пилочкой. Итого: 23.01(вечер) поместил в стакан с водой 24.01(утро) поместил в диски 25.01(утро) появились корни 25.01(вечер) корни ≈1см. посадил в кокос 26.01(вечер) взошли На всякий случай отметим, что чуть позже взошла растишка из правой(на фото) семечки, и она же была заметно крупнее. Welcome to the beginning of week 7 for Karen. Thank you for stopping by! I'm counting this as the first week of flowering but she's been sending out pistils for two weeks, so I guess that weeks four and five should have been flowering weeks. Sorry about that. Surprised to be here but excited to see the next few weeks. Day 44: This girl is amazing. She took the horrendous start I gave her for the first three weeks, and just exploded. Look at her now! If you are really interested, now look at Misty and Nesia - imagine what they could do! I am really pleased with Karen here, I think she has more surprises in store. I am very glad I decided to LST or she would be towering above everything else in the tent. I have noted early Mg deficiency, as more advanced on Nesia. Correcting with foliar and re-addition of CalMag to feed. Day 44.5: Fertigated approx 1.5l. Defoliated approx 10 leaves. Slightly adjusted LST. Day 46: Fertigated 2l. Karen is very thirsty. Her roots have breached the side walls at the bottom of the pot in 360 degrees... this is the biggest root system I've had on any potted plant to date. She is stretching fast now, I think by the end of next week she will be done stretching. I must get a photo of her stem. The base is ridiculously thick. Overall Karen is shockingly good compared to expectations from the poor start. I can only imagine how big she would be. She is currently 27cm tall and at least 50cm in diameter. I count at least a dozen colas. Day 47. She is now 29cm tall and pistils are bursting forth at a phrenetic pace. I have added a comparison shot of my grow space for size reference. Day 47.5: Defoliated approx 30 fan leaves. Slightly adjusted LST. Rearranged tent and cleaned floor. I have ordered some risers to raise the pots off the floor, this will make it easier to deal with run off. While I was inspecting Karen I had a good look at her roots. The fabric pot she is in has viewing flaps (they were designed for potatoes) and I had a look... every bit of the pot is full of roots, and they're all properly pruned. I see no circulation or binding. If Karen produces at anywhere near the rate she is supposed to then she might yield as much as 150g. Day 48.5: Rapid changes. Pistils everywhere, more stretching. Karen is very thirsty. Fertigated. Added pot risers and adjusted pot. Did a little LST to separate some bunched colas a bit. Had a really good inspect of the root system. Wow this plant is a beast. Day 48.75: Fertigated 3l Day 49: Height 34cm Diameter: 60cm. End of week summary. Really big week, she is stretching quicker and quicker. Today she has developed a striking scent. I will now have to keep the tent closed so temps will rise. Day 49.5: Removed about 10 fan leaves. On reflection back over this week I think I needed to be taking a top and side photo, so I shall do that from next week.

Noticing a bit of changes with leaf size! Looking pretty healthy no signs of root rot, mold, or insects. Adapting pretty well to 24hr light schedule 💚

So far on my first grow, I did exactly what fast buds had told me to do, until half way through flowering where I started giving full nutrients. All my others were full blasted nutrients from start to finish. This lady here, I did exactly what fast buds told me to do during veg but I started full feed flowering nutrients as soon as i noticed flowering, instead of flowing stepping up week by week. Out of everything, I believe the third way is the best in my experience. I thought I might experiment and dabble throughout the whole grow. Still please with fastbuds genetics, terps, resistance and resilience to pest or other things Still have a handful of weeks to go maybe more but she'll be the biggest one yet

Day 36 I guess I can call it bloom. Nice strong pistils shooting all over. She is the tallest so far making me raise my lights a little more. Day 38 Now Californian Snow is the tallest :) Ztrawberry stopped at a perfect height, it looks like she's gonna develop into a beautiful lady. Fat white pistils all over 😻 Day 39 Happy girl got 2500ml cm bg bb bh 6.3ph ~1EC She is perfect, symmetrical, stopped stretching at about 50cm, flowers are mostly leveled, branches are strong, leaves point up unless I water. I think she's also turning purple. Beaut 😻 Day 42 I think I saw some burnt tips but she still looks super happy and healthy. The most vigorous plant I've had.
